Bad costumer and racism the cashier treated us badly like dogs like we are not costumers very racist
My family are in Istanbul on holiday. We wanted to get some local experience, so our host recommended we shop at A101. We went into the shop on 15.08.23 around 6pm. One of the shop assistant was helpful in directing us to were to find an item. However, we we came to checkout, the experience was different. The assistant who must be in her early twenties took my money off. Me. I was holding my hand out to her to get my change. However, instead of putting the change in my hand, she threw it on the counter without any acknowledgment. It took me half a minute to gather my change. I can understand cultural norms but she could have handed over my change and not throw it on the counter. I found this girl’s behaviour rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Maybe, better customer service training for your staff as they are the face of your company.

This is a nice Supermarket with helpful stuff. Close to the main road. Butcher products are also available along with other products. Unlike other supermarket this market closes at 10pm.

Good, just one bad thing, most of the time you have to wait to pay because only one chasher is active, two others not, when we ask they say we dont have employee!

Bu kadar dağınık, bu kadar pis bir market görmedim. Raflar daginik, urunlerin bulundugu raflar duzensiz ve hep boş. Kasa önü leş gibi. Kaç kez uyardım. Yetişemiyoruz diyorlar. Acil denetlenmesi lazım. Bu kadar merkezi bir yerde hijyen kurallarına uymayan, market düzeni olmayan bir yer görmedim. Çok zorunlu olmadıkça artık girmiyorum.
Acilen denetlenmesi gereken bir yer. Gördüğüm en kötü en denetimsiz en salaş market. Her yer aşırı dağınık, etiketler eski fiyatlarla dolu, hiçbir düzen yok, kasada ne kadar uzun sıra olursa olsun çalışanlar çok çok yavaş hareket ediyor yarım saat sıra bekliyoruz. Herkes asık suratlı. Mecbur kalmadığım sürece uğramam.
