A good place to shop and enjoy the shopping experience. Could use more cashiers on the cash register though, that technically ruins some of the experience.

Absolutely disappointed with my experience at Happy Supermarket today. Went in to make a purchase totaling $38, handed over a $50 bill, only to be told by the cashier that they couldn't accept it because it had a minor shred in the middle. The cashier's attitude was dismissive, offering no solution and letting me leave without completing my purchase. This is not how customers should be treated. If this is the level of service they provide, they'll soon find themselves without any customers left.

Decent product selection. Can be very crowded on double point days.

I love shopping for groceries there. They have a big selection of imported items as well as local ones, and in this branch i especially love the wine and alcohol selection that is huge ! I also love their premium clients section that makes shopping comfortable.

Worst Supermarket ever , Not managed , Not organized , even when we stand in the raw they let people pass before , they don’t even serve everything a customer needs and they there’s employees work like its a playground we have to look for them in aim to do our shopping or to get what we need Not Recommended at all even if its the Last Place left

Worst service ever. I'm writing this review after taking a decision not to shop at Happy. I bought multiple things including milk powder. There was a clear sign that the price is 1,299,999 LL. After paying, I was checking the receipt at my car and found that the price charged is 1,454,999 LL. My wife returned to them to check and resolve this. Almost 30 minutes went with my wife still in there. My baby is crying in the car. It was a nightmare. I called my wife and she said im still dealing with customer service. I was furious, took my daughter and went down there to talk to them.
They said that the offer has ended and the price changed. Knowing the price on the product was still 1,299,999 LL.
No appology, I said I dont want the product anymore.
And we took a refund and left.
Happy should teach their employees how to deal with customers.
You have lost a customer and more will follow.

Only the basement 1 is open, a supermarket and couple of stores and in the ground floor there is a jewelry shop still opening and the remaining stores are closed. Previously the mall was crowded with a variety of stores, restaurants, cofee shops, play zone and lots more.....

This might be the ever biggest hypermarket in Lebanon, spacious and rich with products in all fields.
You find all at one single level, the ground floor. The parking is free, regardless of your bill, with the only inconvenient is that it is not covered, but really this is of minor importance.

It would be a perfect Five stars if it wasn’t bit pricey for the average customer. But they seem to introduce better prices as the competition with other supermarkets becoming close.
It’s a huge variety hypermarket, easy to get to, just few hundred meters from Beirut-Damascus highway. Inside space is tidy & generous outlook outside there is a vast parking space.

The place is good, if you shop smart you can save some good deal of money, however brands and options can be very limited, there might be only one shelf for the item you are looking for so you better keep your eyes open. some items are super cheap, while others can be very expensive. relatively speaking, alcohol and meat / chicken are a bit cheaper, vegetables as well. but again the issue with limitation of brands is annoying. Try their fresh bread it is great.

It was good, the place is very big and u can find nearly everything you want there, they say that they are the cheapest place in lebanon, and obviously they are not, rammal is cheaper, overall the place is good.

Perhaps the best supermarket in Lebanon for three reasons:
1. Cleanliness and lighting
2. Wide variety of local and international items
3. Spacious layout

That said, it’s worth mentioning that their prices are not always the lowest, and their customer service is not consistent.

Great supermarket. this is by far my favourite spinneys branch. it is clean..well organized and has all the options of products you would want/need.

I personally love happy supermarket beirut branch. Easy accessible and parking but i always have concern about the level of service, waiting line at the cash register could be long sometimes.

A decent shopping experience with a large variety of local and imported goods. However there's a lot of room for improvement. The fruits and vegetables section is very underwhelming and the prices are considerably higher than other supermarkets. In other words, it's an acceptable shopping destination, but other supermarkets offer better value for less money.

Cheap than other places

Great and quiet place no food but still a good cofe plus places to drink some soft and cold drinks without noise. In floors a good place for kids to play great playground and kids will have much fun and of course a quick shopping in the mall with good price.

No food court.
Play court is well organized and big.
Kids had good time there.
Birthday room is nice.
Kids can attend a birthday and play for unlimited time for free.

Good choice of stores and plenty of parking spaces. But the noise level is too high caused by Adventure Land on the top floor. Feels like airplanes are landing on top of your head every five minutes.
