Aucun panier disponible à l'entrée, mais plusieurs caisses ouvertes. Les fruits et légumes sont beaux mais les tablettes de viandes sont presque vide. Les rangées sont grandes, assez de place et qualité/ prix ok.

Je me suis présenté pour le service de Western Union mais la seule personne qui a la capacité de faire la transaction est la gérante. Occupée à la caisse 6 au lieu d'être dans la caisse 1 à pouvoir servir à la clientèle. Je ne blâme pas la jeune caissière mais si elle est pas formé?? Où est le service au client? Et la gérante me répond : Ben la je suis occupée et j'ai une grosse file alors tu attendra! Sérieusement??? Un service PITOYABLE!

Plancher toujours sale même je dirais écoeurant! Sa sens la vielle mope directement dans l'entrée. Et je parle pas de la viande.. poulet geler et dégelé, pas frais du tout. Je déconseille!!

Fruits pourri 1 fois sur 2. Tu achetes un melon, yai pourri dans le milieu, un sac d'oranges, il va en avoir une moisie dansble sac. Les concombres, même choses. Tomates du mexique?? Sérieux? Ya pas assez de cultivateurs de tomates au Qc, faut les faire venir du mexique? Le dpt de viande... Je suis un ancien gérant de viande pour métro, un comptoir de viande pas monté à l'ouverture... Mon directeur m'aurait clairé. La rotation dans le comptoir... À l'ouverture ya des steaks verts dans le comptoir

Points positifs: Tablettes en general sont toujours pleines, produits en circulaire disponibles en quantités suffisantes.
Points négatifs : le service au caisse.
Pleins de libre service qui bug a tout bout de champs. Et là seule (deux quand on est chanceux) caisses ouvertes les gens sont même pas capable de répondre lorsqu'on leur dit bonjour. À CHAQUE visite.. soit plusieurs fois par semaines ayant 5 enfants a nourrir je n'en revient pas des airs betes , le service client est a revoir. Même lorsqu'on leurs souris avec un beau bonjour!

Clean, quick service, big parking lot, fresh produce.

Les paniers sont au milieu du parking, le sol est dégueulasse, pas de sac pour les fruits, le facing est mal fait, les support de prix traînent à terre, le personnel a l'air bête, les machines à canettes en pannes, les produits sont brisé ou les emballages en mauvais état et dans certaines rangées, on se croirai encore en pénurie covid

Great experience with the employees, I always come to buy ice here, and last time I went, one of the employees went all the way to the back of the store to check if there is still ice left because it was empty in the front, even though there was nothing in the back, I appreciate the service 🐕🦺

This location is large and has quite a comprehensive selection of food items. The store is clean and the staff are very nice.

Overall a standard metro experience, the store is not too bad, the staff is nice. The negative is that I have far too often bought minced meat that is grey but they color the top layer red to trick you into thinking it is fresh. I have had chicken that was bought on the day of packaging that is yellow on closer inspection and had a sticky wateriness to it. Again this is fairly standard for Metro and IGA but nonetheless not acceptable therefore the low score.

This is a promotional flyer that I was interested and I went to buy today Saturday 4 at 2:30 pm, i grabbed my beer and went to pay at the free cashier, when i scanned the beer, it say to pay 46 cad, when i was suppose to receive a discount and I would pay 37.99 how says the flyer. I ask the supervisor for this and I was mistreated and instigated by that person, it was really disappointing, that woman doesn’t deserve to work in a place like this where I am sure don’t allow this kind of behavior.

This is a grocery store where you can buy almost everything. Prices are moderate. Cooking is also sold (grilled chicken, salads, etc.). Good sellers. A large selection of food products. Weekly discounts.

Bad service. No butcher at the counter. Try to find out the manager. No manager was working. When the butcher was back after 10 minutes, he did not make any apologies. We had a rain check for 4 family packs of kitchen tigh at 99 cents/lb. None was available. The butcher told us to take the 3 packs of 4 tights. We asked for 4 family packs. He refused to prepare the 4 family packs, and told us that we are lucky to the the 3 packs of 4 tights at 99 cents/lb. Hum! Bad customer experience. Bad service. Thank Good, there are other groceries in Longueuil.

This store is very close to the hotel we have been staying at, so during a late night we decided to check it out for snacks and fruit. The photos online were beautiful. While the store is as the photos showed, the quality of the produce was not what it should be. The green grapes were old and picked through, and the Quebec Macintosh apples were not fresh.

This is a good place to shop but my first online shopping experience was not good. The women who I spoke with who handles the online orders is rude and takes no accountability for any error. I was given pork after ordering chicken(we do not have pork in our household). I was given so much attitude when I called that same woman back. She does not know how to talk to people. I truly feel bad for those people who are stressed and frustrated and end up meeting a woman with that behavior. She huffed and puffed so loudly while asking for certain information. Denying that I could possibly have ended up with pork (again NO accountability) and said she would call back before a certain time and never did. Charged me for that pork thwt is unfortunately going in the garbage. I will not be ordering online again. Completely unprofessional. I don't understand why she has that job because I don't believe for one second that her co-workers don't see that behavior she so very clearly displays

I was gonna give this place 1 star. Management is horrible. But the reason/person that deserves all these stars is Emily. She is the light at the end of this dark dark tunnel of a supermarket. I ordered fries and they tasted like they where deep fried in a very clean environment. Which is amazing considering the filthy attitude of the owner. Emily. Thank you for your patience and amazing work ethic. Take these stars!!!! Wear them proud!
