Want to thank Amy last Thursday for her help at checkout. I'm going thru radiotherapy at the moment and was a bit stressed. Amy assisted us and her lovely manner lifted our spirits a lot.

Never has a register open in the evenings, forever forced to serve yourself. Making multi million dollar profit per year, but can't afford an extra staff member to assist. Looking forward to my staff invite to the Xmas party.

My daughter recently fainted whilst at the self service checkout. The staff members particularly Amy were amazing. I am very grateful to all the staff that offered assistance. You were all brilliant. Thank you

Rating is for the Click & Collect service. Waited for over an hour on Sunday to collect, didn’t find parking because there was a backlog of 6-7 orders. This is after we got a confirmation that the order was ready for collection.

Staff had no clue, didn’t apologize, didn’t give us any indication of how much time would be required to fulfill our order. Still waiting. And there are Atleast 4 customers waiting with me.

Please if you can’t deliver don’t take orders. Or Atleast have the courtesy to let customers know there are delays or cancel well ahead.

Appalling service.

Quiet expensive for items,some of items likebread ,fresh fruit marked down on the date of expiry ,but one has to know marking time or just plain be lucky Why is not roast chicken and pork, beef half price?

The staff on the front line here at work really hard and are not appreciated by management.

Management treats the staff not very well from what I've personally seen over many years.

Shout out to the lady who runs the deli department, she's really good at her job and should be appreciated a lot more. I think of pay rise is in order for this lady.

Was very busy but not all the checkouts were open. I don't mind using the self serve when it's busy and I only have a couple of items. What I don't like is when the next person pushes u to get off the checkout. Happens in both self serve and operator checkouts. Would be nice if staff prompted customers to be polite.

Coles is a very popular supermarket here. Many kinds of goods. There are often various discounts and gift exchange activities.
