Costco wanna to be. I don’t give up my right to privacy by submitting to demand to turnover purchase receipt or my purchases unless there’s reasonable suspicion that I shoplift.

Don’t know why I always have issues at this location. Had this issue a few years back so I started going to the location in Buena Park instead and though I would give them a try again but I don’t think this location keeps their perishable in proper ways because this item has an expiration beyond 2024 and before even opening I see mold inside the noodles…ridiculous but I guess Ill have to go somewhere further…poor food management will kill someone one day..:.

Clean. Great products. They have a wide selection of honey teas with ginger...big tasty strands of ginger! One teaspoon in a cup of hot water....and you have joy! So many types of vegetables and fruits that I do not understand yet. I am learning. Very very clean!

After some expansion on the front of the store, it looks much bigger, but the average prices of the stuff are OK!
Best grocery store market in the area. All fresh stuff and high quality meat. Not well know and very small. But you will see!

Nice Asian market with many unique items. I cant really comment on quality of many of the products and food items they have here. But definitely a decent Asian grocery.

The produce was fresh and affordable. Many different things I never had or seen. That was cool.

The meat and fish, they didn’t have a large selection of precut packages.

Staff nice, vegetables fish meat fresh, some stuff prices beat other place
Crowded due to unorganized products placed every where that block the walk ways inside the store. Uneasy smell when first walk in. The staffs and cashiers are not friendly. They don't say a word and keep a stone face through out.

Uneasy smell when first walk in. (They NEED to FIX this)Staffs and cashiers are not friendly. They only show stone face through out the store. I like to see a few smiles from them here and there especially the cashiers should learn how to say HI , THANK YOU to customers! ( It doesn't cost them anything)!!!!

Good pickled vegetable
I can usually find what I need here. Check out is quick
Asian (specialized in Korean food) market offers very fresh and good ingredients. They have seafood live, fresh and frozen, marinated pork and beef, lots of banchan. Fresh fruits and veggies.
Big NOTE: it’s very cold in there, bring a jacket.

very huge selection of items here. even sushi. restrooms require a code and are very dirty, and one time I came here 15min before close time and security did not let me in which is why I'm giving two stars. very unprofessional. if you close at a certain time you should honor your hours of service. don't forget to sign up for the rewards card.

Great place to buy Asian food, and the produce is good. Their pre-packaged foods (such as the rice bowls) are convenient when you're short on time.
A cramped and dirty market.

Prices of a lot of the greens are about double competitors' prices.

I bought pork shoulder to make char siu. The meat was tough and tasteless, must be very old pig. Thuan Phat's meats are a lot better, prices are also lower.

Parking is pretty bad. Why should I go in this market?

Clean and bright but not so spacious compared to other Asian supermarkets.

You can buy pretty much any Korean food, snacks and ingredients here and prices are matched with other Asian supermarkets.
There is a food court right next to it and a cosmetic store connected.

Plenty of parking spots, restaurants and Paris Baguette around. A good place to have one stop grocery shopping and possible to enjoy meal and dessert all together.

Environment is not very pleasing, but price is incredibly affordable! Produce and meat are so-so fresh. It has quite a large selection of East and Southeast Asian merchandise. Recommend.
Good choice of produces and fresh fish and meat section a big plus since both usually are sold frozen in the US.
Fruit, vegs and herb selection are wide.
My fav is fresh made soya milk which is still hot and comes sugarfree! Was always our go to supermarket for Vn products when living in LA. It is worth the drive to stock up.

A mainly southeast Asian market. Lots of Viet, Chinese, and Thai groceries. Found some foreign lays flavors and some viet candy. Pretty awesome place with great prices and friendly workers! The only thing id change is their beer selection - I wish they had more to try. Other than that, this place is great! Definitely coming back.
If I can give 0 star I would. This supermarket should train staffs, especially people in seafood department, how to work in CS job. Full of racist, uneducated, rude people. if you are not paid right that is all about your boss and your choice. Don’t bring that attitude and make people feel bad. we pay for our foods not beg for that.

Just like other H Mart in other OC locations, H Mart has a very high standards when it comes to cleanliness and well organized Asian supermarket I have ever been.

I found all what I needed for my Japanese dishes. The staff are helpful too.

Those who complain about customer services my observation is that any of these types of market honestly you should not go you will not get it. This is not their primary focus. They have their own community, their own language client base, they do not need anyone expecting to be greeted, smiled and thanked for coming seriously, it is not in any of these markets, is it culture? not sure. Just get a cheap item and get out of there.
This store in particular has every now and then one or two items on sale, but you have to go in to find out. This store's air/oxygen level inside is a little better though.
I do not claim to be going to all of these types of stores but most of what I have been has the same practice.

They will pack rotten fruits particularly now a days mangoes and they will put bad side of the mangoes upside down in box. Box is wrapped and tapped, rotten part cannot be seen by customer, just be careful it is should be in health concerning. Watch for other fruits & vegetables as well mark down packages sometimes not worth penny. One reason their produce and fruit gets bad because of cooling, air system, which may have improved but often it is the place to get things and get out. Now having that said yes customer service is issue, question is do they care about reviews?
They have everything I want, all the cashiers are very nice.

Asian market vibe, they have things that you can never find anywhere else except for these authentic Asian markets. But just like any other authentic Asian market, the smell in here is a bit strong for me since they have frozen and fresh seafood out on display. I have to do power walk near the seafood area. It is what it is tho, ok place to get meat for bbq/party. Pricing are good compare to Asian markets in the area.

Worst customer service. The security guy is super rude to women and children. I wish there 0 star. Never go here if you don't want to deal with horrible rude people.
The worst meat and seafood counter helper. Most of them don't speak English and they're rude. Otherwise the produces are fairly price but not the lowest for a Vietnamese market.

This place is my favorite Asian Produce Market in Garden Grove,CA. Great prices and item's you can't find at other similar Markets. Tươi Xanh
Small yet sufficient. Never underestimate the size of a store. Seems you make the best use of small spaces and carry the most basic and sophisticated Vietnamese staples.

I came here for the meat department located in the rear of the store. Good quality meats, for sure, from pork belly to oxtail to fresh seafood. The produce selection is pretty vast, as said, for such a small space.

There's a whole section for just fish sauce (NUOC MAM).

And the dry noodle section is impressive.

Not only do they carry food essentials, there is also a huge selection of kitchenware and cooking ware.

You can rest assure that you can pick up some goods to cook an authentic Vietnamese meal or any meal!

Bon appétit!

This asian supermarket has various products which are not commonly found in other supermarkets. They have Lays potato chips from Thailand(various flavors), Oreos(various flavors) from Taiwan, Shrimp and chicken flavored snacks from Malaysia, etc. Also notice a pineapple made vegetarian fish sauce here as well. Parking is still pretty easy considering part of the plaza area is under construction.
Large vietnamese/Chinese market.
Good meat and seafood counters. Live fish.
Easy in/easy out. Courtyard with other businesses.
Jerky shop is good.
So many amazing things to try!!
The staff is extremely rude to anyone who is not vietnamese and especially if you appear to be homeless. I went in to buy an item and found what I was looking for but in a novel

Nice Asian supermarket. This place has many food items (meat, poultry, spices, dried foods, canned food, marinating sauces, etc) for everyday Asian dishes preparations. Seafood (crabs, fish, lobsters, clams, etc.) are on the expensive side - if lower cost I think more people would shop here. Its vegetables, fruits, roots (sweet potatoes, yam, yuca, etc.) selections are plentiful. We shop here regularly.

This supermarket is one of the lowest priced when it comes to their meats like chicken, beef, pork, and fish. They have a huge selection of fish in which they will cut and gut for you free of charge. They have fresh seafood which is a must! Even when I got myself the frozen clams, it was bomb diggity!! Garlic butter clams! I get my chicken wings from there, also little smokies sausages that I wrap I'm bacon, also sea bass that I stuff with garlic butter and scallions. Before camping, I go to this supermarket and you should also!!! And check out the pre-marinated teriyaki pork skewers! BBQ and beer!!!!

I give this market a 4 star because it has a lot of Asian ingredients that you need. Other than that it is small & very tight market that sells predominantly Asian food. The service people are pleasant and prices are aux par with other Asian markets in the area. Because of its size, there was no social distancing so I did not like shopping there. Friends tell me the meats are good and fresh but I didn't buy any so can't give a review.
This market is in a strip mall. Normally the parking is very congested. Due to the pandemic, there was plenty of parking. It's conveniently located next to several carry-out food places, restaurants,, as well as a couple good bakeries.

This supermarket is big and clean. It has lot of Korean food for someone who like Korean culture. The food and vegetables look fresh and clean. They also provide sample food for customers to try for some new products. I like the ricecake there. One bag has all things ready for you to cook like rice cake, fish cake, sauce. The Korean Beef is perfect for home BBQ. It already marinated and it taste great with grill or air fry machine.

This is a very small hole in the wall market with very limited products. But if you need specialty items such as dried shrimps from Louisiana, this is the place to come. I bought 14oz pack for $29 but it goes a very long way. It looked so fresh.

They do have a frest meat counter where I see many women there in the morning ... so the meat must be good. I have not personally bought any here.

I bought a small "banh chung" 3.75"square x 2" thick for $5 which turned out pretty good. This is a gluttonous rice cake stuffed with mung beans & pork wrapped in banana leaves.

This market is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. The lady owner is very nice. I only gave 4 stars due to limited products and place seemed a little messy.
It has great selection of tropical fruits if you love jackfruits, durian and mangos. Prices are very competitive and the place is organized.

First time for this market. Wasn't happy because food wasn't fresh. Cashier was mean to customers even he did not know the price of the sandwiches. He pulled out the paper that had prices on it and put the wrong prices on my items. Will be my first and last time in this market too. That could explain why this market super empty before noon (compared to Dalat supermarket which is only 5 minutes away).

I go there to get mangos and young coconuts. The box of mangoes are sometimes as low as 8 dollars and they are super sweet and juicy. The product is very cheap so if you live close to little Saigon you should check it out.

I don't know why the reviews are not higher but this place is awesome! I spent $100+ in the past 3 days for two full briskets. The meat is really fresh. I can confirm that it is better than your average vietnamese meat department.

Check out the restaurants on the second floor in the back, hidden gem back there.
Quang minh has the best filet mignon meat in orange county.and the Asian safe veggies but the canned broth are not as good as it should be.thenoodles are good but sometimes they are not take out of the shelves when the label of freshness is no good anymore.
