Great place for tourists to stock up on some alcohol. It’s open even during Ramadan. Don’t forget your passport!
A very well-equipped shop with alcoholic beverages, only one where we found alcohol during Ramadan. A passport is required to enter the store/alcohol department. There is a designated parking under the store.
Bad customer services. I'm not satisfied

Nice store with all the things you'd want. From Feta to Spanish Jamon they have it all. Cave is in the basement and is open untill 20:00 everynight. Nice experience.
In an area which is a little distant from town you may get all your groceries here
Loved this supermarket. Yes its more expensive than the local Moroccan stores... but here you can buy beers, wines and alcohol.
The only thing is that you need to buy alcohol separately and keep your receipts.
Then you pay your food separately upstairs.

A clean user friendly supermarket that has all you need. The staff continually stocking shelves keeping things tidy. Bravo Carrefour

Overall the staff were pleasant and an excellent selection of food you might expect to find in a European supermarket.
Unfortunately however, this store has a serious problem with corrupt employees, in particular the man who appeared to be in charge of the alcohol section.
We arrived 5 minutes before closing, they let me in to see the alcohol before insisting that I pay money as the shop was closing. He followed me around the shop demanding "money, pay me now". Unwilling to pay a bribe, I left and saw that he continued to hustle other customers.
When we got to the main checkout upstairs, the man was clearly still taking bribes from other westerners in exchange for access to alchohol after the 8pm deadline. I can't believe this would happen in a Carrefour in plain view of all the staff and nobody did anything.
This type of corruption has to be stopped, or else this supermarket is not worth visiting.

Great supermarket, lots of choice with fresh food, meat, fish and vegan options in the fridge. Large alcohol room downstairs.

A little stroll outside of the Medina, but worth it if you are looking for some cold beers after a hot day in the busy streets.. its a legit supermarket with everything you need, go downstairs and you will find all the booze you could want.
Modern looking supermarket, with a good range of products. Prices are more expensive here. The supermarket is close by to a number of other businesses, including car hire, restaurant, bureau de change, etc.

It’s good for picking up things you need urgently. Doesn’t have the range as Carrefour Almazar. And is more expensive .Not great for a big shop .
Si vous voulais avoir le sentiment d’être un voleur alors que vous venez faire vos achats honnêtement. Allez y vous y trouverais des personnes qui vous suivent pour vous surveillez dans vos moindre faits et gestes. Prix plus chères et personnelles hyper désagréables. Lieu à fuir !!!
Carrefour is a very well-known supermarket chain with good quality products and standards, operating worldwide. This one in Marrakesh is no exception. The prices are reasonable, the floor space is generous, and the products are well displayed. This Super Market is airconditioned and well vented. The staff is friendly and professional. As is the case with any Carrefour supermarket in the world, for me, going there is always a pleasant, comfortable, and hassle free journey.

My biggest price shock was in the alcohol section.. a 70cl bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue Label was priced at over 5000 MAD.. over £400! Often available in the UK for less than £150

Ottimo posto per comprare spezie dov'è possibile trovare una vasta gamma di prodotti. I venditori sono cordiali, i prezzi giusti.
Very little fresh produce, mostly shelf packaged goods. A few fridges with water, soft drink, yoghurt, deli meats. Alcohol section as well, ID required to enter.

All the basics.
The best western style supermarket in Marrakesh. This carrefour is located in the Menara Mall on the ground floor. The entrance is next to the costa coffee. There are 2 floors and they sell everything you would expect to find in the same mall in France. For example you can buy good cheese ham pork products, great selection of meats fresh fruits loads dry foods and frozen and lots of non food products. Very clean modern and they have an alcohol section too. Great service and most staff speak good French and English.
Super magasin, on y trouve vraiment de tout ! Les employés sont toujours souriants et serviable. Seul bémol, l'heure d'ouverture que je trouve un peu tardive.

I just visited the Carrefour this afternoon (August, 2022) during our visit in Marrakesh, Marocco. Our experience is good. This store is located in Menara Mall.
Pros:
1. Entrance accessible for wheelchair.
2. Parking accessible for wheelchair.
3. The shopping mall has many shops inside.
4. The parking is paid (5 MAD).
5. Inside the store is cold.
6. The store is quite big and clean.

Visited with family in the mall and came across the supermarket on the bottom floor. Very modern and eye catching, quickly bringing you into the store. There is alot to choose from with fresh vegetables, fish and other types of meats.
You can get anything from this supermarket and I highly reccomend as prices are pretty good. Very friendly staff and easy to understand signs which makes it very useful to new shoppers.

Has everything you need for self catering.
A small supermarket, but with a good selection (for Marrakech) of wine, beers and other alcohol, and still open during Ramadan. (All the other supermarket we we to had closed their alcohol section).
We had to show our passport to the security guard to access the alcohol part of the store. A picture on our phone was enough though!

Very handy, right beside our hotel. Nice to be able to buy some cold beer during Ramadan - remember your passport though...
Wine, beer and everything alchool. The only supermarket to sell alchohol during Ramadan. The guard will ask for you passport and write the details down. You can also show a photo of your passport on your phone.

very welcoming staff with a usual smile on their faces, a variety of products, exactly what you'd expect from a market, prices are always reasonable, a fast enough service so the place does not get too crowded, a pretty good use for the small space they have i give them that, i believe it'd be better if they added another cashier, but overall, it is o wonderful place to visit every now and then.

It's the best market in the area. Great quality products you won't find elsewhere, but not overpriced.

Nice market you find lot of things is almost like Marjane but a small version. Prices a little bit high

Around what you'd expect from a market, a variety of products not only food but mostly food related, the staff is pretty young and lively and it's usually never stuffed, always found what i was looking for pretty quickly since the place isn't big. Four stars only because they don't really do anything mind-blowing other than having good prices on the products.
I love this place. It's never crowded. Always clean. It doesn't have a lot of items though. Sometimes items on sale on their website or catalogues can't be found here. You'll have to go to a bigger carrefour supermarket.

They have pretty much any wine, beer, or liquor you would want. The pricing is better than carre four or other locations and it's in the well known Gueliz area.

I nice, well merchandised and well organized grocery store. They have a separate cellar with beer, wine, and spirits that is open during Ramadan to people with a non-Moroccan passport (but you are required to bring your passport). Nice and friendly service.
A first rate grocery store with fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, and meat. The store is two stories with a nice escalator that is cart friendly when going between floors. They also have bathroom and other household supplies. The store is clean and well merchandised.
