The best quality groceries in Cebu in my opinion, at least for places that don't require a membership. Definitely my preference for fresh meat, good for fruit and veg too. Some unique items too, although not as many as Metro. Checkouts are always fast. Well worth the small price premium.
I found a money exchange on the third floor of the mall.
Unfortunately they close pretty early I think around 5 pm and they open at 9 am.

Great place to shop in a bit of peace, calm and quiet. The prices may be a little higher, especially in fruit and vegetables, but it’s worth paying for to avoid the long queues in Metro. It’s also a cleaner shop and staff, particularly at the tills, are generally more helpful and customer focused. Do have offers at times that make them cheaper than Metro.
This is my place for grocery. Affordable grocery items and friendly staff.
Good price on vitamins and they carry now brand vitamins which are my favourite brand in America and also a little sandwich deli with a couple tables to sit and eat. There are also takeout food booths like tiktilaok where you can take home a whole roasted chicken which is juicy and delicious Plus a couple other take out window choices which are unique and yummy and it's located below Rustin's At Ayala Center
it's in heart of colon street , with ample parking space , various goods you can purchase with an affordable price , access to atm machine, and just beside a lot of restaurants and fast food including Starbucks.
We always find something we like or want to buy.
The grocery prices are lower than SM and it's counterpart Gaisano metro stores.
Nice store but so many items on shelves have no prices or were mislabeled. I guess they figure you are rich and it doesn't matter. Half the items in my cart I didn't know the price of. Frustrating place.

The customer service sucks. Cashiers are rude, biased, and slow. Do better.
Place near Cebu City fuente circle. Place is nice and clean with free wifi access. Quick food like Jollibee and Mang Inasal.
A good supermarket beside Fuente Osmeña Circle. It's clean and you can get there your daily needs. Outside they have a food court.

I don't like their meat section. I bought special ground beef and I could bite into tiny pieces of bone. 1 pot of full of siomai went into waste because of this.
Worst money exchange service ever. I came twice to change Bahts to Pesos, the first time they run out of money before attending me and the second one they didn’t accepted my money. It was completely new money got from an ATM some days ago. They accept the old papers but not the new ones, no sense at all.

The place is nice and affordable, it's clean and they have a department store on the 2nd floor and grocery at the ground floor. and pharmacy and some foods to eat or dine in if you're hungry.
One thing that I don't like, is that it's a dead spot if you're already inside the grocery, no signal even on the counter side and sometimes, the queue is long and there are only few cashiers/counters, but only during rush hours.
But overall it's a nice place, you can buy almost anything you like and they have some imported goods...

The grocery is my favorite one in Cebu... compact but well-stocked and organized well. Plenty of staff to assist. They seem to restock before complete depletion. I like them a lot.

For a medium size Gaisano mall, it is one I like when ti cones to groceries. Good parking space and cold aircon.
The items they sell are in really good condition. There may be a few missing items but their variety and brands are really good. The grocery is very clean. And the staff are very efficient, courteous and ready to help. They were ready to look for my items while I wait, the baggers ready to put my items on the counter from my cart, the cashier who wasn't busy even ran to open the door for a customer. So far, best customer service I have experienced, even better than restaurants, other groceries, etc.
A nice shopping complex with a wide variety of shops at reasonable prices. I did not enjoy Cebu city, however it was always nice every time we went to SM. There is also a decent variety of eateries as well.
It's supermarket open early at 6am. It's Groceries has lots of local and imported products. They always have promos. Items sold here are much cheaper than other nearby Groceries .
Always a time consuming experience, I don't usually go here to shop because of their always long queues. Express lane with only 1 cashier, Epic.

Enjoyed shopping on low low prices groceries & foods, meats.
A shop made up of 3 floors. On the first floor you'll find Jollibee and Dunkin Donuts on one side and the opposite side is the ground floor parking. Second floor is mainly the supermarket for your food needs. They have a meat, vegetable, fruit, and cleaning section, on top of your usual aisles of biscuits, chocolates, drinks, milk products, eggs, condiments, and more.
A lot of tills were open but because it was Sunday, it remained busy throughout my shop. I queued for about 30 minutes. When it was my turn I actual helped with bagging the items to make it quick. The set up is typical for any supermarket in the Philippines where there are separate baggers/bagging personnel who will put your items in the plastic bag.
On the third floor you'd find loads of different food stalls that sell fried, pizza, puso (hanging rice), barbecue, etc.
All in all this is a good place to shop. Just avoid the peak shopping hours.

Slowest Cashier ever. No baggers. Your cashier personnel are trued already, hire some baggers! We went on a Wednesday, and fell in line to pay for an hour or more. Very exhausting.
I like their cashiers theyre all polite and very approachable.
They all the basic things you need in your kitchen. the staffs are very friendly and approachable.

It's okay, a good variety of stalls and the grocery store is decent. The cashier lines are narrow tho it seems really cramped. The department store is small and not a huge selection but good enough for necessities.
This is probably the worst grocery store in Cebu? Very bad management the meat stinks and always slow service. Always ready to close 30 minutes before closing time. Just bad management I hardly ever go there and I live upstairs. I know a few people that have had a argument with the manager. He didn't care I spend my money elsewhere.

Very convenient residential area near provincial capitol. There’s a mall on the ground floor with lots of shops and groceries to choose from. There are also multiple restaurants both in the complex and around the area.
Here are the things I love about this place.
1. Parking is free and always available.

3. Has big food court with a lot of food choices.

5. I love the escalator, its PWD friendly.

Ok, I had to really think about this post before publishing. Rustan's has quality merchandise with world-class names, BUT it will come with world-class prices. This might not be the store for everyone, but for those living here temporarily or long term, it is a good location for some very high quality merchandise.
From my pictures I tried to give you a good understanding of the different things that the store offers, but I was hunted down like a criminal by the plain clothesed security officers. This is just an unwritten policy that you can't take pictures in stores here. Nothing against local policy, but it makes it hard to give all of you perspective. If you're looking for an upscale store in Ayala, Rustan's is for you you. But word to the wise, minimize picture taking and they don't sell wedding rings (something I've been asked before).
Would have given it five stars had it not felt a little uncomfortable with at least one security guard and multiple sales associates in each section watchingover my every move. 🤯

Very good place in Cebu, transfer hub to top and mountain side
Lots of food choices available in their food court and seating was alright despite being packed. No softdrinks sold in the grocery at the moment though but other food stalls are selling them.

Just a regular grocery. They have more Filipino goods. But if you are just after on buying food, drinks and detergent. This is a good place to go. This area also has a rose pharmacy beside it.
Staff can be rude and speak Bisaya even to foreigners. My partner shopped there one time alone and it was frustrating that they spoke to him in Bisaya even if he talked to them in English. Even with just explaining why they gave us a box instead of a plastic bag. We always brought eco bags with us but this is the only supermarket in CEBU that I know won't allow even empty ecobags inside which is very very inconvenient and such a hassle.
Most of them seem to be done with life and are slow with the service.
Even the ladyguards aren't consistent with how they check receipts and bags when going inside the mall. One time they told us the temperature check is just for employees and even laughing at us for doing so. But on other days, they tell customers to use the temperature check monitors.

This supermarket really needs improvement that they need enough to renovate. Even though they have nice looking staff, there's still so many things to buy.
So hassle is the part that you have to deposit their own eco bag at the courtesy both!!! I already went there to deposit a package that i bought outside. Your courtesy booth's should have a signage that echo bags are not allowed inside or at least have your representative inform us! Makasapot!!! Naa pay inyong price list nga wa nagkadimao! So disorganized!!! My goodness!!! Gasalig lang mo kamo ray dool diris guadalupe!!!! 🤬
Quite and relaxing, no fuss and buss nor hassle as much as the Colonnade across the street. With great Banking ATM Machine, Safe & Secure..great place for Social & intelligence meetings, with fine cellshops below, in the ground floor and clothswear in the upper third floor..much to improve with digital payments though. Over all a great place to do time-saving personal & business affairs, hassle free, great! :-)

Nice place to shop for your grocery needs as well as other merchandise in their department store. You can at ease because of many check out counters.
This was where I worked from August to November 2019 while Autism Works was ongoing. Friendly staff, excellent selections, and lively in-store music makes every work day great. I made friends with them, even the cashiers (who I learned would wear Santa hats four weeks before Christmas) and working at the meat section!

I go often to this store cause' its near my place and truthfully, this is where we go with my wife for buying our grocer's need. Simply, because the goods are fresh and constantly replenish. Aside from that, its affordable, and lots of display to choose from. Hoping there is an expansion of the structure if possible to accommodate more shoppers. The store often offers Sale of different items more than you expected. Im grateful enough I have a buyers membership card to get even more giveaways.STILL THE BEST PRICE WITH THE BEST GOODS TO BUY. You can leave your helmet in the package counter unlike other malls and supermarkets.
Ok safety measures regarding the pandemic. Has only one entrance and exit for consumers. Lots of tAbles/papers available to write for contact tracing. You can find basic necessities for our homes. Sometimes the queue at the grocery gets tooooo long so if you wanna skip that, best to go there early or have someone to line up for you.

Good selections but lines are always long. The paper bags they give on fridays are so thin they do not even make it until the door. The only thing good here is the turon which was delicious.

You can find great deals here including cheap, quality grocery prices.
I must say that they have great and accomodating staff. But the place is small, not much space to roam around the grocery area. The stocks are also limited. Hoping for improvement any time soon.
Very accessible....basic necessity are available here from milk to rice grains and other drinks. Laundry supplies are also sold here. They also have fresh fish and meats chicken, pork and beef. They also have small hardware inside and school supplies. Kitchenwares are also available. Aside from that there is a pharmacy also available. And if you are hungry you can also eat inside where goldilucks, anitas, boko loco, and hotdogs ready to eat are sold. If you want to eat ice cream this store has a lot to offer. Staffs are also approachable and very helpful. If you want to see in person a japanese/korean or chinese student you will be aquainted everyday because adjacent to this building is an english learning center.

We went here for groceries as they have all the goodies we need. Their wet market is also good , meat white and red and even fish are fresh.
It probably helps that they are near the port area.
We also came here to buy wholesale for our Sari Sari store before and the best thing is their prices are competitive.
The interesting thing is that Metro has a wholesale mart just a few blocks away from here. But since their prices are good night as well buy here.
When you enter the place you'll notice they use an escalation ramp which means if you have large quantities of good bought you'd be able to use the cart.
And the parking area is just located at the ground floor so definitely accessible.

Great place for grocery shopping. They have a wide variety of fresh products, sea food, dairy. You can find Kate's bakeshop within the grocery, a flower shop, a coffee shop, laundry shop and atm booths.
The staff is so slow and many empty counters, you should hire more people.
They have several options for your grocery needs. They have fresh fruits & vegetables. They have no wifi, they accept credit card & earn point by presenting your Getgo card. My favorite section is the meat. Check out their salad counter and create your own salad to-go.
