Great store, lots of space and lots of items, very simular to US store

About a year or two ago they changed (ruined) the layout to serve tourists and drunk people (it seems). Regular groceries are oddly organized, sometimes hidden behind obstructions like pillars. The chips and booze are presented first like it’s an Oxxo.
I have also had a lot of trouble with the self checkout lanes. The software seems unstable and once crashed while I was checking out and I was stuck there waiting for 20+ minutes. Not the end of the world, but it happened more than once.
It’s unfortunate to see the negative impact the change to the Walmart brand has brought.

Helpful friendly people. Great selection of fresh fruit, herbs, and dairy. Very convenient hours as well
I usually try to visit a Soriana when I'm in Mexico, but this store was conveniently located a block from my Airbnb. It has a nice selection of just about anything you would need for a week-long stay.
My sister and I had our very first racial profiling experience at this Walmart. It was surreal. From the moment we entered until the moment we left. I regret buying anything here.
This is a small location, but it is so conveniently located. I went multiple times, and checkout was very quick. However, I went on a Sunday, and it was a line that was 50 people long at the least. I would say the staff was very efficient moving the line, but it’s a bit too small for the crowd it attracts!

A very big supermarket. We will get almost all items like clothing, electronics, kitchen equipment, alcohol, food, dairy, vegetables, fruits, meat, other household items. Prices are low compared to other small super stores outside. Has a big car parking space. Self billing counters are available for faster check-out.
La atención muy mala sobre todo de un chico de caja : Moreno, cabello negro; y una señora ya un poco grande con cabello negro...se enojan al cobrar y te tratan pésimo
Sus productos están caducados y se aferran a qué están buenos, pero si ponen a una viejita de 99 años a atender que se esperan? Ya ni ve la hora de partir de este mundo menos va a ver una fecha de caducidad
El mejor Oxxo de la zona donde ahobsi son muy amables los cajeros y el personal no como en otros. Excelente servicio.

Una muierda de atención están platicando con los proveedores y no atienden aparte agarre 2 servilletas para limpiar el café que derrame y todavía se molesta diciendo que solo puedo tomar una servilletas y las otras 2 personas desayunando sin atender a los que están formados

This is a big Walmart! I love the bakery area, I wish the ones in the States would give so many bread, pastry choices.

A large Walmart in the city. Did a lot of shopping and the parking fee was 5 pesos.
It was good to have many Palmer’s and BaBylissPRO products which are my favorite.

Great store layout, but slow cashiers. Also, when raining there are many many leaks, resulting in wet floors and water-soaked product. Not at all the quality standard expected of the Walmart brand.
Buena atención muy surtido y además de admirar de paso sus calles muy tranquilas y limpias de la Colonia sta María la Rivera
Nunca tienen cambio ni se molesten en pasar o hacer fila para que te cobren si traes un billete mayor a 20 no tendran cambio y no harán nada por conseguir cambio
Casi siempre encuentras de todo y el trato siempre es cordial por parte de los empleados a excepción de las mujeres que ahí laboran
Bien ubicado, trato amable, buen surtido, limpio y fácil acceso, complicado para estacionarse, pero dieta de eso todo bien.
Regularmente aquí hago mis gestiones, sin embargo, cuando a veces algo no es posible no hay disposición para volverlo a intentar, motivandote en ir a otra sucursal.

Pésimo servicio la chica del mostrador al igual que su compañero son unos olgazanes y flojos urge cambiar el personal en el Oxxo no les compren ahí vayan mejor al (K) que están aún costado de ellos los atendiendo mejor.

Servicio Nefasto.. No tienen recargas electrónicas.. Tienes q hacer una fila como de 9 personas porque solo sirve una caja y ya q llegas te dice.. No tengo cambio!! Osea. Eran $11 y le estaba dando uno de 50!!! Jajajajaja y solo dijo.. Tengo puro billete grande.. No morralla!! Muy mal.... 🙄
Nice complete Walmart that has everything you would need. The area is a bit sketchy with a fully guarded fenced perimeter. They also have armed guards all over the store interiors. I do not think they are there for shoplifters.
I was able to buy Anejo Tequila, quinoa, soup and sauce mixes specific to Mexico, canned goods and other yummies to take back home. They have Chai Tea sweetened with Stevia. Agave sugar was like $2 a box. The prices are like 1/3 the price in the US. So this is like a paradise to shop.

It’s like in the US but obviously with Mexican Food and other items. It’s really cheap if you traveling from the states. You cannot carry your bags or backpacks inside the store. It needs to be checked in. The no 181 was my checked bag no. I found it pretty safe to leave it with them. Clean store and helpful employees. They didn’t speak English but we communicated fairly well. Have patience you will be good.
