One of the nicest Melcom branches available. Directly beside the Accra-Kumasi highway so transportation to and fro won't be a headache. Nice place to get any necessities you want. I totally recommend it

Great market good prices
One of the biggest and most affordable supermarkets in Accra. They have a wide range of stuff and very convenient to shop there. But I still don't understand why they have a lot of check out points but most of them are not in use. It really slows down checking out and creates a lot of unnecessary queues especially on weekends and holidays. Will love it if management looks into it, cheers.
Good location. Good supermarket where you can get practically most of your household items at an affordable price. Due to the space you can get all the item like the bigger ones but it worth it. Give them a try by shopping 🛒🛍️ with them

The melcom branch here at Achimota is stocked with all your grocery and home essentials. From foodstuffs to furniture and many more. With a loyalty card which cost about 50GHS, you also for purchases above 400GHS. The only thing I had issues with was with the bread, it could be a bias but it wasn't so fresh and the cake I bought got spoilt the next day as well. I would still recommend though.
Price misrepresentation. Customers should watch out for this shop!! They put low price to entice customers but cash register rings out higher price. It just happened to me. Cashier sent someone to check the price at the shelve and it was lower than cash register showed. They said they have increased the price but not had time to change it. They didn’t honor price on shelf. This is illegal practice!! This oatmeal item in town between 18:10 ghs a packet but ShopRite Achimota Mall selling it for 25:99 ghs 😳😳!!
I like shopping here for my meat. My doctor said that I had to eat meat from a chain store, so this is where I shop. They are very pricey on most items, ESPECIALLY American brands and fruits and veggies. The store is nice and clean. All in all a great chain store.

State of the art shopping mall, right in the heart of the Achimota township. Located right on the Accra Kumasi Highway. Wonderful shopping experience and cool places to hang out.

Cool place, spacious parking spaces and accessible to all. Actually a one-stop shop to buy anything you need, from groceries to cakes). However, some goods here are quite pricey (some are up to 20% higher than the actual price in a traditional Ghanaian market/mart). Its insane. Yet the brand boasts of cheaper prices. Maybe there's a reason for this, but it'll be hard to recommend to someone who'd expect value for their money.
It's a place you'll love to spend the whole day inside, either shopping 🛍️ 🛒 or window shopping 😄. The wide array of things there will baffle your eyes 👀 and mind 🧠

As all the branches all over in accra , shoprite West Hills offers a variety of products. Nothing much nor less , you may get what you looking for in a very huge opened and secure shop.

This shop has been around for some time and serves as the equivalent of a corner shop for residents of Westlands who need items immediately and who don't want to go to a mall or supermarket.
It was on Eid day after ramadan and as usual, packed with celebrants. It made shopping a little difficult. I had to join long queue just to pay for my items, it wasn't fun but that it expected on occasions like this and on holidays

Did some window shopping at the mall. Great stuff all through. Was at the bus stop waiting to be picked up by a friend. A taste of some night life in Accra. The bus stop, well kept and well lit. The cab drivers - were all about. Hustling and justling for passengers. Nice.
So, if u are at Westland, there is no need going to madina or Accra. They got your back. Just visit
Good customer service
One time when I was making a purchase there, the price listed by the items was not what was at the terminal. When I noticed the discrepancy and asked for my money back, they tried to avert the blame to me and failed to acknowledge that they were wrong to list a wrong price. I recommend that you always tally your items before paying there as other people I spoke with have had similar experiences of them listing false prices. Additionally, their prices are also higher than most other shops. Management needs to work on customer service, pricing and price listing because I do not enjoy going there there at all.
Their name really has to change. Have gone there multiple times and not found most of what I needed. Someone is not keeping up with inventory and what people usually buy.
I didn't actually visit tesbury but rather the teeth lab inside tesbury. The lab is right inside the testbury store. However, something caught my attention whilst walking past the shelves in the store... They were almost empty. I don't know if that's how it's always been or if they weren't just having stocks on that beautiful Monday morning but the shop looks empty and dry, Well that could be from the weekend shoppers.

The lady at the register on the legon campus branch was impolite. They do not have a washroom on the campus branch either and that’s just terrible for customers and the staff themselves. To top things off, their carrier bags are basically transparent and shows the world everything you came to purchase. For the sake of fixing this issue, I have decided to share photos of their transparent bags and the problems they cause.

I don't get all my needs from All Needs supermarket, but I do get all the bread I need whenever I step in.
Butter bread, sugar bread, brown bread, sliced or whole, banana bread, as well as cakes and pies.
To get your bread fresh, make it to the shop on Friday or Saturday. If I catch another hot day, I'll let you know!

Serves the grocery needs of the campus community. Late closing hours is convenient and they stock needed convenience items albeit on a limited stock list. Pricing is competitive and place will require more attention to the floors because of the high traffic inside.
The Foodstuff, they are selling at a reasonable price, I do visit every weekend as I get time but I felt very bad, I was with my friends on 6th November Saturday, around 8 o'clock, while checking out at the express counter, the staff was too arrogant, even I complained about the manager about her behaviour even she also refused to listen. That's why im putting 1 rating the irresponsible staff way of working. If management will consider this feedback this will help us with future visits. Thank you,

One of the many Melcom branches we have here in the country. Located just along the Achimota road, it surely isn’t a difficult place to locate. They have a variety of items to choose from with very moderate prices, unlike some of the other branches that have only a few items. I wanted to link my bad customer service experience to the other branches but here was an irony. Parking space can be a problem tho.

I go there as a last option as because the prices are way higher than fairway mart.Whilst fairway doesnt take any home delivery charges,esters charges 6 GHS even if the delivery is within 200-300 meters, even lot of times price of the items in bill is higher than the one displayed, i urge those who are seing my review to check their bill before leaving the shop.most of the staff people are good except one of the lady who behaves in a really arrogant manner if asked question about the price differences and other things.

It's an amaking shop, a small place with everything you would need, there is also phamarcy next door to it
They've got a lot of exotic products...Check them out if you pass through Legon. Spacious car park too
The items are very affordable. I really enjoy shopping there.
This shop is by far the finest retail spot in Legon. I love how it is that it is not so huge yet big enough to accommodate all one's basic needs. They sell drinks, confectionery, ice cream, perfume, biscuits, rice and other basic items. Their prices are moderate and likeable. Students may pass by for their provisions.

A response @Gagandadeep I am glad you attest to the fact that Esters staff are great. However you are wrong about their prices, fairway has more expensive prices than esters. Of course they can not be the same. If you buy above 100 cedis delivery is free at esters. Who delivers stuff for free? Do you think they use water to move around? My paddy get your facts straight on that. Great customer experience does not come in only low prices.

They are offering some really cool discounts. Like 10% when you pay with your atm card. Plus you still get a 15 pack bottled water. How amazing is that! This doesn't happen in Ghana.
