I do a click and collect weekly and always have help packing my car which is very helpful. The 2 guys that helped me today were Harry and Jason.
Their customer service was excellent. Thank you.

Horrendous!
This Tesco has been my local Tesco for a long time and they always have a good range but when Tesco display produce the way I’ve seen it today, they really need to look at what it is their trying to achieve.
I popped in for a couple of bits today and was ready to walk out the second I saw these horrific Cauliflowers!
They are advertising that they are matching Aldi prices, but I wouldn’t even accept this cauliflower if it was free.
Not only is the cauliflower yellow, the leaves have dropped and look so old that this cauliflower could have been picked last year.
So appalling to see, that they think this is acceptable for people to eat, let alone acceptable to put on display.
If you can’t match Aldi prices with good produce then don’t bother!

Do not use their car wash facility. I had some change and expensive earbuds nicked.

always polite, some customers treat them like they own them but they still are polite, shame people still walk out without paying but with the stupid over £200 rule they won’t stop.

There is a male Sales Assistant that has bad customer service. He wears earphones and stands around talking loudly most of the time. Also, there is this mardy “security" man, that whenever I go in there I see him just staring at his mobile. You are not going to see anyone stealing anything if you are doing that! I expect a much higher standard from Tesco.

Great, nipped in for 2 items came out with 10 which is at least under a whole bag!! You can't help yourself as there is so much!! Love Tesco's shopping days

Small but practical, has all you can need afterhours, when all else is closed.

Great place to shop , no parking fees , no trolley fees . Be nice if they had more menswear in ? .

Brilliant for wheelchair users nice wide aisle, good prices when you use a club card.
Need more human cashier's as help loading the trolley is important, whilst I was their a lot of elderly customers didn't like self service so either employ more staff or loose loyal customers

Staff are always great and helpful especially when dropping off parcels. Not sure why people complain about queuing for a minute when they happen in any retail store. Parking super convenient too!

Came in midday Monday with my young son, twice had to shuffle past the 2 drivers waiting to collect a order of wich the older male employee was forfilling. While they were chatting with the younger male staff member.. no big issue with this but I don't expect to listen to a staff member swearing in conversation when I am shopping with a child.

We were served by a lovely women named Amy and she made our day withing the 3 minutes we spent in her company. My mum said she was warm and engaged in interested conversation. Absolutely loved her!

I have been slowly losing my patience with this store and their Whoosh service. My frustration is mainly with the ever diminishing amount of goods we can order before going over the weight limit.
Today I managed to add to my basket 1 x a pack of Pepsi cans, 6 bananas and a pack of cream crackers, but anything else took me over the limit. This order would have totalled somewhere around £7.67, but would have cost me £12.66 because my order was under £15. Go figure!
To make matters worse, I rang this store repeatedly to query the weight limit and got no response, each time being eventually cut off.
I am done with whoosh.

No BLUE sprinkles or dusting OR CUPCAKES so you can do a baby reveal party. Too much colours of red or pink.

Quick to serve, a little more cost than the bigger tesco stores

As mentioned, more expensive than the local , larger Tesco stores but very handy as its open late on a Sunday. There's also parking right outside the shop with a good amount of spaces.
