Quick service, nothing spectacular but absolutely nothing to complain about. Felt very safe and happy.
Used to use them frequently. Ordered taxi once from a place just outside St Andrews (ca 10mins) and got attitude when they couldn’t immediately recognise the place.
They advised ten minutes, no car arrived. I called back several times to have my call rejected. Called back withheld number, accepted call.
Wouldn’t use again as doesn’t even have courtesy to say they can’t find you.

This should be given 0 stars but obviously I can’t give that! Promised to pick myself and my family including two children up on New Year’s Eve but didn’t bother to show up or even call me to say they weren’t coming. Ended up having to walk 3 miles with children as obviously couldn’t get another taxi at such short notice. Completely irresponsible! DO NOT USE

I would highly recommend.Chandresh was very friendly, warm, intelligent, and easy to talk to. Which really helped me relax as I was going on a long journey. Very child friendly he even gave my little girl a lollipop which was very kind and was such a nice touch. To say serivce was outstanding is an understatement. Always on time and very reliable.The best taxi serivce I have used. I will definitely be availing of his company's service in the future.

Great service and always quick to show up, lovely guy who was local to St Andrew’s and lots of golf tour knowledge/experience. We hired this 8 seater minibus due to being able to fit 6 sets of clubs, luggage and a few trolleys and ended up using his services for the our whole of our golf weekend! He was so accommodating for our travel plans and made our trip run very smoothly, despite scrambling around to find links courses to play that weren’t frozen! A* service, would definitely recommend and will be using when we’re back next year!
Excellent service. This company really helped us: EasyJet delay meant we landed after hire car counter closed. We were therefore reliant on taxis, and they really helped us. Excellent communication, reliable and generally all round helpful. Def use.

Friendly driver on our way to wedding but once at wedding we recieved a phone call to advise they were finishing at 10 and could no longer pick us up at midnight. Had to then make calls to other taxi companies mid wedding which was an inconvenience. I understand it was a short journey and maybe not worth their time, but the booking should not be accepted if this is the case.
I’ve been using HM taxis for the 5 years I was in St. A. They are friendly, reliable, respectful, and very well priced! I’ve been so lucky to have met Hamish, Kevin, and Mike because they’ve become my family away from home! HM taxis will take care of you the way they took care of me!

Hired a taxi from Leuchars station to st. Andrews. Although I was late due to the disrupted train and connected bus services, I still received a warm welcome from Gregor. The short journey was wonderful and his driving skill is superb!

St Andrews Taxis is possibly the best taxi company we have ever used. When your child goes away to University and you want to know that there will be someone there to pick them up if they return to St Andrews at anti social hours from the airport, train station etc then St Andrews Taxis will always be there. Linda and James (and their drivers) are professional, friendly and always go that extra mile.
Hired a taxi to take us to wedding outside of St Andrews and to collect us. We had excellent service from Gregor, lovely person. He was very helpful, friendly, very punctual and kept us informed of where he was. He even found a nearer path to pick us up saving us a walk through a wooded path in the dark. Linda and the St Andrews Taxis team were super great to work with for the transportation arrangements for our family golf holiday. I leaned on Linda for all of our transportation from Edinburgh to our house in St Andrews and the daily back and forth to the courses each day - it all went without a hitch. The drivers were very friendly and professional.

We (4 friends) stayed for a golf week in St. Andrews and booked the transfers from/to the airport and all golf courses with st. Andrews taxicab. All went perfect. Enough space for 4 and all the luggage. the pick up times to and from the golf courses were handled very flexible! Just give me a ring …. Thanks Chandresh and Sharon for your superb service. I was due to go to the airport at 10am on Friday when we had all the terrible snow. The driver phoned me at around 8am to warn me of the very bad road conditions and offered to collect me early to make sure I catch my plane.
The driver was a very careful driver and despite all the snow, I felt safe. The journey did take double the time so I am grateful that they warned me and I managed to get my flight.

Seem like a nice person at first. Other comments were right, he definitely has a temper issue. I'm still stunned. Never using again, that's for sure.

We used club cars as our taxi company on a golf trip to St Andrews. They were perfectly reliable - both pre-booked cabs and others that we phoned in while already there. Every one turned up on time, the staff were friendly and the cars were in good condition. I would definitely use them again.
John is the best taxi driver ever!! While husbands were golfing he took the wives to find Highland cows. He was kind, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He was almost as excited as we were when we spotted two hairy cows! 🐮🐮
So happy we get to connect with Chan. Today is a Sunday, there is not much of a public transportation and we had to travel to Edinburgh early morning. Called him late the night before, he gladly took our details and confirm the booking. He made it so easy for us to travel. The driving was smooth and he made it a point yo check with our pregnant friend as the road can be winding. Very considerate. Had to avail of his service again going back, and he was very accommodating of the location of where we can be picked up on our convenience . A+++++ rating. He is a superstar. He was also happy to give us a little insights of the things we see in the road. Seems like a little tour for us. Would definitely recommend his service.
Booked a taxi from The Cow Shed to Murray Library Hostel on the phone to be told “I wouldn’t have cake if I’d of known where you were going” I apologised and mentioned I said on the phone both locations after an uncomfortable ride of the drive Hamish moaning about picking me up he charged me £30 for a fare that came to £19.95 on the meter. Terrible customer service
