They simply didn't show up, without a word, without cancelling, without writing, nothing. Unbelievable...

We were, unfortunately, very disappointed by the service. No communication by mails, no communication by phone too, as the representatives only speak German (no English). Driver was not in time and seems doesn't have the sign, as on phone we were insisted he is waiting for us near exact meet point, but nobody there.

Service was great and efficient. Driver arrived on time and helped with our luggages. Payment with credit card was easy. Highly recommended and affordable!!! Thank you.

The flight landed 30 minutes earlier. I though that I have to wait for the driver, instead he was already there. He found me easily and I got home very fast. Good service. I will use it again.

We required a taxi to drop 6 of us and 8 bags.Immediatly after filling up the request we got a prompt reply offering a van at very reasonable price.we were picked up at 6 am sharp and had a comfortable ride to airport.we loved the service and no hesitation in recommending to all.
