Garbage service. Says it will take 10-15 minutes and it is always way longer. Dispatch is also stupid.

Don't count on Blu Light they'll leave ya singing the Blues! Trust United they will get you there on time anytime if the day. Coming into Sarnia on Via Rail, I'd sent a message requesting a ride to our hotel when we passed Strathroy Station. Google message indicated they responded within the hour. Via Rail encountered an unexpected siding which delayed our late evening arrival about half an hour. I called Blu to share our expected arrival, the phone rang and clicked off without even saying hello, we were then informed that the Visa Trail crew used United. United was friendly and prompt.

I’ve come to the conclusion the only requirement their drivers need is to be a complete useless monkey. T-Boned a young girl last night after running a stop sign. Had one run a red light in front of me today and not 5 minutes later I was cut off by one. Save your money and call Krammers or even better an Uber where you know their licenses are valid and they’re not going to hit on you relentlessly. F united taxi 🤷🏻‍♀️

The driver was 20 minutes later than they said on the phone. She had no idea where she was going, but, thankfully we did, so we directed her. (She is very new, said it was her 3rd shift as a driver) And, to top it all off, it was a lot more expensive than we expected. Won’t be using this company again. The 2 stars is because the driver was a very sweet, nice lady that was just trying her best at her new job.

Cab made me wait a half hour and never came. Tried calling back to see where the cab was and it rang to voicemail
United use to b good I don’t know what happened but I don’t recommend this business and that’s unfortunate cause they got more cars than blue light.

I was riding in one of these taxis when suddenly a squirrel in front of the taxi and the driver was able to hit the curb barrel roll the entire vehicle over the squirrel... would recommend

WORST customer service ever. My wife booked a taxi before 2 hours and informed that she will need 2 car seats for babies.
The taxi driver didn't show up on time. So we called them, and then these people are saying that they don't have car seat! Are you guys serious? Don't you ever care to at least inform us if you don't have car seat. You are informing at the time of pick up and that's also when we are calling you.
Disgusting... and should be shut down this careless taxi service right away.

Nice friendly staff only thing I can say is they are understaffed but that's not there fault so show some support and apply for blu light taxi no point of complaining when we can fix the problem by applying to work for them

I'm not from sarnia, but I was there and needed a cab back to Chatham. Called these guys because they're the first that pop up on google, and it took an hour for a cab to even get to me. And the driver they sent was barely even conscious. He was passing out at the wheel the entire drive, swerving all over the road. We were almost in several accidents, but luckily the drivers on the other side of the road were paying attention and drove up onto the shoulder to get out of the way. I spent the entire drive TERRIFIED that I wouldn't make it back home alive. If I ever find myself back in sarnia needing a ride, you can guarantee I'll walk back before I ever consider calling these guys again.

They showed up fast and took us home in no time. The driver was a little odd, probably not a good driver for anyone drinking either. No tunes, very touchy, started telling me how he used to do drugs and where he lived. Just made us all a little uncomfortable!

There is absolutely no reason for that lady to be disrespectful the way she is in that picture. Why would she assume the position to make it seem as tho she’s better then the next person calling for service? As tho she don’t f with the town? Well we wouldn’t want to deal with her either!

I booked it an hr in advance and still it was 45 minutes late. Never less I missed my appointment .

Never on time, used to take a taxi to work everyday with bluelight but now it's just not reliable enough I don't remember the last time they were on time even when scheduled night before or a week ahead, should realize other people's jobs are just important and can't afford to be late specially with the fairs already.

Never on time, always a 15/30 min wait even when scheduled before hand.

I worked 3-11 lastnight March 3rd, 2023. I went work wearing my nice running shoes, telling myself the storm they are calling for will not happen. I did not wear sensible shoes. Any my ride said to take a taxi. I called Blu Light Taxi Company and the dispatcher was very professional and she nicely said, "It will be about and hour wait." I replied, "That is alright and I will be here." She asked me my name and a number to call me back.
Many people call for a taxi and maybe they change there mind, or got a ride from someone , many will not call and cancel the taxi.
Anyway in 26 minutes, I got the call from Blu Light telling my taxi would be there shortly.
By the time I got outside it was there and the driver was very nice.

Always friendly service and the dispatcher is great. I call at last minute when I'm in a hurry and I have no problem having a driver arrive within 10-15 minutes depending on the day!!

The cars are clean and you can tell that the drivers don't smoke in their vehicles unlike other companies including Uber, drivers are friendly and sociable, and I choose Blu Light Taxi over the other companies.

They have debit machines which is awesome!!

Blue light will lie to you (every time) about their estimated arrival times to pick you up. They have actually cost me money for an appointment that I could not get to- even though I called them 30 minutes prior to me being picked up, and this is usually way more than the allotted time to be picked up... They actually cost me money to miss my missed appointment. And then tonight , Jess was a sassy and unhelpful alternative to typical customer service...after a year of not using them as a taxi service I tried to use them again. They lied to me. They said 20 minutes, and it was 40 minutes AFTER they said. If you do not need a child seat, use Uber. This taxi company stomps on regular customers- people they don't think are serving them .

Very mixed experience with the number of times I've used United. Great service from the drivers. They sure do know how to get around the easiest ways.
The downside is the lady who answers the calls during the day. Never experienced the lack of unprofessionalism till she answered the phone. Felt like she didn't want to to be doing her job. Attitude and minimal answers leaves me thinking of calling another taxi service like Blue lite

I have used blue light taxi's services for over 3+ years and have never had a bad experience with them until this morning. The moment I got in the cab the driver was very snarky, and unpleasant She asked for directions at the beginning of our journey, so after providing it I just zoned out. She ended up missing a turn off and then proceeded to be snarky and aggressive in asking for directions and as I was not overly familiar with the area, I didn't know where to go at that point. She then looked up directions on her phone, but continued to ask for directions, becoming increasingly more aggressive to the point she was yelling at me. At this point I snapped, on the cusp of crying and told her to pull over and let me out. I then walked home without paying. I called the dispatcher to explain the situation (already being upset) who proceeded to just argue with me. In hindsight I should have settled myself more before calling. However the way I was treated and talked to in the cab was completely and utterly unwarranted and has turned what has always been a good experience into an awful one.

The cab service is the slowest I have experienced. I called in at 7 in the morning and the cab arrives at 8:05. And I could have walked to my home instead of waiting. Never ever I’m gonna get this Service from them.

Had to catch an inter-city bus to London at 8 a.m. in Sarnia. I called at 7 a.m. from Corunna knowing it takes about 40 minutes in total from Sarnia to Corunna to Sarnia. Dispatch told me "15 to 20 minutes". At 7:24 I called to find out how much longer. Dispatch informed me they hadn't sent anyone out because "there were people ahead" of me. Fair enough, but that is NOT what Dispatch told me when I initially called. If they had said there was going to be a 30 minute wait I would have called another company. I would have missed the bus if I had waited. Dispatch actually argued with me. I called back at 7:25 and canceled the taxi. Dispatch said, "I just sent someone out". Again not what she said 1 minute earlier. I found an emergency ride and arrived on time. Poor communication and unprofessional Dispatch. I do not recommend and will not use again. Call log attached.
