I booked a driver more than 2 weeks before our flight, I recieved a confimation and a driver's contact information. The flight was delayed and when I made them aware in advance, someone responded that they are aware and that the driver will be there. When we arrived to venice I recieved a message "sorry booking is canceled. Our drivers are busy with other customers." And so we were stuck in the airport.
24 hours service? Definitely not! When I wrote to try for another driver they didn't even reply! We had to wait more than 45 minutes for a taxi from a different taxi service.
I do not reccomend this service!

We had a great experience, contact through WhatsApp was very convenient and we were able to book a taxi late at the night for early in the morning. Fair price and the driver was punctual and nice.
Poor service that didn't even bother to respond to a WhatsApp message.
I was left stuck outside Venice Airport hoping that a local taxi would come along. It did.

Ótima opção para quem chega de cruzeiro em Veneza, mas tem de ser rápido porque há poucos táxis. Preço meio salgado. Corrida até a estação de trem de Mestre custa 50 euros

Excellent business. I managed to book a taxi via WhatsApp at 4:30am after my flight was severely delayed. They were very helpful and driver arrived on time. Would highly recommend

I was picked up from the airport by the lovely Daniele, wow what a lovely person, beautiful car and got us into the centre of Venice quickly. The company went out of there way to ensure we got as close to our accommodation as possible, considering no cars in Venice.
We used them for the return journey for our early morning flight and we where picked up exactly on time by Daniele and communication through WhatsApp was PERFECT. Anyone travelling to Venice, don’t bother with the water boats use this company !!!!

Fantastic service. Organised a short notice pick up for my parents. Their flight was delayed and they didn’t arrive until 1am. Turned out that there were no other taxis available at the airport at that time so they were one of the lucky ones who made it to a hotel for the night.

I was very satisfied with the service. The driver was very punctual and enthusiastic to help me to bring my suitcases from my room to his car. The car is also very fast and comfortable. Really recommend people to book this service.

Needed an early morning (3:30am) ground transport taxi from Venice to the airport. I was able to arrange a ride the morning before via text messaging/call. The van was clean and on time, the driver was friendly and efficient. The prices on the website were accurate. I'm happy with the service.
Try not to buy anything from this airport! Everything is 2x or 3x the price that it should've been
