The expo center is a great venue - very open and bright. The fairgrounds are great for the annual fair.

Had fun all day, watching a great nephew and niece and some friends kids in the pig competition . Had a pork patty sandwich, and It. Beef from different vendors that was very tasty! 😋

Great place to see a show....but their policies on Pit Entrance /Fairness is non existent and rules are not enforced.
Grateful for a fair in our county ! Intentfully went in the evening to see the fair lights . Noticed they had workers trying to clean up after disgusting messy people. All in all its very nice to have these events , and to keeping it as clean and as safe as possible. I did see police presence for security!
Porter county fair is a great place for families. There are free shows that rotate around the clock each day. The fair is very organized and everything has its place. 2021 seems to be down a few vendors, but still has plenty. The tiger show is popular, but not half the tiger show they had a few years back. This comes to a big surprise to people, but lake county has a lot more to offer from exhibits, food, animals, etc., But I would say porter is safer.
Was great, had a wonderful time seeing king and country, Bentley Gilbert, and Lauren Alaina in year 2021 concert.
