My experience with FDM was incredibly disappointing. After facing challenges securing a job elsewhere, I turned to FDM to advance my career. However, the process dragged on for a year, involving two rounds of interviews. When I finally received an invitation for a third round yesterday, I was informed that my application couldn't proceed because my work permit is expiring in 2 years. Despite having informed them of my ongoing PR process, they insisted on having the PR card in hand to continue. This mistake, compounded by the year-long delay in processing my application, left me extremely frustrated.

The worst decision I took in my career was to join these folks. I would suggest to any graduate or a fresher who wants to join the industry just stay away from these folks.
Get your own training , certification and you will definitely land a good job.

Worst company ever to work with, terminated without cause. They are terminating people so that they don't have to pay the remaining amount. I was supposed to get 5k at the end of 2 years contract but just 3 months before, they ended my contract. I won't recommend joining FDM to anyone.

If there is a way to give a review for 0 star I would have done that. Worst experience I ever had they had so many interviews and after a person clears that interview, they wouldn’t even call back and if you call them for an update they won’t even answer your calls. You guys should not interview people if you are so irresponsible.

Interviewed for a position. Interviewer was late for the scheduled phone call by 15 minutes.

The lady explained the 'software developer' role and said it pays $17/hour during the training and after 1 year of training, I will be hired full time at 45k/year.

What a waste of time.

Totally unprofessional

The HR gave me a date and time for a phone interview last Friday. When the day arrived, I've waited hours for my phone interview. The next day, I sent an email and I even called to HR representative to no avail. Talking about wasting my time and money. Very untrustworthy....

Don't trust these guys, they will kill 3 weeks of your time in the name of interviews and once interviews are done they will never call you back to let you know the feedback (positive or negative) even if the final interview went well.
I would give zero or negative rating if there is an option.

Pros: no Pros
Cons: Even for the beginner's role they expect you to write complex coding.

Do NOT apply here, especially if you are a new grad. Their pay is well below average and they fine you a copious amount if you try to leave within your first 2 years. Not to mention they only pay you minimum wage when going through training. I got an offer but turned it down because they are being unethical.

Felt comfortable and that I could be very honest with the recruiter I spoke with. Unfortunately they didn't have more opportunities at an entry level.

Maurice Reichberg, poor customer service. He just came about in life to be job search agent where he need to have no talent or quality; however he manage to be rude, snab and have no sense feeling for other sace. He is a racist. best to describe his email to me.
