Called to discuss a vacancy my company needs filling. The gentleman who answered actually called me bro. Not a great first impression in my opinion. Avoid!

I've been with Penta Consulting since 28 April 2021 and there's a lot of exciting memories to share Penta invest more into its employee's looking after them is their first priority there's no hard work you will and goes unnoticed you will only be surprised when you get announced as employee of the month not forget to mention the company incentives for all international offices get together to celebrate when reaching certain set target the UK office environment its different if you don't know employees position or job titles within the organisation to you they will all look like they are at the same level because the environment is wow i am lucky my first flight, the first stamp on my passport i was flying to UK because of Penta Consulting.

Joined Cisco through Penta over a year ago, everyone I have dealt with to date since my first call with Philip Hunter up till now for my day to day needs or HR related requests through Jimmy and Rabih, have been extremely professional, warm and beyond helpful. By far the best consulting company I have dealt with through Cisco, whenever I have an inquiry or request I feel like the staff are ready to bend over backwards to fulfill my request. Extremely rude, pushing and not professional at all!

Really bad agency. I had a call from this agency about an admin position and they sent me a form to fill in then they asked me send in my passport and do a video call on WhatsApp.
After that they said that client would get back to you and you will be starting on Monday. I have been waiting all day for the past two days and I started to get frustrated.
After that I spoke to the consultant and she rudely said that I can’t make my client select you I have to wait for them…so I said in other words there was no offer I just filled in the forms and sent you personal details for nothing? The consultant said but we have to check that each candidate by law to see if you have rights to work in the UK and I said yes but other agencies who I have been in contact with don’t ask you for these details unless a job offer was made or if they’re tying to get you registered. She then said I don’t know why you are being rude to me and I said to her that according to my research that a bad recruiter is someone who is too biased towards their clients not to your candidates and you’re technically showing that kind of behaviour then I told the recruiter to remove my details and never contact me again. Also I bet the reason why she probably asked for my passport was to check to see if I’m an immigrant as I don’t have an English name.

Rude call barking at me to take my CV off CV library when I only accepted a new role this morning so have barely had time. Needs to be more professional in future.

Awful Recruitment Firm Avoid..!

I was put forward for a temporary role for Avian Mobile Limited in Wallington. Suzanne called me initially about the role last minute in March of this year. And wanted me to come in the same day she called me to register. I was nice enough to come to the office for Carlton Recruitment in Wimbledon especially the fact it was very short notice. Plus I just came home from an all day induction day for Harrods.
When I arrived I was not put in an office to discuss any job roles. Suzanne and her colleague Briyony made me sit in the reception seating area (Which I found a bit strange). Taking my personal information to register & telling me about the role & when I must start. They told me that a lot of people have come & gone from Avian Mobile Limited & how that their client wasn’t happy with them. As in the candidates they put forward.
I started the role on the following Monday & I worked with a lady who was still in training as she was only was there 2 months. The lady started to show her true colours later on in the week & was rude towards me & tried to demean my capability in training & knowing how to operate the system which I’ve never used before. To book engineers work etc. It wasn’t that complicated but she just made it seem like it was. Then she made me get trained by a guy named Dan who was nice at the start when I joined & seemed friendly & he had been in the job longer like a year. He started to be funny towards me & also try to demean me when I wasn’t working on his timeline of progress of getting every aspect of the job right. They were very nasty to me on the job. I tried to speak to the lady who trained me about her unprofessional behaviour towards me & I went on my break. Then the director came after me & basically told me to leave. I was livid because I was still new & in training. I can see why people like me who were candidates for Carloton Recruitment left the role. The staff there are nasty in that team and don’t know how to be patient & professional towards new people. It seemed quite clickish.
I spoke to Carlton Recruitment about it & Suzanne seemed sympathetic. And said she would try to find me more new work and over a month had passed & I heard nothing back from them. Then I rang up Briyony and she said there are roles but nothing close to where I live. Briyony was quite rude to me in her tone like she had a problem with me, when I said I haven’t heard from them and speaking to me in a way like I was stupid. I never heard back from them even after that. So I emailed them to tell them to delete all my personal ID & information I gave to them on my registration off of their database. As there is no need for them to have my personal information any longer.
Overall I would not recommend this agency to anyone not even to my worse enemy. I feel like they set me up with a bad client on purpose as at the start they said people they sent to Avian Mobile Limited were let go or didn’t like the job.
Apply for jobs yourself agencies are a complete waste of time. The government needs to shut down agencies like this. They take advantage of young people & only care about their next buck of commission. You are only just a number to them. They don’t care about anyone! I wish there were reviews on this agency but their were none otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered with them to begin with.
