I went shopping at Kmart today and was just looking for a few gloves. Since I didn't find them, I asked a slightly thicker employee with pink glasses for it. She only reacted after I spoke to her for the third time and then tried to explain to me the way where I can find the gloves. Unfortunately, I don't have that and I'm back to the same employee. A mistake!!! She replied to me that if I can't find any gloves, I can't buy any, although I asked if she could show me the way. Conclusion of the whole thing, Kmart has a great, cheap selection but the employees can still learn a lot more about customer satisfaction and helpfulness.

Very bad and worst experience with Queenstown k mart bcoz by mistakly I bought camping item, and I have receipt also but they can’t accept my product no return yet , I lost my money I hate this service zero marks for your policy ,, it’s new one only 1 day before I bought but can’t exchange it🤬

This Mart is huge and it sences like asthetic place when you roam around the home decor section. Nearly everything you will get it at one stop.From clothes to kitchen appliances,utensils you will get at a cheaper and reasonable cost.

I went into QT Kmart whilst on holiday looking for a particular product. I found the most helpful person that I have come across in Kmart she went over and above trying to help me find what I was wanting. Charlotte from her name badge thank you keep up the good customer experience X

bad selection of books

I visited kmart today and I was impressed by the size of the shop and the variety of products they offer. They have everything from home decor, toys, electronics, kitchenware, and more. The prices are also very reasonable and competitive.

However, I was disappointed by the clothing section, which was messy and disorganized. There were clothes on the floor, hangers tangled up, and sizes mixed up. It was hard to find what I was looking for and the staff seemed too busy to help. I think they need to improve their management and customer service in this area.

Overall, I would recommend kmart for anyone looking for a one-stop shop for their needs, but be prepared to spend some time and effort in the clothing section. I hope they can fix this issue soon and make the shopping experience more enjoyable.

Coming from Australia, I found the customer service to be pretty poor at the checkouts. The store has a lot of variety, some of it a little over priced.

Having worked in retail sales for years it’s just so frustrating when you encounter people like Priscilla at the customer service desk, she is in desperate need of customer service skills. So incredibly rude, curt, mean, disorganized and arrogant. When a customer asks a question, don’t sigh and walk away without saying anything, so rude!

There is someone who works here who gives the most amazing customer service! I called up on Sunday to find out if something was in stock, called 4/5 times with no pickup - to get a call back 10mins later from this gentleman asking what he can help with and gave the loveliest service. I have again called today to check the status of my click and collect order and got the same guy and same awesome service! Doesn't seem like a lot but I feel as though good customer service and being genuinely friendly and interested is hard to come by these days so I hope you get to see this, thanks for being an epic human!

It's my first time seeing kmart well stocked and full, usually kmart is running out of their products.
Very, very tidy and they have all the items in place.

I want to give a shout out to Emma who worked the day shift yesterday. After a huge screwup from my airline, I bought a ton of stuff and ended up having to return a lot of them; Emma patiently went through $400 worth of goods being returned one by one. And she was so nice about it, wishing us good luck for the rest of our trip. All the love for you Emma!!!

Stunning location for a Kmart!
Shop was well stocked, staff were great, everything was nicely arranged & organized. One of the few places in Queenstown that doesn't charge their customers exorbitant tourist prices. Keep it up 👍

Customer service was average. Some of the staff were helpful and polite while the ones at the front desk weren’t so friendly.
The warehouse okey for office supplies

The Warehouse, where everyone gets a bargain, and they still stand by that. Best prices, large selection. May not be the best quality shoes or clothes but everyday items like creams etc are cheaper than even Pak N Save. Good for New Zealanders and tourists. Plenty of parking and trolleys.

Great example of a Whitcoulls store. Great range of books. Nice staff. Recommended.

The stuff is not friendly with the customer. they also don't Know how to help you. I don't recommend this local and if you can the possibility to buy in a another place do it.

IDK why I liked it, but I did. P.S I liked the ceiling. It was white or cream. Situated in a large outside mall with many cool place which was good

Very good selection of books and cards- bought presents for children today. The staff are very friendly. The shop clean and the lighting and back ground music all well chosen.

New store in the new shopping precinct ( check exact location) but our first time in there and wow were we impressed. Awesome range of stationary, books for all ages, toys even including lego, science kits. This place is AMAZING for kids we spent ages there! Definitely do yourself a favour and pop in

Well stocked and surprisingly stocked some fountain pens that I didn't think existed in NZ!
