Some people that work here are rude and condescending. Mostly the more older ladies. The masculine women. The somoan lady and the maddie. Don't need to be like that if you work in customer service, I'm never coming here again.

K mart Bowral K Hub its ok for a country store plenty of variety and layed out bratty good.

Most impressed with this lovely toy shop. I bought a volcano eruptions explosions kit and the volcano piece was missing but after a phonecall they sent it out from the distributor so quickly. The joy on my kid's face when she was jumping up and down at the idea of the new volcano piece having arrived was beaut. They ended up sending a whole new kit which was great also. Thanks to The Creative Kid and that particular distributor.

This is a wonderful independent toy store, run by a local family. They have a great selection and are very knowledgeable! They are always able to help and have lots of fun fantastic toys!

Apart from checkout persons, the main duties of staff would be (1) put the merch on the shop floor and (2) tidy up after pig shoppers make a mess of the merch. There's never enough of (2) happening for mine. Amazing low prices on some merch.

I went to this K hub store about a week ago and looked around and they had pretty good stock and all, I bought myself a candle for $5.00 and I go up to the counter and the checkout chick has her hand out insisting for ME to pass it to her, didn’t even say anything except for “ $5.00 “ and I handed her the money and I said thank-you, no response at all. Usually their workers are so kind but this one had a retro grudge on their side. Did it with the person in front of me aswell. Poor service from this young girl.

Creative Kid is my "go to" toy shop. Very helpful staff. Excellent selection of wonderful, creative toys for kids. You won't see these toys in the big chains and prices are good.

Very limited range. So far there has been no new lines or products added like the bigger stores. It is a hub though. Maybe a rotation of different products every few months would be more beneficial. Staff are great, kind and helpful.

The staff there are excellent. There was a guy who assisted me to find a small bag. We could not find the one I wanted so I had to choose the bigger one and was about to pay for it. This guy left and came back quickly to the counter with 2 small bags (same size, different colors for me to choose). I was very happy because he tried while I were giving up for finding this type of bag. I bought one of the bags this guy got for me and could not be happier. Definitely will visit there more frequently.

Went in looking for winter men's clothes, found only a narrow range of thin, cheap, low quality windbreakers, hoodies, and trackies - big downgrade from target which had some good stuff. Hopefully later on more stock is established

Found the best Toy Shop in the Highlands. Very helpful ex primary teacher found the perfect challenging toys for my little ones. The service was friendly and helpful.

Nice. It has toys that lean towards the educational side while still feeling fun for kids.
