Horrible service. Made a reservation for 5 and they split the seating 4 : 1. What's the point of having a meeting/gathering if you can't talk and communicate with all the members/friends/family? The store manager was FAR from friendly. Raised his voice, sluggish body language and offered NO SOLUTION. Staff was unfriendly as well, no greetings, didn't smile, and super slow service. IT TOOK FOREVER to ask for anything. I ran out of soup and had to wait 15 minutes to ask for a refill. By that point my soup was so thick it turned into a sauce.

Vegetables were no longer crunchy, many of which are wilted. Cooked menu was far from warm. Saikoro cubes feels more like molded minced meet and tears apart when grilled.
Very sticky grill made the experience worst. No idea why it wasn't coated in oil/fat to mitigate this issue.

For the price point, you'd expect everything to at least be satisfactory. I've had experiences in other outlets but this was by far the worst experience. Never bringing any client/friends/family for dinner here again.

Our go-to bbq place. The place is clean, comfortable and full aircon. The bbq ingredients are fresh and varied, not to mention the ready-to-eat food. The staffs are also fast and responsive. In addition, they have halal certification.

Came here with bestie, booked several days before. First time to visit Breeze branch. We came at 11am when all the food were still fresh (but I had another time at Alsut for dinner and got fresh meat too). They maintain the food quality and this is very good.

Taste was ok, price was reasonable. The taste of meat was just ok and the quality was just mediocre since they serve meltique meat which was a cheap meat. They have a wide variety of side dishes and drinks. Love their spaghetti. I just dont understand why they still have to ask the customers to wear mask and gloves when taking the food from the counter. Mask was no longer a mandatory, why do we have to wear mask only in this restaurant?

I had an amazing experience at Hachi Grill BSD City! The all-you-can-eat buffet offered fantastic value for money and the food was delicious. The staff were also very helpful and quick to assist with any needs. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal at a great price. Thank you Hachi Grill BSD City!

My first time trying this branch and actually there's nothing different except for the interior. The meat were all fresh and came out quickly. Employees all ready and always following the healthy guidelines. But since it located inside The Breeze so it's really hard to find a parking area, other than that it's all good
