We went to the Popeyes in Stockbridge. I have to say where because not all Popeyes are created the same! The food was hot and fast. The drive thru is long, but it moves.

Went through the drive thru and the lady was extremely rude for no reason. She literally yelled at us for ordering something the way it was named on the menu, and then didn't tell us our total until we got to the window because she upcharged us for something without telling us. The food took forever and we still got it before the people in front of us, who had to pull up and were still waiting by the time we left. The chicken in the sandwich was warm (not even hot) , but the buns were cold af. Only the Mac and cheese was hot, but it was tiny for a 50 cent upcharge. Not worth it at all.

It was late on Labor Day, and we ordered carry out. The food was good. They missed some items that we ordered. But, we were hungry and ate.

One of the few Popeyes stores I know that still have the strawberry biscuits. This might be my go to Popeyes location now. Great staff, fresh food, and I was out of the store in no time.

Hello. I’m writing this on July 31st at Popeyes. I’m a dasher and I must say this is the worst location. The manager was extremely rude around 2:45pm on this day. He kept walking away from the front counter while there were a long line in his lobby. He was clowning around with his co workers. Also messing up orders and didn’t seem to know how to ring up the orders. They do not wear name tags. He had no hangtime on his braids, lighter complexion and a piercing on his left cheek under eye. He made me wait to get a Coke with no ice after I’ve waited in line for 35 minutes because he didn’t feel like completing the customers order. I will never spend my money here.

You know a place is good when the line is always long.. lol Good food - day staff is pretty friendly, however night staff....is questionable. Seem to always be throwing my food at me n disappearing. Not asking if I need any condiments or napkins. Pretty much wordlessly telling me to get the hell on.....

This Popeyes for me has always delivered good food and good customer service. If I had one complaint it would be the the dining room could use a little attention but grown people eating should be able too pick up after themselves as well especially in a restaurant that is busy like this one is. I understand that the prices have went up but the quality and customer service has most definitely went down. I’m accustom to waiting for them to cook the blackened chicken tenders but I’m not accustom to receiving these small and dried up pieces. I always check my food before leaving. I was shocked when I saw this. I went inside and the young lady (who stated out nice) stated that the suppliers cut the size of the tenders but she would have me more cooked. I’m assuming “Ellene” is the manager, wasn’t okay with that so she interrupted by yelling from the back, “damn you can give her 2 but not 3!” “We don’t give away food for free!” She continued talking but I walked off. Her attitude and response wasn’t even necessary. The young lady called me back up for my other tenders and I asked her for the lady’s name and she said, “ ask her yourself?” Very rudely. I’ve never received that kind of service at Popeyes and I’ve been to locations all over Atlanta.
