Just had a bad experience with another Christmas experience elsewhere. This showed us just how good the Jungle NI Christmas experience was. The jungle NI had hot drinks, cookies, private Santa time, photograph print, amazing light display, petting animals, tractor ride, story time with Mrs Claus, trampoline and much more. Our recent experience elsewhere didn’t have most of this. Not sure we left a review last year but our son loved it. Next time we’re back in NI for Christmas we’ll be going again.

Brilliant!!! Perfectly made, with a lot of activities for children different age! Cookes, coffee, tea and everything you wish! Easily spend 2 hours! Elfs was just amazing, full of joy, dancing and singing around! Tractor ride on a back of trailer was just so original! Thank you!

Having recently moved over from England to be with my boyfriend, who has a son aged 9, I thought it would be good for us to all spend a fun day together, giving us chance to bond.
The Halloweeuns event was sadly far from this. All the staff, other than the pumpkin patch guy, lacked enthusiasm, with no conversation, explanation or encouragement of the activities to the children. They looked like they would rather be else where. Being Halloween, we thought they would be dressed up making the experience more mesmerising for the children, they were not.
I understand that you have to accommodate a lot of children and want to keep waiting times to a minimum but £3 for each activity token, when they last less than 5 mins each, seems a bit excessive.
As above, the pumpkin patch guy was very informative on the different types of pumpkins, how they have been grown and full of interesting facts, he is a true asset to your business and precisely the personality type that one would expect from a worker at such an experience/ attraction.
Safe to say we didn’t have the experienced we hoped for and probably will not be back to try any of the other events throughout the year.

The fright night and the jungle NI was a mixed bag. The circus and claustraforest were quite fun. The inbred horror house set was good but the actors and make up really didn't do much. The ward was a let down as it was mainly people with bloody faces walking around you. The haycart audio wasn't very clear and the corn maze was basically a bog. (No fault of JungleNi) I think this event could've been great but for 12+ makes it a real shame. Some of the actors at the beginning were great with the chainsaws. The food was also very tasty. Overall I'd say it needs some improvement for next year.

Overpriced and underwhelming, the "Hallowe'uns" experience was a real letdown, very half-hearted and generally poor. £20 per child + £8.50 per adult is an absolute travesty! We were provided with 4 tokens (at £3 each) to use for various activities, none of which were good value. Archery consisted of two uninterested staff showing the kids how to hold the bow and then letting them shoot 5 arrows at a target, so 3 minutes worth of engagement with no enthusiasm from the staff. Paintballing was 2 minutes shooting at various plastic barrels without supervision, rock climbing was 5 minutes on a 12ft wall, again with 2 bored-looking staff members supervising. The haunted haycart ride was a covered potato trailer pulled up a hill with a shoddy witch and some books onboard. Only highlights were the pumpkin patch and the marshmallow toasting. Lack of signposting and directions for the activities didn't help. Waste of money.

Another fantastic Halloween event at the Jungle, absolute loved the story line behind the woodland trail and the actors are fabulous, out guide on the tour was fantastic great craic and played well to the group. All the scare attractions were brilliant love the Circus & the claustrforest. The main stage events throughout the night was a great touch and the stilt walkers and jester twins are awesome.

Wow such lovely people (note, I didn’t say staff) actual caring job loving people.
Everyone welcome; so accommodating. Top service and attention! Even with big number groups, on the ball and ready to go out that extra mile.
That’s why it’s a must go back to place obviously! 🙄 🙌🏻 🙏

Completed the tree top adventure.

Parking is on the opposite side of the road to where Google maps will take you but you walk a subway underneath the road for safely (about 5’ 5” in height).

Very wide range of activities going on, it was reasonably well sign posted too (hill reception was a bit too hidden by some greenery) though a very nice lady there looked after some stuff while we did the course.

Hugo, the instructor was very nice and explained things very well.

We got a good day weather wise, dry and calm. The assault course is high enough and very much challenging. 10 sections of the course were out of action as now required some TLC so it took us around 1.5hr to complete, which was perfect.

Highly recommend visiting!
