Traveled from USA. Made calls to hotel before booking. Wife is diabetic and disabled in wheelchair. No one ever mentioned an off site parking lot (10 minutes walk) or no AC. When I asked to park in a spot close to room they refused. They admitted the staff member failed to inform me and didn't have any solution. I asked for a refund or transfer to another property with AC and on onsite parking lot. They would not and then informed me that it was my fault for assuming that the hotel had ac and a parking lot at the hotel. I recommend staying somewhere else if you are planning to visit the park. I would avoid this property completely. Poor service and not worth the cost.
Fantastic room, great little touches making it a wonderful stay. Separate room with bunks for the kiddos, a book of bedtime stories, a board game. Swimming pool on the premises. 10 minutes' walk to the Efteling park itself. A bit pricey for the combined ticket/stay but well worth it if you have kids.
Check in and everything is done through the Efteling app, but staff is on top of everything to answer questions. If going by public transit there's a bit of a walk but it's surprisingly accessible.

It’s 10-15 min walk from the park, situated in a calm forest area. It has big car parking, nice restaurant (tasty food, although a bit pricey). The rooms were simple and clean ( kids loved bunk beds with curtains). We had breakfast there and it was good, there was big selection of bread and pastry, differently prepared eggs and other breakfast meals.
Great value, has all the basics to hand. Spacious rooms and living space. I missed a hairdryer though. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here.
This resort is the perfect location to stay when planning a multiday trip to the Efteling. The holiday park is incredibly pretty, well themed and all the staff were very friendly!
Our room was in a hotel block towards the back of the park which required a short walk down windy paths and across a lake on a wooden bridge, everything on that walk was beautiful and well thought out with little things for children to do and look at. I can imagine in bad weather this might not be ideal, but I'm the sunshine it's beautiful!
The rooms are spacious and themed to match the rest of the holiday camp.
I also have to mention the extra touches that really make this a stand out experience such as the roaming sleep wizard and his assistant, their lecture on how to have good dreams and the amazing breakfast buffet.
Great value and an even better experience!

This is a really great value stay. The park is absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail across the entire park is far far better than it really needed to be. They've clearly put a tonne of effort into making (and keeping) it nice, and it's really appreciated
We really enjoyed the Theme Park, there was rides to suit everyone. A 3 night stay was perfect as we got 3 full days to enjoy the park. The App is very useful and gives accurate wait times for rides.
We flew into Amsterdam and used Zip Transfer to take us to our Accommodation at Bostrik. We stayed in secluded family rooms which are a few minutes walk through the woods and over a bridge from Reception. Rooms were fine, separate room with bunks for children and small fridge.

Such a fantastic park, so much value for money, so much to see and do, a must visit 😁
I strongly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Efteling. This place is really like heaven. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is perfect. There is a bus in order to transfer you in the park, but it is only 5-10 minutes walking.
An apartment with two rooms for six adults but with only ONE toilet!! Without room service. So that we must do bedset by ourselves???!
Rooms are nice, restaurant is limited. Breakfast is good. Should have a nearer entrance to the park
Excellent location, rooms very spacious, customer service was out of this world! Food was reasonably priced in the evening, our waitress Marie Noel was amazing, made my daughter feel very special on her birthday. Thankyou

Great experience, i have purchased a last minute offer, took the room with tickets includes and breakfast included too. The room was clean and my kids had a great time with the overall setting in the room, bunk beds, with play area and a rustic lunch table with benches. Breakfast varied, with emphasis on natural and local products. We reached the park entrance, by a small connection shuttle bus/train type that had a departure every 20 mins. Entire trip from hotel to park lasted 5 minutes. We had a separate guest entrance, and with the purchased tickets, because we were staying in this hotel, we could enter the park 30 minutes earlier, so we could enjoy the more crowded attractions. Overall great experience!
I would separate my rating into 3 - 4*stars for the location and the hotel staff. If the entrance was right across the road, which is possible, i would have given it 5* stars for location but because you need to walk a 10 minute walk i gave 4* if it was possible i would have given it 3.5*
2*star for the hotel room, it didn't have the possibility to close the cooling and it was cold. And the heater didn't work properly.
Overall we had a good time and the girls loved it.
