When Teavana went out of business, i was really upset because my husband and i are avid tea drinkers. And i was going to buy my tea online, but i was really really skeptical about that. Then we happen to find the Sarasota location, i was in heaven!!! This was 3 plus years ago...The employees are super nice. When we go in, they are super friendly and happy to be there. The knick-knacks and kettles and what not are a bit price, but this is a small business, so that's expected. But the tea! Oh man I can go on and on about it. First off, the costs is way cheaper than teavana ever was. I was explained by the staff that the owner doesn't have a middle man to pick the teas. She does it herself and that she works with farmers directly. Also when the pandemic hit, they didn't inflate their costs at all. Only last year, or late 2021 the owner had to raise the prices up just by a bit, which didn't even hurt the wallet. SO THANK YOU!!! My favorite tea is the black caramel tea. You smell it and its like biting into a caramel candy. I like to pair it hot or cold with my pumpkin spice creamer. the sugar they use is really good on price. Its a bit cheaper than what i found online. And it makes my tea taste sooo good. Don't use regular white sugar with their tea! Any ways we like going to either davis island or sarasota location. its clean and cute and people are super nice. I tell the folks that work there that i love the locations and to keep trucking. I love this shop and if I can give you guys 6 stars i would.

Trust the reviews!! This place earned everyone one of the 5 stars. I tried the strawberry coconut cream, Thai milk tea, and taro tiger tea. They were all SPECTACULAR! I would highly recommend it. This was the best boba place I've ever tried.

I love TeBella! TeBella has an amazing tea selection. They have such a large variety you can choose from, it’s hard to try them all!

I tried their banana bread fog tea and was so good, it tasted just like a banana bread. I enjoyed it iced after a morning run. The lady recommended I pair it with almond milk and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

Wonderful store,but I saw today 20Sep2023 it is CLOSED down. There are other loose-leaf selling tea shops however, I preferred this shop because there was a tester tea for customers to smell, rather then employees opening up their stocked container,causing the tea to be less potent.

I needed somewhere to hang out while waiting on my mechanic and found this little gem! It’s so adorable. It has hanging swings with glitter pillows ! Then a beautiful bar with all the espresso! Kratom & Kava you could ever desire ! Loved the vibe & the service is phenomenal. He helped me pick a drink & they had a charger & of course that saved my whole day! I totally recommend 10 out of 10!

A real hidden gem 💎! I needed somewhere to wait while my mechanic fixed my car & this place has the best vibe ever! The bar is so nice & they have the best espresso ☕️ ever ! I totally enjoyed the place 100%!

On Saturday morning, I decided to visit TeBella to take part in the Yelp tea experience. I chose to visit their Davis Island location and upon entering the shop, I was delighted to see the beautiful interior decor of TeBella. I was in awe of the ambiance.

Rachel, my host, warmly welcomed me and gave me a brief history of the store. She also introduced me to the different tea flavors they offer, including their autumn specials.

I decided to go with the Banana Bread Fog, which was exclusive to the Yelp elite squad. It was a cold drink and tasted absolutely delicious. I couldn't get enough of the flavor.

I recently visited this tea store and was delighted by their extensive selection. Their blend with raspberry leaf was a standout – the flavor was refreshing and soothing. The knowledgeable staff enhanced the experience by offering recommendations tailored to my taste preferences. I'll definitely be returning to explore more of their offerings!

The drink itself was great and I enjoyed the Thai tea. A bit pricey, though, and the store smelled like a sweaty locker room because of the adjoining fitness studio. That being said, the cup was really fancy and the boba did hit the spot!

This boba shop has easily become one of my FAVORITES in the Tampa Bay area! Midtown Boba has also made me a “milk tea person”!! Don’t get me wrong, they have great fruit teas, but their milk tea is so yummy! This place also has the best and (pleasantly) chewiest boba I’ve ever had. I used to only order popping boba, and Midtown Boba has shown me what good boba is!

BOBA: The boba is a complete 5/5 stars. I really enjoy their crème brûlée bobas, where I have had both their regular and oreo-matcha milk teas. I also love their cups, where they are sturdy and clean, where some other shops have flimsy, cheaper cups. They have a reasonably large menu and allow you to customize as you’d like, too!

SERVICE: The staff may be shy at times but all of the employees are complete sweethearts and very patient as we order every time! They are also very helpful when I have various questions.

ATMOSPHERE: One of THE cutest and “post-able” boba shops! I always get a picture when I come here because the store is just so clean and pretty, I can’t resist!

This wa my first time here ana I stayed all day here working and chilling. I love the vibe and ambiance. Drinks are great and will most likely be my office to work and enjoy.

The atmosphere is very chill, which is fitting for a kava bar. But the standout here is the service. Really awesome people working at this place. Very welcoming and knowledgable/informative about botanicals of all kinds. I highly recommend you check out Steep Station.

Yesterday I found this cute tea place on Davis Islands and I am in love! I had the lavender fog tea and it was perfect. They also have fine chocolate and macarons. The girls there were so nice and helpful. They have a huge catalog of loose tea that you can buy and have their marvelous tea at home. I'm so happy I found this place!

I love Steep Station. Since I moved to the Carrollwood area, this place has become synonymous with comfort for me. There is a sense of community here that feels palpable. All of the staff are extremely passionate about their work and always are knowledgeable about teas, kratom, kava, etc. I wish I could take it with me as I prepare to move away from Tampa. Do visit, it is a great place.

My first time here but totally worth it. Staff was helpful being it was my first time and i needed help to match the different wants of everyone with me. Most definitely going back and would recommend anyone who loves boba refreshing drinks and even anyone who would like to do a spinning class in the back!

Great boba place located within Midtown. They have a few oat milk substitute drinks and a variety of flavors. Their Thai tea is my favorite. The shop is clean and staff is friendly with great suggestions.

Great drinks, great prices, even better people. I would recommend this location for anyone looking to try something new. Lastly a special shoutout to Brandi, the all-star of Steep Station.

We were near downtown area and wanted to have boba tea so I searched near me and saw Midtown Boba.
The parking garage is near Midtown Boba and parking is free.
When I entered the tea store, I was greeted by the server.
The ambiance and decoration inside the tea store was good and minimal. I loved their vibes.
From the menu, I decided to order Thai Tea and Strawberry and Coconut Cream Blend Tea.
The service was good and soon I got my tea orders.
First I had the strawberry and coconut cream blend tea. The tea was delicious and i loved it. One of the best boba tea I had.
Then we had Thai tea which was equally good and delicious and had the perfect Thai tea taste.
Amazing store and it provides delicious Thai tea's.

The barrister's customer service skills are severely lacking. When I visited last night, I was met with some of the worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered a simple tea with steamed milk and a double karatom drink. Throughout the entire process, I could hear mumbling and a complete lack of care from the person behind the bar. It was as if I was interrupting their day. As the person was trying to pour hot water, they burned themselves. I could sense their discomfort and asked if they were okay. To my utter disgust, I was met with a sarcastic and disgruntled "yes!" The person then turned their head and ignored me. As a nurse and a human being, I understand that they were in pain, and I was genuinely concerned. However, to be treated as a nuisance rather than a customer was unacceptable.
Additionally, the double karatom drink that I ordered was ungodly thick and undrinkable, making my experience even more unsatisfactory.
Truly Disappointing!

I really enjoy the tea they have a lot of variety and the teaware products are interesting and cute. Tya is super nice and helpful as well. I've tried a few different blends and enjoyed all of them but Tiramisu has been my favorite so far.

Went here on a whim and wound up buying much as the service was good and there was an TON of variety. Andrea (sp?) was extremely helpful, quick, knowledgeable and kind. In the 30 min or so I spent in the store, she serviced about 5 different people with amazing efficiency. I bought 5 bags of tea and two teacups.

She was truly exceptional! And I appreciate good service, especially on my first visit. I hope some way some how this makes it back to Andrea in Tampa FL. Thank you for your hospitaliTEA!

Very rude to their customers. They do not post their return policy anywhere (not on the receipt or in the store). How do you expect someone to see if they like a tea or not without trying it? I came there with the product nicely in the tin, the receipt and I had bought it the previous day. Either way, they were very very rude. There was no need to be so unhelpful and unkind, I was buying their product. They did not even offer a solution (store credit or a new tin).

The tea did not have any flavor, the only thing nice about it was the tin it came in.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with their customer service and product. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

My daughter bought me a tin of “Chocolate Puer as a gift using her hard earned babysitting money because she knows I love tea and chocolate. She and her sister told me of a bad service incident they incurred while at the store. They were purchasing their gifts and being rung up at the register. When another older lady walked in, the cashier left the register told them to wait and actually started helping the new customer. They waited for about 20 minutes before my older daughter went over and asked her if they could please finish their transaction since they had been there first.
She was extremely put out and rude to both of my daughters. While the tea tin was beautiful, the taste of the tea was nothing more than brown water. We took it back the next day with the receipt and the man at the store was immediately rude and unhelpful stating that they do not take anything back once it is opened. While I understand, it should be included on the receipt or posted and no need to be rude to a customer. It’s a risk- expensive tea for cute package and not so cute attitude of the workers.

Loved the customer service. Excellent tea however I purchased a cup with strainer and when I pour my hot water it’s too hot to drink out of! Where is the protection around the cup? I am very disappointed! Expensive and love the birds on the cup however I can not use!!

I am disappointed. Salesman said they have original Chinese high quality tea and owner selected all tea and delivery from China. I bought White Peony and Silver Needles. I expected to get Bai Mu Dan (White Peony) and Bai Hao Yin Zhen (silver needle) but it was something weird. I drink green tea last 15 year, since when I first time visited China but flavor and aroma is so different from original tea , tests like old broom after sauna, looks like they use old and blend it with very low quality green tea to reduce tea costs. Definitely this is my first and last time when I bought tea in this tea shop.

The BEST boba. It’s so fresh and very flavorful! Also, love that they use real fruit. It’s so good that I come here consistently twice a week. The taro and strawberry Fresca are my favorites (both sweet.) But they’re all so good! You can also ask them to sweeten the drink up. And the staff and owner are really nice! The cup is also very secure and lid really comfortable.

Came here looking for Pu-erh and genmaicha, and not only did they have both I was looking for, but the staff helped me pick out two more different teas. Staff was super helpful and explained everything well. I was hesitant to buy the minimum 2 ounces since I had never heard of this company and didn’t know about their quality, but every single tea has been great so far and I don’t regret any of them. Will definitely be back to get more of what I have here and try some more. The store is also set up nicely and it’s really cool to read the jars and look at the tea. You could spend an hour in here looking at the tea like you’re in a museum.

This is the cutest tea shop in Tampa. They have a wide selection of teas ranging from herbal to the standard green, black, white, etc....

There is a little nook in the back where you can sit and study while enjoying your tea. You can get it hot or iced, as a latte or as a fog, as well as take some loose leaf home with you too!

There are multiple locations to include an outlet at Oxford Exchange and an outlet in St. Pete inside Station House.

Compared to all the overcrowded coffee shops around town, this hidden gem keeps me coming back for a quiet space to read and study.

Store was clean. Lots of merchandise that can given as a gifts. Tons of tea. They also have herbal tea as well. Fruit teas plus many more. I purchased the Peach Passion tea, its delicious.

A great kava/kratom place. Lot of options and teas are brewed very nicely. Nothing beats happy hour teas. The staff is friendly and any first time users can get all the info they need. A pretty cool cafe to hangout at. Its better than most places in tampa and the prices what you would expect.
