I had an unusual experience here. Our server made several mistakes with our orders. For example, my mom ordered a salad but ended up with a soup due to a miscommunication. Later, she ordered fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, but received a dish with a meatball on top and shrimp on the side, which was incorrect. While the server did correct the errors, the situation took a turn when the manager was called over. The manager's approach felt confrontational, and when I expressed dissatisfaction in a survey, she loudly questioned us in front of other customers, making the situation very uncomfortable. The server appeared to be of South Asian descent, and the manager was a white woman with noticeable fake eyelashes and a rude demeanor.

Our family has enjoyed Olive Garden across the country for almost 20 years, yet no experience matched our most recent dinner on 07/28/24 with Terrance as our server. Clearly an expert, he was incredibly attentive and perceptive. Everyone agreed, he makes his role look effortless, truly connecting with his guests. Service was the star, food was still excellent as always.

We were traveling from out of town the food was amazing as well as the staff! will definitely return.

The people who are at the front you know the greeters(in this case the non greeters) there are four people up front and none of them greet people because they are to busy on there phone or talking about other people to greet you.

Our server wasn’t that great, I guess they don’t like it when you order water, but that’s all we drink so who well. Our waiter was so bad someone else had to refill our waters and bring out our food.

To top it off we were seated in the Togo area it was awful just listening to the waiters talk, people coming in and out. It wasn’t good. We haven’t even been sat here. Awful awful.

The server was mediocre. He made multiple trips and took forever to take our meal order, then waited and had to remind him that some got an appetizer and an entree. He was not very tentative. The food was as expected. I tried a new drink that was good. Always nice to get the $6 take home meal per entree.

Love this place! We are from out of town and were headed back home but wanted to find a healthy breakfast spot. This place met all of my expectations. Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food and excellent service. There were plenty of healthy options for me (the kale juice was everything!) and also not so healthy for my husband who ordered the breakfast burrito. I would eat here everytime we’re back in town.

I haven't ordered from Red Robin in a long time. Thought I'd try my favorite sandwich. Not very good. I also ordered sweet potato fries and got regular steak fries. Approx 10 fries. Very disappointed.

I used to love Red Robin! It was our go to burger spot! We decided to go last week, and I ordered a beyond burger (I am vegan) and we were told they no longer make vegan accommodations due to them downsizing their grills. All the meat/meat substitutes are now cooked together. I was super shocked by this because we’ve been coming here for years. They said ALL LOCATIONS made this change.

When we are, the quality of the burger was poor. No seasoning, just blah. They literally gave us 7 fries… I would recommend this place to my meat eating friends because the quality is terrible.

I ordered Lemon Ricotta Pancake. For $12.99, I expected a pancake with lemon and ricotta in the batter but got a plain pancake topped with imitation lemon flavor curd. My pancake tasted exactly the same as the pancake my son ordered. The pancakes and other food were cooked well. Food came out at a reasonable time. The family at the next table got their food when I was leaving the restaurant. They were there before me. Service was OK. The server was a little slow in getting order and bringing a to-go box.

The service was good and the food was good. The wrap had good flavor but I wish it had more sauce on the inside or on the side, it was lacking on that part. The garlic parmesan fries were good and had enough to actually taste the garlic and Parmesan.

Ordered online and had to wait for quite a while at the restaurant for my order. I had to wait quite a while for staff to even acknowledge I was there for a pickup order with nobody telling me how much longer it would take. The whole point of ordering online is to avoid this exact situation. If I hadn’t have already paid, I would have just left. Turns out my order was sitting there cold for a long time in spot other than where a sign says pickup orders go. The staff was incompetent. This is my first and last Bob Evans experience. I won’t be going back.

The atmosphere is welcome and festive. There's a wide selection of appetizers and entrees to choose from, and they add new items almost every season. The food is always fresh, cooked as ordered and great-tasting. I recommend going to this location if you're doing some mall shopping.

My wife and I try to eat breakfast almost every day of the week. The reason for this is the waitress and cooks have become familiar with what we eat and how it is cooked. Our waitress and staff have become friends, due to their politeness and caring attitude. I asked about a new item on the menu, I ordered it and it was excellent. Waffle, cheesecake and strawberries. I highly recommend this I-Hop due to its courteous staff and its overall atmosphere. Our waitress, Betty is super.

Friendly, Fast, and Delicious Food! Our server, Brandee, went above and beyond to provide the best customer service we have ever experienced. She made us feel like family. Everyone else was also very friendly, made sure our coffee did not get cold, and refilled it multiple times. All employees had a smile on their face. The place was well decorated with a fall theme.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at IHOP and was fortunate enough to be served by Reha. From the moment I sat down, her exceptional service was evident. Not only was she attentive and accommodating, but she also went the extra mile to ensure that every aspect of my dining experience, down to the freshness of my coffee, was impeccable. It's not every day that you come across a server who displays such commitment to customer satisfaction. If you find yourself at IHOP, I strongly recommend asking for Reha. Her dedication to providing top-notch service greatly enhanced my dining experience, making it a memorable one. She truly deserves a 10/10 rating for her exceptional service.

Everything and everyone here at IHOP is amazing. .the waitress named Brandee Is wonderful and also the manager named Carlos is wonderful as well. So very nice ! Come to IHOP on Smoke town Rd in Woodbridge. Have great food and great service .

Dines in at IHOP last night with my family and was truly impressed by our server, Carlos. Not only was he attentive and prompt, but he also offered great recommendations from the menu such as the new waffle. His warm and friendly attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. Exceptional service is hard to come by these days, and Carlos certainly sets the bar high. Will definitely be returning, hoping to be seated in his section again! Highly recommend. They also have outdoor dining.

Alway a good idea. Friendly and satisfying. Brandee, my server, took extra good care of me. Everything was perfect. This how you should always start the day.

Great service, great food! Call ahead to be placed on the wait list. It gets busy on weekends.

The food is SUPERB. They go out of their way, way above and beyond to make sure people are satisfied with their orders.

"American cheese" should never be in the same sentence "fondue". It's was like a thinned out melted American cheese. Try at your own risk.
Overall not terrible, but nothing to rave about, just another greasy American burger franchise.

The food was excellent. It was a little slower than I expected based on the size of the place but it was worth the wait. Everything was prepared correctly.

The atmosphere is key here. Food is good, but the value isn't as good as the other cheaper breakfast options.

A cozy breakfast/brunch/lunch chain with a fresher/healthier vibe. My first time at this location. I got the purple haze (lavender lemonade) and elevated egg sandwich (sub chicken sausage instead of bacon) so yummy!

If my memory serves correctly, my server was Mary and she was awesome! Very personable and friendly. The food was delicious. After visiting some other restaurants I most likely come back to Bob Evans.😋

alert alert! the service here is collectively incredible! from the server Kevin to Isabella making our drinks to the manager Christian. everyone is so kind and went above and beyond to make sure our entire family had fun. the food was amazing. do not sleep on silver diner’s food! the quality has only been getting better and better! could def compete with higher priced brunch spots. bruschetta toast, salmon benedict, philly omelette, shrimp caesar salad, cod w couscous & asparagus, blt. we’re so grateful we spent our sunday family brunch here today :) will be back often

This is a farm to table restaurant, so the food is not processed and pretty healthy. I had the pumpkin pancake breakfast, and it was 🔥. My friend ordered an omlette, and it looked amazing as well. I will definitely eat here again and try a few more items on the menu. The food is decently priced and they a have a pretty huge bar if you're dining alone.

Service was fast and server was attentive. Really great menu and food was delicious. Only complaint I have was that I ordered one of the three eggs Benedict dishes they offer and it was basically a hard boiled egg. That was disappointing. But great flavor otherwise I still ate everything!

This is the worst Bob Evans I have ever been to before. Someone I was eating with got a steak asked for rare and got well done and his mash potatoes and broccoli was chewy, I got the wild fire salad and the chicken was over cooked and there wasn’t enough sauce. Then the other other person I was eating with got a pork burger and it was was too sweet like the cook didn’t do ingredients portions right. There was only ONLY cook and the worst thing is we waited almost an hour for our food which wasn’t even good. Highly disappointed do NOT go here if you want good food. We had to get a discount because the food wasn’t worth our money. I hope this post does people good and they do better than going to this Bob Evans.

Food was really good. We split an order of chicken and waffles. The picture attached is half the order. The portion was huge. If you go there ask for DJ. He’s an excellent waiter. His customer service skills are above and beyond.

pleasant Red Robin experience - easy and quickly seated, tasty burgers.

Experience was nice. Service was on point. No wait time. Seated as soon as we came through the door. The server was polite and attentive. Food came out no more than 10min after ordering. Food was good. Pancakes just ok.

Beer was cold (-old orange slice). Food was good. Service was a different story...sub-par at best. Our wait person never came back to check on us. We had to flag someone down for water and to pay because the tablet on the table didn't work.

My family enjoys going to Silver Diner ever since my kids were young. With 50s-60s atmosphere and old school table jukeboxes, SD just seems to facilitate a happy experience.

My family and I went to the Potomac Mills location for a celebratory dinner. Our waitress was incredible, the food delicious, and overall service just great. There were not many patrons when we arrived so no wait to be seated. I even went as far to check the bathrooms, which was very clean.

If you are ever in the Potomac Mills Area stop in to the Silver Diner for breakfast! Ask for Doreen. I ordered the Oaxaca omelette (with egg whites) and turkey bacon; I substituted a pancake for my toast. Everything was excellent.

We loved that place. At first we thought this was expensive but when we got the food, the plates were huge! Everything was really good they have vegan options!! And a big kid's menu.

Had breakfast here this morning with a long time friend that I have not saw in years. We had a great experience, food was excellent, waitress was wonderful and attentive. Very quiet environment at that time in the morning. Very convenient location and easily accessible. We decided to do this on a monthly basis and this will be our go to place for sure!

Came to VA to take care of some business and came across this diner. Expected the food to be good because of the lines but the wait wasn't long, as the server took us to our seat I was looking at people food as we walk by and everything looked delicious. My daughter or a omelette but it came incorrect the manger greeted us and apologized and gave us a free entree for the inconveniences. I'm traveling back to VA just for the experience and food if this diner. June 19 I have an update. So I didn't want to travel all the way back to this silver diner in VA, when I found out there are more then one silver diner in a American. Ive since been to silver in Arlington Virginia and Columbia Maryland and none compare to this silver diner

My wife and I ordered the same this to go: Cup of vegetable Beef soup and half of an All American BLT. The soup tasted like it was out of a can. The BLT was disgusting. I have never seen a worse looking BLT: made with 1 slice of tomato, raw, wilted spinach and bread that was so cooked it was flat and hard. Please see photos.

Worst place ever, food took over an hour, every single order was messed up. They were not even that busy! First time at Bob Evan at last, fried chicken was burnt. They are super friendly but friendly doesn’t fix my food. If I could give them a 0 starts I will.

We had breakfast Sunday morning at Bob Evans on Smoketown Road in Woodbridge. It was nearly noon and we were happy to see that there was only a 5 minute wait. I know a review of Bob Evans is not ground breaking, but sometimes different locations of the same chain give different dining experiences. Such was not the case here. The reason we go to Bob Evans is consistency, in food and service.
We started with coffee, as one might expect. My wife had hotcakes with Bacon, her usual order. There was 4 large hotcakes, and a good sized side of bacon. The bacon was cooked medium, and though we both prefer our bacon cooked within an inch of it's life, she enjoyed it. I had the Big Egg Breakfast, which is 3 eggs, meat and home fries. Instead of meat I got grits. It was a nice portion, and a hearty filling breakfast. The only thing I might say is that the coffee refill took a while.
All in all, Bob Evans is always good, filling comfort food. We've been there many times, and will be back again.

They get a little busy with online orders, you might have to wait a little. Even with the wait, this place is awesome. The staff is cool and the food is outstanding.

SUMMARY: We enjoyed the food, but most everything else was I'll let down.
We like Red Robin but we do not recommend this location.

FOOD: Royal burger was wonderful.

SERVICE: Waitress was abrupt & less than friendly. Also failed to offer drink or fry refills.

FACILITY: Great location adjacent to Potomac Mills, Walmart, & Sam's Club. Unfortunately the restaurant itself was not maintained. Sad because It has obviously been updated so the furnishings are good. However those furnishings are all covered in thick dust and grime, plus women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting.

PARKING: Plentiful Free parking with easy access.

Everything was amazing. The hostess was very friendly and our waitress was even friendlier. Our waitress was very attentive and ensured the food was correct and perfectly timed. She made sure we were done with plates and took them almost as soon as possible to keep our table clear. We had the salad and ordered meatballs as an appetizer, then both ordered plates of the shrimp and scallop fettuccini alfredo. Every food item came out perfectly as ordered and was deliciously prepared.

She ordered the Italian margarita and I got the Italian rum punch. Hers was great, tasted strong, and packed a punch. Mine was delicious, tasted like there was no alcohol at all, and packed the same punch.

This place is awesome in every way! Atmosphere, service, and food. Our waitress Sosi was incredible. She made great suggestions and provided the best service, even though it was very busy. The Red, White, and Blue French Toast was literally one of the best things I've ever had. The coffee is amazing!

Great breakfast ! Service since manager change so much better than 2 years ago . But , a new problem has emerged. Signage. What do I mean you ask ? Well, if you stand under the "correct" signed reading 'checkout'...you will be directed to pay over at carryout. Why ?
