Always a family favorite! The menu has regular new offerings while also providing the favorites. Staff is efficient and friendly. Thanks for making us feel so welcome.

We were told a 20 minute wait. We watched them seat people out of order, including an 11 person party that showed up after we arrived. We waited for over 80 minutes before we finally got seated. Although we all ordered at the same time, half of us got our food 20 minutes after the first half. At one point watched a young server carrying food practically at his chin, breathing on others’ food. 🤢. Food was warm at best and coffee was the same. Would have been delicious if hot, but it was not even mediocre at room temperature. Exactly 3 hours after we checked in, we left. What a total disaster on mother’s day. Extremely disappointed in the worst Cracker Barrel we have ever been to.

Sierra was our server and we couldn't have asked for better service. She was kind, very friendly and very helpful. The food was great too. The gift shop is kind of tight if you are disabled, but they have a huge selection of country style gifts. My mom even bought a quilt! I've been to other Cracker Barrel restaurants, but this one was by far the best!

YUMMY EVERY TIME. I have been going here for years. And I always want to go back. I love everything and even there gift shop. The gift shop is so beautiful with unique things and it's so well displayed and fun to see.

Placed order on mobile app that said to pickup at New freedom location. I arrived and manager said they didn’t receive an order. They found their system had an error and sent the order to Harrisburg location. They apologized and told me it would be out in 15 min and told me I would not have to pay again, as I already did on the app. Then when I got my food they told me manager said I had to pay, after speaking with the immature manager who insisted it was user error after showing him my order placed to his store. I found the service extremely poor and the manager brain dead. He would not lend any help with me receiving a refund and told me I would have to contact Harrisburg store, Harrisburg store told me to call back and that they were too busy. Bad system and very poor customer service. Pictures attached with where it said to pick up and there system sending the order to wrong store.

It's been a hot minute since we last visited a Cracker Barrel, mainly because there isn't one close by, but I'm glad that we made the drive with our triple-generational family of six. One of the many positive features of CB is consistency - in menu, food quality, service, and in restaurant and store atmosphere. CB can be counted on to excel in all of those areas, and this visit was an excellent example. Our server was attentive and personable. The food was delivered quickly and was delicious. Checkout via QR code at the table was fast and convenient. Overall we had a wonderful brunch!

Love this place! Awesome customer service! Had so much fun shopping in the store. There is something here for everyone. I'm thinking about going back to do my Christmas shopping. The prices are really reasonable. The menu offers country cooking items like biscuits and gravy, fresh vegetable soup, corn muffins, chicken and dumplings and turkey and stuffing as well as grilled cheese sandwiches and fries. I highly recommend stopping by and enjoying a good breakfast/lunch/dinner.

I love how this place never changes, you can always count on delicious food and great service. Went there with the kids the other day and everyone was satisfied with what they ordered. The cheesy hash browns casserole is one of my favorite things to order.
