I was so impressed that I kept going back and back to this restaurant. They cook the food in front of you. Everything is transparent atmosphere is great. Highly recommend.
I was highly disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered chicken biryani, but to my dismay, they served beef biryani instead without any prior notice or explanation. As someone who doesn't eat beef due to personal or religious reasons, this was completely unacceptable. The staff showed little concern when I raised the issue, and the overall customer service was lacking. I won't be returning to this establishment and wouldn't recommend it to others. Please who's people are very much concerned about vegetarian please do not order or dine in this place!! Requesting to police kindly red this type of particular place where they are doing this kind of things, instead of chicken serving beef it can be hamper with someone religious feelings!! 🙏🙏 Please my humble request to police 🚨

A small quaint place running since 1999 and is worth a visit. They have anything and everything you might need. The team helped us with our transport, food and whatever else there can be.
The entire team was helpful and courteous and always at our beck and call.

Some harsh reviews here and in some ways I can understand, the Brits abroad is not for everyone including us.
However if you are here for months as a lot of us are some pie and mash occasionally can be quite welcome. The owners are Indian's and doing their best to accommodate us whilst trying to survive a season with a reasonable profit.
The portion size is more than adequate and in our experience very tasty. If you are here for a fortnight enjoy your excellent Indian food, if you are here for months and fancy a taste of home give it a try.

Delicious foods. Lovely service. Not a 5* restaurant but I noticed it was always busy day and night so I gave it a try. I would 100% return for the 5*food and 5*service. It was one of if not the best flavours I tried in Goa! 🇬🇧
Great shack, clean toilet facilities (two western toilets), good music, decent food and decent pricing (four of us avg bill was 5000rps. It is est. 400m from the main road or 5 mins walk. Awesome sunset views, open beach can walk to fort aguada (long walk)
Recommend going to beach by 3pm, settle in shack for 1 hr, by 4 pm go to beach till 6pm enjoy the waves and sunset, return back to same location after sunset and stay there till midnight enjoying music and ambience.

5 star for food, service, atmosphere! It’s rare to get a 5 star rating for all three but that’s what it is! Candle light dinner with melodious sea waves sound, excellent food and even excellent & prompt service is what makes this Candolim beach side restaurant a must visit. Serene atmosphere! A little struggle to park your car as parking is a bit tight, nonetheless it doesn’t matter at all. A must visit every time you are in North Goa. Must try Red Snapper & Chonak. Special mention to the server for his excellent service and the owner of the shack who helped in finding the car owner who had blocked the way-out right in the middle of the night. 👍🏻
I had a wonderful dining experience at Marina Beach Shack. The food, especially the traditional Goan dishes, was outstanding, and the continental options were also quite good. The service was top-notch, with the staff having an in-depth knowledge of each dish, making helpful recommendations. Overall, we enjoyed a great time with a beautiful beachside view.

Easy Vibe and nothing fancy. If you are looking for a lazy day and sundowner, this is a great shack. Service is very polite and very reasonable price. Surprisingly good food unexpectedly for a beach shack. Must try for an easy beach day.

Great place to spend your day relaxing by putting your foot in the sand, enjoying good food, watching the ocean, and feeling the breeze! Feeling alive and unwind! Food, pricing, and taste are good. Main USP of Goan snacks is no one will ask you for your next order or to get up from your chair. Real unwind till you want. Amazing place.

i ordered goa fenni and they served it in plastic glass. And when I asked to replace it with a glass they said "Goa fenni ka standard hi yhi hai". Bhai daru ki cost ka standard se kya relation.

Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. It was the first place we went to where the customer service was amazing. The lady was incredibly polite and had a pleasant aura to her. We had some Chinese Cuisine here and I need to rave on about how amazing the Chicken chilly was as well as the Chicken Momos. The quality of the food and size portions was spot on. It was hands down one of the best Chinese food I've had in the longest time. I will definitely recommend this place and will certainly come back again.
We had dinner hete last night. Grilled chicken with chips and salade. Big portion and chicken succulent. Chips from fresh patatoes and delicious. Goan Prawn curry and rice. Very good and full of prawns!

Portions are very generous.
We have had several days there.
And will have some more before we leave.
Plenty of room around sun beds,so not on top of other people.

Nice and friendly waiters. Beer was not cold and the fried rice not hot, so that was a bit of a disappointment

A quite and a great place on the beach if you want to avoid the crowd and noise. The food served was quick and tasted good, our group enjoyed the afternoon and stay backed for dinner too. The servers were friendly, flexible and they accommodated our needs - service was good too! The place offers clean toilet and shower. And nail biting cricket between India and Pakistan complimented our overall experience here.
This is a really cool shack right next to the beach for a nice chill out with booze and good food.
The owners and the servers here are pretty chill and let us sit out post our dinner too.
The LIIT here was really nice as well, totally worth the money.

I visited this beach shack today. I had my juices and some snacks. English breakfast is my favourite thing to eat here and fresh juices too. it’s exactly at the beach you can see the beautiful sunset while having your drinks and stuff. Staff is good too. I felt warm welcoming vibe every time I visit this beach shack. Owner of place Savio is running this beach shack since the year 1990. If you are in Calangute area you should try once you will truly like the food, music and the beautiful view.

They use a huge amount of oil in the dishes. This place was best for beef biryani before but now it's not at that level anymore. We visited this place 8-10 times a month. Now we have stopped due to its lack of hygiene and taste.
Few Good things about this shacks are..
Food tastes are good, not great but better than few other shacks which I have tried, also prices a comparatively reasonable. They don’t charge for shack/seating comfortably under umbrella.
Second good thing is Its location is peaceful ( till evening)

Had a romantic dinner with my wife. Food is good and hospitality of Sanjay is amazing.
The lady who massaged my wife in the afternoon did an excellent job.
Just one word of caution, don't ask about water sports to anyone in the shack. One guy with long curly hair (who works for the shack) in sync with Two Brothers robbed the hell out of us.

The place is located approximately 50 - 70 meters from the ocean. I've visited the place during both day and night as well, it was amazing during both those times. You got a wide range of dishes to choose from and it will be served right to you if you are by the beach, but I was really disappointed with the amount of time they have taken to serve the food. It took almost 45 mins for them to get the food served and the food tasted ok. The service was good and the ambiance was fine.
Very friendly staff. Sanjay was particularly good with his service. The lady there gave great foot and back massages. The food and sheesha were good. We hung out at the shack enjoying the sea and breeze for a whole day with their constant service
See view is the most fascinating thing you can enjoy , food quality is quite good ! If you can enjoy beer and sizzler that can make your day

It's a best shack in Calangute beach the taste of food is so good i mean it's just delicious. Price is nominal but in that price you get nice and delicious food. Loved this place

We were lucky enough to learn about this place from some other guests at our hotel. Fantastic food, great selection of drinks and amazing service from the team. This is a great place to relax in peace and quiet with great hosts.

Superb as always. Went with friends for an evening meal (Suckling Pig). You need to give them at least 24hrs notice. Service and food first class.
A surreal feeling, peaceful environment, yummy food, serenity, what else you could ask for. The staffs of the shack are hospitable. We went there twice and felt the same level of satisfaction. A complete package for a family to experience the beach life in Goa.

Yesterday was our second Sunday evening visit. Last week all had the roast lamb which was excellent. This week two of us had steak pie which was enormous, one kingfish and chips and mushy peas, and my husband had the roast lamb again. The chef owner always comes out after to see that you have enjoyed and his sister takes the orders. Great place highly recommended.
