Great and friendly staff! Was served by Khumbulani for the 2nd time now and he’s such a gentle, respectful young man. The food was scrumptious 😋 Keep it up!

The food was horrible, we had a mohawk, requested the new sticky basting.Waiter said it is not available, been month without the shop offering it 😳. Ok.

The only thing good about my visit was the milkshake.👏🏾🙌🏾
Then upon asking for a tobasco sauce, we were told to wait, he needs to hunt for it as there is only one in the entire restaurant.😳🥲😭

The chips had a funny oil taste, either old or cheap. ( A whole franchise) 🙇

Then my kids were looking forward to sweets as we were handed the bill, jiki jiki we are then informed they do not have.They are out stock. What Spaza shop are you running lona?

A Sunday afternoon waisted on bad service @ table 6 Spur Emperors palace.

We went there on the 4th of August 2024 for mt daughters birthday with a few of her friends. Honest our waiter was very nice and effective. The kids played nicely and had a good time. Our food arrived and we all ate.

I then told Honest that they could sign to her. He then brought the kids ice-creams and tried to get everyone together to sign for her. He went to call them 5 times, i then told the kids to start eating there ice-cream as it was melting. By the time the kids were almost done with the ice-cream they then only came to sign to her. They didnt even put those sparkling thing in her ice-cream.

When they had finished signing to her not even 3 minutes later they had to sign to another table where a waiter had the drum in his hand smacked it once and everyone was there to sign to the other birthday child.

Spur is such a vibe to bring kids to for their birthdays but then have to wait forever for the waiters to get together to sign a song.

Honest is a great waiter he deserves a metal.

I enjoy my breakfast. Food is delicious and fresh. I fully recommend 👌🏾

Visited the shop on the 22nd June 2024 in the evening with my family, the waiter's service was excellent, he was very efficient. On the food we ordered everything was perfect except for the Buffalo wings, they were very crispy, we mentioned it to the waiter, he asked to take back the plate to have the order fixed, which we happily agreed, the food was later returned by the manager who was not happy at all, she came and put the food on the table without saying anything then left. The wings were very nice but I was just shocked by the reaction of the manager, please train her to learn to take correction/complain kindly.

Great service from all staff the moment you enter, always clean, I do solo dates every time and it’s great atmosphere the way it is so chilled. And big up to Sis Linda, Sis Martha ,Khumbulani for always giving exceptional service 🙏🏽🤗

Because I recieved a phone call from the second in charge Danael, who was deeply concerned that neither the manager or the waiter did not bother to enter my points as instructed by myself, twice. She kindly assisted dealt with it immediately. Sent me a pic of the transaction. I then had a follow up from Peet the owner. Thankyou again.
We will come back as discussed providing either one of them are on duty.
People who have jobs are very fortunate, value them and dont be lazy.

Best spot for a breakfast on the run while waiting for your flight. The coffee is perfect after waking up 0400h, in a rush to be in time for your flight! Time to catch your breath, and relax in good company...

The experience was not nice, I came to celebrate my birthday with my family and the guys didn’t even wanna sing for me. Our waiter Honest called them several times but they were not budging. Even the song they sing as if they are forced. Very dissatisfied. Thanks to Honest our waiter for the service. The manager also was not interested.

Good food so fulfilling , also have a good service. Thanks to Khumbulani for accommodating me . He's very friendly if you're really tired and have some work to do trust me he's of great help . Much appreciated for also plugging me with the charging point and wifi ♥️♥️♥️🙏🙏🙏

Disappointed with the Bar one milkshakes we got. Watery foam with little taste of ice-cream,the only taste of the Bar-one was two tiny cubes of what looked like a "bar one" chocolate bar.

Wow, ruined our whole meal.

A lovely little Wimpy at the domestic terminal at OR Tambo. Despite the noise that one would expect from an airport restaurant, there is plenty seating and the service is fast and friendly. I was greeted at the entrance and my seating change was handled with understanding and efficiency.
The food is what one would expect from a Wimpy 😀

We had a good experience with the kids ,the customer service was great We were attended by a very friendly Waitron.but the waiting period was long fortunately the kids were distracted by doing some coloring work while we waited. I had their R100 promotion it was nice and satisfying.

Had a good lunch here with my family and some friends. Sat In the area across from play section so kids couldn't leave without seeing. Food was fresh and tasted great. Our waiter was extremely helpful and timeous. Would recommend this branch. Good job.

The cheeseburger was good not the best in taste but arrived to table hot and fresh 👍🏻
The fries was hot but soggy not crispy

The chicken wing was Amazing so juicy fall from the bones and big in size I ordered it without sauce only plain it was delicious 🤤
The waitress was very friendly

Great food, great atmosphere and delicious cocktail. The play area is indoor so it's easy to keep an eye on your child although there's a friendly lady in the play area watching out and taking care of the kids. The staff very friendly and the food spot on.

Great vegetarian options, my wife normally orders a baked potatoes, with veggies and onion rings, served with sour cream while I order the spicy nachos. Great friendly staff /management and good value for money.
