I ordered a Hawaiian box

The chips were cold the potato and gravy was cold and the chicken was warm

looked a bit raw … the pineapple fritters were warm

Rooster roll could have had more chicken then stuffing but atleast they served you and quickly

Went through drive thru for chips and this was just abit after 10am waited 10min and didn't get served at all tried to walk in and doors where locked. Website said was opened at 10am instead went to maccas got served straight away.

Could have been perfect if staff would learn how to smile

Had the misfortune of ordering food here for my family. Placed an order direct on the Red rooster app for delivery. At 6.20pm app said out for delivery about 15 minutes after the Order . So all good should be arriving soon. 1hour and 15 minutes no food . OK ring store , Lady manager tells me not our fault food has left the store with driver you must ring them. I explain to her That it is their driver I don't have his contact information. no apology wait 5 more minutes. OK so I wait 35 more minutes no food. Ring again this time Male manager tells me to contact driver (Whilst the lady from before screams rudely in the background) I explain that it is their driver and store and Its not for me to contact driver(impossible ) where is my food been nearly 2 hours. phone hangs up in my ear. 5 minutes later a car arrives cold chips wrong order wrong drink no apology. The people who are managing this business have no idea what customer service is. As for Red Rooster I sent them 2 emails in regards to this matter not a single reply.

Ordered when I was off my chop, flayva tasted sensational and the chips were perfectly seasoned and salted

Overall i receive average service and food quality at red rooster woodvale, however recently i found if i walk in store as oppose to driving through. i am met by a dodgy looking homeless lad on my way out who consistently begs me for money and food and if i do not comply he trips me over and takes me zinger box and runs away with it. I have alerted the in-store employees about this and they have replied with “Oh, that’s just ‘Jack’”. I am not satisfied with this result or lack of action against this event. I request the head office look into this more seriously for a better outcome, until then you can expect to find me at McDonalds.

Went through drive through and got served by a handsome hunk of a man named Luca. Was very kind and positive towards taking our order. Definitely brightened up the vibe and will 100% be coming to see this man more. Apart from this great service the food was pretty mid.
