It's always a pleasure coming to the Mandarin .So much viarety at all times ! So good !!!!I am never disappointed when we visit !!!
The food was great, customer service was awesome too. Especially our server, Suki, she was very considerate and nice, we had a great meal there because of her service.
My husband and I came here on a whim and we were very pleased with the atmosphere. It's a chain restaurant, so the general atmosphere is the same as others, but the staff were all very friendly and made the experience that much more enjoyable. Cindy and Leo were great. Food was delicious and the restaurant was clean. We will definitely go back.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Mandarin Restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Fae and Amanda. From the moment we were seated, both were attentive, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic, ensuring our dining experience was delightful. Fae recommended dishes that turned out to be exquisite—her knowledge of the menu and her recommendations were spot-on! Meanwhile, Amanda's attention to detail made us feel truly special; she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. The atmosphere of the restaurant was vibrant, yet both Fae and Amanda managed to make our experience feel intimate and personalized. I left The Mandarin feeling completely satisfied and cared for, thanks to their remarkable service. I can't recommend them enough and look forward to my next visit!

If you're looking for a great place for cheap wings that come in a variety of flavours, this is the place. Seating is limited but the prices for wings can't be beat.
I recently had a wonderful dining experience at Mandarin restaurant. Gary, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our visit was excellent. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. Our waitress, Suky, was incredibly polite and kind, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our meal. The service was exceptional, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend Mandarin restaurant for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience with exceptional service.
Truly Lovely flowers! Scenery made me so so happy! I ate so much food perhaps I may explode! Service was amazing the towels were so warm and smell like lemons. 5 stars of course! Food tastes amazing and my waiter was absolutely splendid! I enjoyed this with all my heart and it made my soul so happy! I hope you all have the best day of your lives here and hope you become the biggest store ever because I loved it here!

My boyfreind and I came to Mandarine Buffet at Newmarket and the food was exception, our server Xavier was kind and they refilled our waters often. The atmosphere was clean and there was a large selection for both hot foods and desserts. We left with your bellies full :)

Our experience at Mandarin is always great. The staff at all locations are amazing and the ones at Newmarket are no different. They keep their standards high across the board. Frank and Xavier were great servers and looked after us really well. Will definitely come back!
The burger was nice.. I'll give it an 8/10. Fries were great 9.5/10 . Cocktail was very mediocre. Had a prosecco lemonade and I didn't really like it. My major concern however is that I sat at the Chef's table and I didn't see the cooks wash their hands often enough for the amount of food they were touching with their bare hands. Gave me serious concerns about their food handling techniques. Also the Chefs had their hair flying about and not neatly packed. The ambience however is absolutely fantastic and there's an outdoor area with lit trees, loads of picture spaces. There's also an ice rink right opposite it, so if you wanna have burgers and go ice skating, go for it! ❤️
Can not express how horrible our experience was. We asked for the bill to be split and it was split wrong. When we asked for it to be split the correct way the owner threw the receipt at us and told us to “figure it out”. We ended just paying on one bill to get out of the restaurant and as we walked out the owner tried fighting us, mind you we are three 20 year old girls just trying to get some wings with 2 guy friends. The owner continued to scream at us while we got in to our cars. Our one friend had to get in the car because the owner continued to approach the car to fight him. All we did was ask for the bill to be split the way we asked ! Do not go to this restaurant , I’ve never had such a horrible experience on a Friday night !
Small gem hidden near The Mandarin. Went on a Monday which is kids eat free and definitely will go back.

Known for their burgers and beers, I opted to try their GBB smash which is among the popular. Excellent choice as it was juicy and tender.
Even though it came with a slide of fries, I also stole some sweet potato fries off my wife. Overall, the place is fun and bustling during peak dinner and weekend.

Because I had a lettuce bun and used a fork and knife, the paper below became soggy and buts were stuck to the lettuce bun. Was a complete turn off. My side of fries were over cooked.
Furthermore, the pricing seemed unjustifiably high considering the underwhelming quality of the food. Left feeling as though I had overpaid for a subpar dining experience.
In conclusion, I regret to say that my visit to Ground Burger Bar was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. I believe there is ample room for improvement in terms of both food quality and service. As a result, I am unable to recommend this establishment to others based on my unsatisfactory experience.

I have ordered here many times and always love it. This time, there was a minor mistake, but the owner was quick and friendly to resolve the issue. The kindness he expressed is all too rare these days. 10/10 business and ownership
This morning's breakfast was a delight! I opted for the Smoked Salmon Benedict, and the exceptional quality and quick delivery truly impressed me.
The food was exceptional, and the customer service was even better! The manager and staff were accommodating for our every need. This will definitely be our new breakfast spot going forward!

The service of the restaurant was really good. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and served the food fast. However, the main course food was either pools of grease or burnt. I had to spoon out all the oil and grease in order to make the food palatable. It is unacceptable how burnt the toast is since again, it is toast. Their desserts are immaculate though so why the food was not rated one star.

The place is a dive bar. They waiter was rude and the drinks are the same price as moxies or any other chain restaurants. I will never come back here again
UPDATE: 3 months later I was going about my life in the store and I was approached by some extremely disrespectful woman saying " why would I write a nasty review". Last time I checked I am entitled to my own opinion and chasing people in the store does not change my opinion. Get nicer staff who don't harass people!

Spiciest (and most flavourful) wings I've ever had! Try the Power of Nelli. Make sure you have a sweet drink ready.
This place is my always breakfast place for two years and I always go there with my family. I have tried almost everything on the menu.
They keep the quality the same but I realized the portion size is a bit smaller than before. The staff are nice and friendly but they will forget you during the busy time. If you have kids this place has a kid's menu. The food and fruits are always fresh. I also ordered from this place from Uber eats and it was great. I recommend this place as one of the good breakfast places in Newmarket

Excellent wings. The wife and kid loved the Chicken burger. High quality chicken perfectly cooked. The fries were also perfect and the potatoe skins we also amazing. Very happy we tried this place out and we will prefer here again.
First time customer at this location. Customer service was great. We also came at a time when the place was nearly empty. Food portion is a bit on the smaller size especially for the pricing. Other than the fruits, the food (egg, bacon, sausage) was subpar in taste.
Great wings! Tried this place for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised how delicious everything was. We ordered the single deal and a single order of wings. The wing flavour on the combo was the Original Mixed Spicy Island which was a tangy tropical dry rub with sauce drizzled on top, spice level was on the medium side.. Pretty neat taste. The single order was the Creamy and Messy Home on The Ranch which was more on the hot side with a lingering heat.. Also very tasty. The fries were nice and crispy as well. There are a ton of different flavours on the menu and we will definitely be back to try out more. Highly recommended!
