I haven't been in years. I'm actually shocked that I enjoyed it as much as I did. It's a chain restaurant, after all. The burger, Delicious. The Freckled Lemonade (spiked), Soo Good! Garlic Fries, did not disappoint.

The manager was working the front end. She wasn't friendly at all. Told us a 20 minute wait, but there wasn't anyone in the restaurant.
Our server was a younger man, who was too soft spoken and he apparently didn't understand what we wanted.
Really need to listen to your customers. Our salad had to be sent back, it was soaking wet in the dressing. There was so much brown lettuce that it shouldn't have even been brought out.
Asked for the unlimited Alfredo, but was charged for all of them.

I ordered a lunch lasagna, Caesar salad and side house salad. The portions were generous for 2 of us and still had leftovers. Best Lasagna I've had in a long time. The side salads were delicious also. I've never been here before and was given a gift card. I will definitely come back. Mark was very efficient and nice also.

Yesterday I took my husband to dinner for his birthday. We never go out to dinner, so this was a big deal for us. Since the pandemic and all of the germs going around, we took a chance to go to dinner for once instead of cooking like we always do. Let me start with how watery and soggy the salad was. It was doused in dressing. The bread sticks were unbearably rock hard. I've never had bread sticks from olive garden that were as hard as bricks. When our meals came, you wouldn't believe how scalding hot the plates were. They were so hot that our waiter burned his hand so badly and had to run off to curse under his breath because of how hot the plates were. When he returned back we asked if our food was microwaved. His response was, "we don't have a microwave. We have never had a microwave." Every single restaurant always has a microwave in the kitchen. My husband and I have both worked in several restaurants, and there was always a microwave. Our food was so soggy, and the noodles were definitely heated in the microwave. The fettuccine sauce had absolutely no flavor. We asked for our chicken to be crispy, and it was extremely soggy. The broccoli was so bland and had no flavor as well. All in all, this was a very disappointing dinner and a waste of time and money. I cook better than that and feel terrible that my husband had this experience on his birthday. Not to mention all of the people coughing and not covering their mouths while others were eating. This olive garden definitely went down the drain. It definitely isn't what it used to be. I can't believe how terrible the food and the service were. I will never be returning to Olive Garden ever again.

As always a wonderful experience! We went out to dinner to celebrate my mom’s birthday dinner. Todd our server was phenomenal from start to finish!!! Our food was so good! Antipasto salad, baked ziti, and the rigatoni! We finished with a brownie sundae which was heaven! Todd was extremely friendly, attentive, and great! Highly recommend. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Loved sitting by fireplace! Very nice atmosphere. Wonderful server, sorry I didn't get her name. Good adult drinks! Loved the berry sangria ! All of our food was excellent. Fast service! And I git a free desert for my birthday!!

Stopped in for dinner with the family today and the food did not disappoint!

I got the same as always, choose my own pasta with meat sauce and meatballs with the zuppa toscana. Food was delicious..10/10.

This was our first time at this location and it was very welcoming with a great staff. Our waiter was very nice and on top of everything. The table next to us was extremely loud but we didn’t say anything, the waiter did ask them to keep it down and we very much appreciated that! I think his name was Mo.

We will definitely be going back!

Upon our entry, a delightful hostess smiled brightly and readied our menus as another host put our number in the little magic box that provided information to whom would have our table. We were then expeditiously handed off to the next hostess...in training who escorted us to our table with a swift an authentic glance, and a genuine smile. Three employees eloquently working together to ensure efficiency and comfort. Kudos to the manager for fine-tuning a well-oiled instrument. I hope the employes know/feel that each fellow employee has their back...as we were cared for by more than just our waitress throughout the entire meal. Well done, Olive Garden.

Love my southerm charm burger with mayonnaise and caramelized onions, got a frackle limonade in a suspicious, foggy cracked plactic cup, well it was good,didn't got sick ,but i wish they can use glass. That burger is going to make to come back!

Bottomless sides…yes!! So many different choices of burgers & sides to choose from. Also chicken & turkey for a lighter side. Side salad was great also. The caramel apple lemonade yum yum!!

I feel bad because the waitress' and staff are nice. But... we waited 40 min before anyone even talked to us to get our drinks. I thought it was a mistake or something until i noticed others were upset. There were 3 waitresses for the 8 to 10 tables that were sat on our side. It was amazing to me how long everything took. The fries are "bottomless" so I asked for some ahead of time, when we finally got to order drinks, to keep my kids entertained, but we got those after sitting down for over an hour. We weren't able to get drink refills until we got our check so that wasn't worth it and because everything took so long, we never asked for more fries. I thought the kitchen was backed up, but when I got my food it was cold so it must have been sitting for some time. My waitress had 3 other tables, that were all confused at the time it was taking. Over all, the people were nice, but we almost spent 3 hours in this red Robin, which felt like an eternity with trying to keep kids entertained :/ probably won't revisit.

Where to start...the staff amazing and friendly. Our waitress was one of the best I have had in along time. She joked with us. You can tell she really loves her jib. The food....to die for. It is family style so bring them. The desserts I seen so many go by as I was eating and I wanted everyone of them. Pasta amazing. Overall highly recommend if your looking for sine really Italian food.

Tonight was such a beautiful, joyful experience at Red Robin in Orland Park with my family and their amazing staff! Meredith and her team's hospitality was top notch! Everyone was so attentive, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable time! As a restaurant manager myself, I appreciate seeing a team work so well together to prioritize the best interest of their guests! Thank you for making my little ones birthdays so incredible! Food...10! Drinks...10! Quality...10! My satisfaction...OFF THE CHART! WE'LL BE BACK SOON!

large but a bit loud and appears mid scale for the prices. Not much diversity at all. Food was quite tasty. Service people had great smiles and were attentive. Food came fast and hot and tasted fresh though a bit spicy. nice portions.

Wonderful food, great portions, decent pricing. Love it when the chef treats the dish like a work of art. Now I have cravings to return almost every month.

Great experience!!! My cousin and I sat at the bar. Not going to lie - we were there for many hours waiting on my best friend to get off of work. Olivia (one of the bartenders) was amazing!!! We started off with the Elote Dip. So good we had two. Ended it with the OG Burger. MADE PERFECTLY!!! Drinks were the best!!!!! We had such a great time that we are definitely going back soon!!

Food is good but for price the serving sizes should be a little bigger, I went with friends and they told us the kitchen closes at 9 but you can order any time before that, I tried to order more food at 8:40 and they had closed the kitchen early on a Saturday. Waitress could’ve gave a warning or anything, she also suggested some random food she said they accidentally made and asked if I wanted that instead, which I found pretty distasteful. I haven't eaten here in a while. It was still good as usual. I went to get my birthday rewards burger. I had the barbecue whiskey burger with fries and onion rings. A coke on the side. The food was good. The waitress was wonderful, very attentive, and sweet. The atmosphere was cozy and not too cold as it used to be.

We love olive garden and this is a re review. Wait time took about 45 minutes to two. We ordered calimari as an app it was a bit to soggy was not crispy like it usually is 2/5. We also had the stuffed ravioli with the grilled chicken 3/5 to saucy for out liking but flavor was good. I had the create your own no score because it never got to my table correctly.

Heres the downside of our visit. Within the hour we never recived breadsticks, drinks wernt refilled and our order was wrong twice. We recivived frita chicken instead of grilled and i recived sauce twice on my create your on when i wanted sauce on the side. When the kitchen drops the ball this way i feel that theres a lack of organization and it should be corrected. Management took care of our bill partially.

Couldn’t even be seated! When I first walked in the girl at the desk couldn’t bother looking up, talked to 2 other customers that walked in after me.
After I waited 30 minutes I get a text my table is ready, follow the hostess for her to tell us our table isn’t ready so now we look like headless chickens walking all over the restaurant trying to find our seat. Told us we have to wait MORE, then when we asked if our table is ready she told us she thought we left! Went to Rock Bottom and got excellent service.
Already had a bad experience in the past, decided to give them a second chance. Never again. HORRIBLE STAFF. Better off driving further to Oak Brook or Chicago, way better service.

Ordered the Chicken Picatta via Door Dash. Found a rusty, metal wire in my pasta. Plus they forgot to include my slice of cheesecake. This was me giving The Cheesecake Factory one more chance... first time shame on them . Second time shame on me.

Edit: Thanks for your response. I had already waited on the phone for 40 minutes ( 2x's) regarding the same order! The wire was found AFTER the initial issues were discussed. The thought of calling to wait another 40 minutes for the same order was unappealing. No amount of gift cards will get me to go back to this location. It's a shame really - I quite enjoy The Cheesecake Factory.

Our hostess/server, Grace, was delightful. The bodacious broccoli salad and nacho bowl was delicious. I enjoyed a hibiscus martini and it was sunshine in a coupe. The side patio is now covered, so we opted to sit out front in the sun. Stop in and have an old fashioned. It’ll be like having it for the first time.

My wife and I had the very definite pleasure of enjoying lunch at The Cheesecake Factory in Orland Square. We were seated immediately and provided the very best of care and service. We enjoyed the luncheon Flat Bread Pizza, a Caesar Salad, a Cuban Sandwich and fries. 3 of those four were absolutely great!

Now to "corporate" support. You should really work on your French Fries. Those provided are plain and tasted as if they were left in the basket too long. To enhance the rest of your menu, perhaps work on something equally as easy, but more tasty. You'll figure it out.

The service and the (rest of) meal were absolutely great and we look forward to returning.

I love their Beef tips and noodles. My favorite dish there.
We drive over from Joliet to eat here. 24 miles one way.

How can you serve this. The chicken was burned from the outside and our pasta was hard and not soft at all. The calamari was barely a portion. Come on due better cheesecake factory.

Went in for lunch today. Service was very friendly and welcoming. Food and drinks were great and made fresh. Get the fried Pickles. They were so good and made fresh, I forgot to get a picture of them. 👍🏽👍🏽

Great place for breakfast. Jen was our server, and she was on top of everything. She checked on us to make sure we were doing ok. The food was tasty and well cooked. Everybody was friendly. Clean and well lit. We will definitely visit again.

The food has always been tasty and good and more than you can eat. Great service its a very home feeling friendly relaxed atmosphere.

We went here for our daughter's birthday, and the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was great. The food was ok. We had the baked ziti, which was dry, and the chicken parmesan, which was all breading and didn't taste like chicken. The margarita pizza was really good. We had one member of our party that needed gluten free options, and while they did provide menu options, it was small and there were no pasta or bread options that were gluten free, which was unfortunate. The giant sundae was a hit.

Such a cute place to eat outside! The nachos and chili were delicious and a definite must. The tater tots were yummy and the Buffalo wings tied in the meal perfectly. If you don’t like eating outside you can dine in and listen to some live music!

We started with the buffalo blasts and it was on fire. The portion is enough for 3-4 people. for the main dish, we ordered the Carne Asada steak which is tasty but the portion is not enough. We also ordered the jambalaya pasta with chicken and shrimp, the chicken and the shrimp were so good and juicy, however, I didn't like the pasta, it was kinda sticky. We loved the atmosphere and the service, for sure will go back and try different dishes.

The food was delicious and more than enough I'm still stuffed after 2 days of eating leftovers lol and excellent service from joeanee she was so kind and very patient I will most definitely be back.

Very nice place to eat, good vibe, very clean, good service, not too expensive. They also have a very nice outdoor to eat (for date nights). Come and check it out you wont be dissapointed. You have to try their cheesecakes we got the mango key lime and it was very good.

We didn’t realize everything was served family style so it was a little bit difficult to get everybody to agree however, once all 6 of us agreed it made the experience that much better. Everyone enjoyed the chicken parmesan, spaghetti and meatballs and the spicy chicken rigatoni. Great place to bring the family together. The atmosphere is very vintage Italian lots of interesting stuff on the wall which also gave the family something to laugh or talk about.

Food is overpriced but generally good. Had a horrible waitress told her two times I needed mashed potatoes instead of fries each time she apologized and said she bringing never did get. Guess she "forgot". Oh wait I forgot to tip her . Oh well next time.

It's pricey but they have specials daily so you can make it work. Breaded jumbo wings looks significantly bigger than naked jumbo wings. Blue cheese burger & fries were good. I wouldn't order the dip around app or the elote app again but I'd visit again bc there are many options. Friendly staff.

Excellent restaurant with nice and setting. A little romantic. Nice service and great menus for everyone. We had chicken soup m, American cheeseburger and chickensandwich with Ceasar salad. The portions are generous. All in all a „we will come back„ rating.

Stopped in today to kill some time and fill our bellies. Our server Alyssa was great. She was very friendly and patient with our table. My daughter was acting out, and each time Alyssa came to the table, she was so polite and sweet with my daughter, and it calmed her down right away. I really appreciate her spirit and positive attitude. The food was also very delicious. We enjoyed our visit and food. Thank you, Alyssa!

This was my first time here and I must say it was a great experience. Restaurant was clean and we were seated right away. Comfortable calm ambient setting. Our waiter was cool and my 4 year old enjoyed the corn dogs and pretzel bites.

Great atmosphere with live music. The Wife and I split a Cheeseburger and some fries with some Cheese Sticks for an appetizer. Our Friends and Us had a great time and would definitely go back. I have to add that We did make a reservation, since it was a little crowded when We got there. Recommend That You might want to do the same.

Brings out the “casino” restaurant vibes. I love it. Super authentic vintage Italian restaurant. Food is made fresh and the workers here are respectful. Huge portions made to feed more than 2 per dish. It is a little more expensive but it’s worth it if you like to eat left overs for the next day. I wish the chicken parmigiana was cooked better, we had to return it because it was pink and undercooked. Other than that I really recommend it!

Not just bar food, it's good food. High quality, they don't buy the cheap meat but prices are fair. We sat at the bar and Olivia was great .. excellent service and personality 👏. The male bartender kept wiping his forehead and grabbing the top of glasses ewwwe... so wipe before you sip 😏 but otherwise delicious.

Typical Greek restaurant that looks like it's right out of the 1980's. The curb appeal leaves much to be desired and if not for a few cars in the parking lot I would have thought this place went out of business years ago. The first thing I said to my wife when we pulled up was "This better be good." I ordered the spinach & feta cheese omelette with hashbrowns and a bowl of homemade soup, and to my surprise it was really good. The service was decent and the rest of the staff were polite, but it was the poor atmosphere, both inside and out that killed it for me.

This place is amazing. Me and my hubby came here after a night about at essence suites and I wasn’t sure about it but omg. The coffee amazing. Everything is simple but done right. Price is completely reasonable if I wasn’t so far away from me I would come every week. My waitress was completely amazing. My coffee cup was never empty. My pics don’t do it justice. I was too eager to be fat and eat because the whole place smells amazing. Debi was our server and she is the nicest person ever. She had so many tables and never slacked on us. So if the owners are reading give that woman her props and I’ll be back for sure to ask if you did lol.
