Arrived with group of 10. Place was half full at best. They told us they could not accommodate the group. We said, ok, can we break into 2 groups? They said no at first (because we arrived together?). It was surreal. Eventually they "got it" - we had to say "pretend you never saw us come in, now, pretend 2 different groups of 5 showed up at different times...". Lol. They still warned us that service would be very slow because they were so busy (again, half full maybe, empty tables everywhere!). So, we left. Yikes.

We went to the this restaurant but the food service was worsen like food. We ordered chicken firstly they didn’t even served on time and were not sure about it that we have ordered it or not. Secondly we ordered food accordingly the veggies quantity so we have to wait for it our rest food was not fresh that reduced its overall taste. Talking about the chicken its colour was red like some colour have been added to it and its taste was not good.we also ordered paneer pakoras but one can feel through the taste that oil was not properly heated before making them. Overall not good experience in indian food in victoria 😕😕😕.

We haven't been to this restaurant for a long time and tonight my wife and i decided to go for dinner. We got at the restaurant the hostess took us to a table that wasn't cleaned . My wife ordered the chicken mushroom Parmesan and I ordered chicken tacos. When the server brought our meals the chicken mushroom Parmesan looked liked a microwave pasta dinner you buy at Walmart and my tacos were warm not hot. The good thing they did was they took the pasta Dinner of our bill . We will never go back

The place is nice, service excellent, and the staff super friendly. Pizza and pasta is just regular. We ordered pepperoni and Boston special pizza, and is just regular, nothing special on the flavour. We also ordered fetuccini Alfredo, and same just regular. The price is aprox. 15 to 20 per person. Nice thing is they have a menu for kids, there is a lot of parking available, the place is big, so no need to wait for a table.

Disappointed, but at this point not surprised with the lack of knowledge the employees here seem to have about their services. Boston Pizza has never been a great experience for me or my kids, but this one goes above and beyond in terms of a poorly run restaurant. Waited about 45 minutes for a table for just my son and I. We love the pasta so we thought it was worth it, only to get the wrong one which was also ice cold. Not the first time my family has had a similar experience here. Please hire more staff, this is so disappointing especially for a restaurant close to numerous high schools & universities. Ridiculous, the management is clearly incompetent. Not coming back.

Yal! slow tho (nottttt Natalie!!)) cuz you'll y need the ligh t when it's burning low, only miss the sun when it starts to snow only know you love her when you let her go. Food was excellent the night before but next visit 5 staff stood around at the entrance far more concerned with their cell phone and gossip. Apparently more interested with online customers than one client walking in. Place was empty but tables not wiped, no smiles and no service. I walked out again and went somewhere else.

Good deals but the service is very off. The server is polite but the service is very slow for a place that is not understaffed; which I noticed with customers around me sitting waiting a long time for the bill so they can pay and leave. I came on a pasta Tuesday and I think they screwed up my order by giving me the Hungry Carnivore when I believe I ordered Smoky Mountain Spaghetti & Meatballs. The food was good but feels odd eating what I didn't ordered (guess it doesn't matter because it all costs the same on Pasta Tuesday).

Their dessert was very good.

Best part of this visit was the company I had, lovely generous friends that invited me for dinner. The server was kind, but slow, Restaurant was not in the least bit busy. Nor was it understaffed.
My vegan friend ordered what she could from the few choices , and what she got was very poorly done. My beef dip was dry, and came out cold, probably the worst one I’ve ever had.
Server did not do a quality check so there was no opportunity to reorder. Honestly is this day and age when eating out is a very special treat for most people, one should at expect a decent meal for that price!
Place was practically empty, so I can’t be the only one.

Walked by tons of times as I live in the area. Decided I wanted Indian yesterday and popped in on my way home. The fellow at the front was great. I really like Naan so he recommended the chicken Naan, which was really good. I got butter chicken and Tandoori chicken. The butter chicken was great, the tandoori was a little undercooked, but the flavor was good. Will definitely go back to try a few more dishes.

Amazing place to have a lunch or dinner. Space for large groups and they delivered excellent service. Food is as authentic as you can get. Unforgettable experience. Top quality 👌🏼

Not the worst, far from the best. I honestly expected a bit of rice or Naan (I did order some) with a Main dinner item. I ordered Chicken Tika which came dry with literally 3 slivers of cabbage and Goat Coconut Curry, which I guess was soup because it was mainly sauce, and none of it tasted like coconut. The Naan was okay (probably the best thing in the order), and the Mango Pickle was actually Chutney (total waste of money); No Pickle.

I’m impressed! We stayed at the nearby hotel and found this place randomly. We looked at the review and saw their ratings are so high, so we gave this a try!
They have very friendly staff and they are very attentive to each customer’s needs.
It was hard to decide what to order as everything seems so delicious.
We tried the grilled octopus and calamari. Both were very tasty. I especially enjoyed the octopus. It’s so tender and the sauce was very unique.
We also tried the ribs and grilled prawns. The prawns were cooked to perfection. The seasoning was on point. The ribs were so tender with a bit of smokey flavour. The rice that came with it… I can’t help but finished every bit of it.
We were so full but couldn’t resist to give the dessert menu a try. We ordered the baklava. Dang! It’s so good! It absolutely took us down the memory lane - I miss Greece.
The Greek coffee was a great wrap of this wonderful meal. Thank you for such delightful meal!

This is our first visit to Victoria and we found this lovely Greek Restaurant. The food and Dimitri are super great. The white and blue just made us feel like eating dinner in Santorini. Definitely, we will come back again when we visit next time.

The food was very delicious! It was lively and beautiful inside. Everyone was so nice and treated us well. Definitely a top Favorite. Would come lots.

Food was good, their fish pakora and malai chicken tikka is must try, so far best fish pakora in victoria. Staff is so friendly and plus point is open till late. Their curries was nice. Food was made fresh, you can tell by the taste. Service is good, ambience is good.

To say our time was lovely is an understatement and it’s all thanks to our lovely server, Alicia. She went above, beyond, and over the moon to make sure we had a good time. She was extremely accommodating and made us feel so welcome. She kept her cheery attitude even though it was after a long day. Without her we couldn’t have had indulged in bugs and cheese. It was the perfect comfort food after a VERY long day. We will be returning, for the food and the service!

We had dinner to celebrate our anniversary during our weekend in Victoria from Toronto. Hubby made an amazing choice in this restaurant.

We were welcomed at the entrance with very pleasant professional personnel. I was immediately impressed with the ambiance - it feels like a restaurant in Greece. Very spacious with lovely artwork and blue/white look everywhere.

Dimitri assisted us with our order - we loved all the appetizers, dinner, wine and the best part was the spectacular service and attention to details.

We’ve eaten at many Greek restaurants over the years which meet our expectations however this one went above and beyond.

We highly recommend it and will be back! Thank you for a wonderful night to everyone at Ithaka.

Excellent! I have tried greek food from toronto to new york and this was one of the best. Fresh and flavored just right! Lemon potatoes, rice and vegetables awesome. Service was amazing. Just order a maria's salad on the side to make it perfect.

It was some of the best Greek food I’ve ever had. Maria’s salad, Gyro, and chicken souvlaki were fantastic, and the staff was very friendly staff. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I ordered a simple daal soup. They do not offer any complimentary stuff no rice or anything. The amount was too small. I am little disappointed paid $9.64 for this.

Prices were quite high, but the whole experience is definitely worth a visit!

Enjoyed it here we had the vegetarian platter and vegetarian dolmas and spanakopita . My overall favorite is the spanakopita . The atmosphere is very fun and festive vibe . I like that it is a greek family owned /operated restaurant here . on the mainland they dont have greek family owned restaurants nowadays like they had in the 90s and in the past . Its a treat to find a authentic greek restaurant . I love the greek decor . I added menu pictures too . I am impressed with the vegetarian options here . Its location is good its close to the Empress and other popular places in the city . They do dine ,take out ,delivery .

My family had been ordering take out here since the pandemic started. The quality of food was on and off. It can really be good on occasions and also bad. But the good usually outweighs the cons. I was extremely disappointed with the food quality today. We ordered bhindi masala, aloo gobi, veggie vindaloo, veggie khorma and butter chicken. It tasted funny, old and over cooked. The okra /ladyfingers was extremely salty and spicy when we told them very, very mild. I wish we dined in and we probably would have received better food and given us fresh food. It looked like leftovers. All the veggies were disintegrating. I kid you not. We usually do not have leftovers but today there were plenty of it. I would think twice in ordering food here again after this unfortunate experience. The quality just went downhill. The price doesn’t justify the flavours. Wasted $$ Check out the photos.

I ordered take out for this location. They are pretty quick and probably was less than 20 minutes to pick up. I ordered plain Naan and lamb Rogan Josh.

The Naan was delicious and tasted great by itself. 3 large pieces for $3 was well worth it.

The lamb was piping hot and very flavourful. The sauce complemented the rice well. The lamb wasn't as tender as I would like it to be but it could gave been based on the cut too.
