idiot manager and women don't know how to speak politely and deal with customers got my lorry to put £150 worth fuel keep saying me move your truck even I'm not stopping no one people got other bay to use and i said its only gonna take 5 min to fuel up again £150 but they didn't let me use. .. never use this garage again we got so many others to use... defo this pump loosing customers... check your cctv if i am blocking someone i parked my lorry when there was 4 cars in front of me

It terrible every time I go I need to turn off my automatic headlight only they allow me fuel my car is ridiculous with customers service it's happened 3 times to me now with this BP

A terrible BP pump. I don't think this is a legitimate BP garage. I spent £60 on petrol and gave my BP loyalty card and they refused to give me my points. They said here is a receipt you have to do it online. I logged online and asked them to show me how it's done. Both the counter and the store manager started to get angry at me and refused to help me from then on blanked me and refused to help me.

There was another customer there and he told me both him and his friend have been refused to get points on their BP loyalty card at this pump.

I don't think this is a legitimate BP pump which is why they refused.

I have vw polo 1.2 petrol with 45 litres capacity of tank but today I filled up 50 litres fuel. How is it possible?
My car fuel tank capacity is 45 litres but at the petrol station when I filled up petrol in, ⛽️ show me I filled up 50 litres.
How is it possible?????????????????????

I have ordered something from eBay using InPost delivery service to that garage, which was an option on eBay and my parcel was successfully delivered there on 15/02/2023 and I also received a photo showing a proof of delivery. My parcel was then sent back and it was due to be delivered again today, which is 18/02/2023. When I returned to the garage just a moment ago and offered that I can leave my number in case the parcel turns up again, the staff however claimed that they have never received any parcel there and that they “don’t care” about my problem. They also advised me that “I can even sleep there or do whatever I want, as they don’t care and if they receive my parcel again they will send it back”. Once again the staff member was extremely rude to me and asked me to leave.

I think that I have been scammed and I’m not going to leave it just like that.

Have been using this petol station since it was texaco, I have spent thousands of pounds on diesel and car wash( I am London taxi driver) this morning I noticed the car wash empty so I thought I will have a car wash before I fill up, they had an offer the fourth car wash is free if you join the car wash club. They had It for a few weeks actually but today I had the time so I would go for it, at my surprise the cashier refused and said they are not doing it at the moment!! So I said but you have the advertisement everywhere then he answered yes we do it only after 8 am in the morning!!! What a lie I had already bought the car wash I washed my cab and just want to say to this bp garage you have lost a very good customer I will not use this garage or any BP anywhere anymore.

I have to denounce the car wash at this gas station today. I bought a car wash, and when I typed in the code, and drove the car to the wash, the machine was completely unresponsive, and I moved the car a little backwards and forwards to get the sensor to pick up on my car, but it didn't work. IN addition those behind my car has started honking said impatiently, and I also have no way to get off my car to ask the staff for help, because my car is in the washing machine, unable to open the door, that is not enough space to let me off, and this time I also don't dare to get off, if the machine suddenly start to work will give me a big safety risk. So I had to take the car out and park it in the gas station and then go to the staff. But the staff said there was nothing he could do, arguing that I should not have moved my car. But if you think about it, it would have been dangerous for me to get out of the car wash. The man said sorry and left. I was really angry and mad. Why did I charge for not washing the car, and there was no refund at all?

The worst Bp station I have ever been to. I queued for the car wash for nearly an hour and the staff told me that the car wash machine is not working, wasting my time. And I bought the car wash code when i was queuing, I got to use the code within 7 days. God knows whether it can be repaired by then. I wish I can get my refund as I don’t want to visit this bp branch again.

Another note- this bp branch doesnt allow customers to claim the free car wash reward, as they have a different system. Well, bp why do u make things so complicated.
