In 2022, I went to Geeky to buy a PC and a monitor. I had 7k, and then there were lots of PCs. I didn't really know anything about the PCs. Then, there was a PC with a 1060 Super GTX and an i5. It cost me 5k. When I checked other places for 5k, I could have gotten an i7 and a 4070. The price is unfair. I wouldn't recommend their place because it's too expensive.

Do not buy online codes from this shop, they will just charge your card and not send you the code, and when you contact them they say its not our problem, contact the digital team, which doesn't have any number to contact in the first place!!! Fraud!!!

I bought a PS5 from here and the quality is great. It is worth the money and their Service was excellent

It was my first time and was an amazing experience at the virtual reality escape room. The main part of the game was it felt so real I thought I really was in that game. The venue is clean and tidy. The staff members were also friendly and patient. Overall it was an amazing experience.

It has gaming consoles and figures, I was going to get a PS5 but it was with a bundle, I didn't want to take the box for which they had a customized zipper bag which was very good for travel. I came after 2 hours and it sold out, I ended up buying the ps5 from another place. Mostly my fault, but that shop was cooperative enough to give the PS5 to me without a bundle.

Made an order 3 days back. But no response after that from seller. No email confirmation no sms no delivery. On calling the phone number was informed they will check, but nothing recd after that. It doesn’t seem to be a working ecom site. Better to avoid

Don’t waste your time or money, after making the order they have informed me that my item will ship next day, next day came no one called,I had to call and follow through, they told me that it will Be delivered afternoon to evening, evening came nothing was delivered and no one called so I called back, no one answered, I called again they said someone will call you and nobody did.

I ordered PS5 through their website, payment has been done from my side but an error occurred I don't know why. Amount was then deducted from my account and kept on hold and not received by them.
I tried to solve this with them and they said its my banks problem, but my bank confirmed that this is a problem from the seller's side.
Pressonx said that it is suspected fraud, my bank said if the bank system suspected any fraud they will not process the payment at all.

Anyway I think their website is insecure, and due to this I have to wait for 15 days to get money back from my bank.

**Edit: To reply to their response that there is no order by my name, I attach the order number which is showing in my account in the website.
So If there is no order then this confirms that the website has serious issues.

Waiting for over one week for a delivery for a product which I our based vie Carrefour's e-commerce platform. Aramex is saying that the shipment is in the warehouse of Game Xtreme. Getting no response on my calls. Highly frustrating and inconvenient.
