Hours are all over the place probably because of staffing. However an update to the website would be helpful especially when it days open at 12 P.M. and a paper insert says 5 P.M.

im trying to break into this hobby and made a 2 hour drive to this store. walking in was very overwhelming because of all the people playing the games but the manager was extremely helpful and told me many tips and i saw him helping someone else right after me. great experience
Little on the small side internally (which would impact stock), that's the only downside. The people there, both the owner & the clientele, are great. Always a fun time to be had
The owner here is absolutely the best. He will go above and beyond to make sure your needs or questions or met. Always ready with an answer even taking his time to show you painting methods.
Grant did a great job helping me when he appeared to be the only one working on the day after Christmas when the store was very busy. Great job Grant!
Me and my boyfriend went in today, I have little to no knowledge on Warhammer and my boyfriend is into the lore and wanted to get into figures. We had an amazing time! Everyone was so sweet, informative, and helpful! Everyone was personable and joking around and the store was super clean stocked. I was a little nervous going in due to the stereotypes for women in game shops, and had the complete opposite of an experience, I was super comfortable, especially for being out of my zone. As my boyfriend gets more into Warhammer, we for sure will be back! <3
I like the store, I really do, just make sure you call before you head down. I don’t know if I just happen to pick the worst days to visit but I have been to the store now 6 times and it has been closed randomly on days 3 times. Im pretty sure only one guy runs it but I think I’m done visiting this store. I’m just going to go to stores that carry GW product that I know will actually be open when their hours say they are.
My experience at Games Workshop was great experience, friendly and helpful. Was able to answer all my questions, and gave me some good advice! I will be going back! My first Space Marines. I’m a newbie.
I purchase a console at the Cool Spring office. I called back at the store and talked to Dylan…I was polite and he hung up on me because he got in his feelings when I told him a few things that he didn’t informed me. I called back and he didn’t answer. I will call corporate if I don’t get an apology.
Waited in line for forever we were 2nd in line and the person before me was taking to long to make up his mind on what he wanted. I understand the cashier had her hands full buy there are two of them and the other person was to busy taking their time in the back room and when she finally came out instead of taking the other register to help get through the long line she just stands there chatting. After waiting awhile to see of she'll take the other register we just gave up and left. There is a long Line of people and they only had one person on the register when there is another person who could have helped me. Very disappointing
Steve was great, simultaneously teaching a new painter some great techniques while handling the sales floor. He even managed to teach us the basics for age of sigmar.

I walked into this place looking for a used Xbox 360 game for my special needs son. We found a 4 for 20$ bin and decided that sounded like an excellent deal. The only game he found was mine craft so he selected that one and I found other games I may be interested in....turns out this was placed in this bin by mistake and my autistic son who had his heart set on this game got to hear that it's 31 bucks instead of the 4 for 20 deal...Kate which is the manager and not even in the store for the day and handled this by phone...should have honored her businesses deal...its not my fault that the game was in the wrong place. I get to deal with a heartbroken kid due to their negligence....not a happy customer!
I had a great time visiting this store when traveling through Tennessee. The manager is incredibly passionate about the community and very knowledgeable about everything Warhammer. They are a must visit location for any GW fans traveling through Tennessee.
This specific GameStop was the best I've ever been to. The selection is huge, and Grant was so incredibly helpful! He was patient with the numerous questions we had about our Nintendo switch, and he was able to balance a bunch of patrons visiting at once.
We stopped in with our 11 year grandson and was just looking around. They had a large collection of games for many different devices.
I told him that he had a $20 limit and I'll be darned if he didn't find something. The staff were really helpful about new releases and everything they had. Super friendly atmosphere. We will shop there again. These guys new their stuff.

Did a little bit of gift shopping for some wii switch games. Easy to find them. The store was quiet and well organized. The check out process was easy and fast. Staff are courteous. No issues with parking either. Good experience and will return again.
