I had one of the worst experience dealing with the front cashier lady and the older guy working there. They were very unprofessional and mean to me. The guy even said "because you didn't buy anything and are leaving out the door we can't help you no more so you should leave". I don't know if they both were racist but their service to me was not good at all. All I wanted was the price of a clearance clock that had no price tag and when I asked them they didn't give me the right price or tell me what the discounted price was and was again very rude to me. It was my first time to this location and I will not be coming here anymore and they have lost a good customer.

Really great prices! The staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. They have a nice selection on fabrics and art supplies. Great place to get wall decor for decorating pretty much any room in the house but really great for a boys room (kid and teenager). Tons of Hot Wheels and Marvel options.

Today, I visited MOA Anime Corner, located in front of Toys "R" Us at the Mall of America, and purchased an item. I must commend the seller for her exceptional communication skills and thorough explanations. Her friendly and professional demeanor truly made the shopping experience enjoyable. I've never encountered such a remarkable and dedicated seller before. Additionally, I was pleased to find the prices to be very reasonable

Last week I told a worker for the price of of a figure. He told me it was 168 dollars which is fine whatever. But when I came there 2 days ago to buy it, the figure went up 100 dollars. Total scam

By far one of the worst hobby lobbies that I've ever been into, the staff is beyond rude and they just look like they're all in terrible moods each day! Walked up to check out at the register and the older gentleman did not greet me at all, one of the supervisors was directing people around at the front and she looked like she was just having a horrible day. I guess I would be in a bad mood if I had to work daily with people like this.

Right off the bat I love Paper Source as a company. Their stuff is always on the pricier end when it come to stationery related items, but the price is worth it for what you're getting. And the staff are always great! They're super helpful and always have great suggestions without ever being pushy or making me feel like I'm being sold to.

I love the store but the every time I go, the cashiers are super slow. Today was the worst. There was one cashier who took forever checking someone out, he kept needing help, nothing was marked. The woman who was helping him was equally very slow. There was no concern about the lines that were forming. The manager finally did call someone in for help and when I went to her, I thought I would checked out quickly. But instead, the first item I wanted to buy had no price tag. I noticed around the store that there were a lot of missing prices and each customer that was checking out had no prices and so they constantly had to look things up. Instead of simply running back to find the item for the price, they chose to go on their ipad and they couldn't find it. Then the cashier did the same thing. Then they were talking to each other about how the signal was bad in that part of the store. Yet neither of them just simply ran to the area of the store to check the price. I was in line for 15 minutes! The lack of care about how this affected me and the other customers behind me was just really frustrating. I had plans to come back later today, but I don't want to go through that again.

The figures may be expensive, but that because there collectors itemsssss!!! (Say it louder for the people in the back,) the staff at the register was EXTREMLY nice and the posters were REALLY cheap, they also had awesome figures and stickers that I haven't seen elsewhere. Overall one of the best places in the whole mall! ^^

I love this little shop, so nice to see things that I don't see in every other store. Great for gifts or a little something special for yourself.

Nice store. Affiliated with Barnes and Noble. Found a wall calender with paper that can be easily written on with ink .

Has many unique items. Very well organized and clean. Team member was very helpful. Reasonable prices. Could buy much, my suitcase was already full.

Not the biggest location but they have a massive section for Christmas decorations. You definitely don't have to worry about missing this section, takes up a good portion of the store. Standard for the brand overall. Parking is plentiful. If you're coming from the Target side of the entrance, traffic can be a bear. This location shares a parking lot with many popular establishments. Staff were warm, waiting to help anyone coming in the door. It was refreshing. I'll be back to experience this solid location.

Wow! This store is super cool especially if you live paper goods and fun odds and ends. They had a really good selection of Halloween papers. The prices are a little on the higher side but you could definitely find something for under $10 in here just have fun making up your mind 😉. Definitely worth a stop and the girl who helped me was super nice!!

This is the coolest store i was never been in before so that why I was going and checked it out they're having the Incredible animated stuff in the store so just incase you are in the MOA you better going and checked it out it is was Located at the top of the mall and then it was next to the wig store

Cute little store! Lots of fun stuff perfect for crafts, bullet journals, card making, and gifts for others. Great place to shop for wedding stationary! If I could have a shopping spree at the MOA, this place would be at the top of my list. Kind employees, clean and well-organized store. I had a great experience shopping for the holidays!

Super nice! Prices are reasonable and the employees were very helpful and informative! Make sure to sign up for free rewards so you can get even more goodies(we got the Nezuko figurine for free with 300 points!) 10/10 would come again!

This store is INCREDIBLE!! I’m jazzed MN finally got a good anime store! They have so many figures, collectibles, and other fun things! Bob and his gf were beyond nice to me and patient. Bob knows lots about anime as well! Def a must go to store

Terrible customer service. Employees stood behind desk and never acknowledged or greeted us. I have been to paper sources all over the country and this one was by far the worst.

This place is so cute! The employees are very nice and the products are so cool. There are lots of craft supplies. If you are a fan of Schitt's Creek, they have some funny stuff with the characters on it. Definitely come check it out on your visit to Mall of America! Love that journey for you!

The prices are similar/in-line with rivals (AKA Michael's), except for their custom framing which seems to be cheaper here!
