I just wanted to give praise to the professionalism of one of Comcast’s technician’s(Mr. Samuel Tompoe). What a great service he provided to my home recently. Mr. Tompoe was extremely professional in the way he addressed our hanging cable issue.

It is very nice to know that there are still true gentlemen like Mr. Tompoe working hard out there in the midst of this pandemic. He showed zero hesitation in getting our hanging wire issue properly taken care of. Mr. Tompoe genuinely exceeded all of our expectations and we were left with a wonderful impression of both his character and Comcast’s dedication to optimal customer service. Thank you sir!
