এমন অনেককেই চিনি-জানি যাদের মেধা, যোগ্যতা, ইচ্ছা শক্তি কোনটাই কম নয়, কিন্তু কেন জানি জীবন তাদেরকে যেখানে নিয়ে যাওয়ার কথা, পৌঁছে দেয়ার কথা, সেখানে না নিয়ে মাঝপথে আটকে দিয়েছে।
এমন অনেকেই দেখি, যার হয়তো আরো অনেক ভালো জায়গায় থাকার কথা ছিল, কিন্তু কেন জানি ভাগ্য ফিরে তাকায়নি। এমন অনেক ট্র্যাজেডির কথা শুনি, যেখানে মনে হয় বাস্তবতা নির্মম একটা কৌতুক করেছে সবচেয়ে ভালো একটা মানুষের সাথে।
বন্ধুদের আড্ডায় চুপ করে বসে থাকা অনেকের উদাস চোখের ভাষায় চাপা অভিমান টের পাই। সরল অংকের মতো কৈশোর আর যৌবনের সবগুলো ধাপ সুবোধ বালকের মতো মিলিয়েও অনেকে শেষ ফলটা মেলাতে পারেনি; এখনো সেটাও দেখি প্রায়ই। ঈর্ষা দেখি, কষ্ট দেখি, জোর করে ঠোঁটের কোণে আনা হাসিও দেখি।
ফল মেলাতে না পারা সবার জন্য বলছি, ফল আসোলেও খুব একটা মিলে না, মিলাতেই হবে এমন কোন কথাও নেই। আনমনে যখন তখন হাসতে পারলেই হলো।
যমুনা ফিউচার পার্কের সামনের যন্ত্রগুলো কখনো চলতে দেখলাম না।
