Space was large for reserve ahead spots. Entry and exit a little tough because of construction.

I was double charged for parking. I went to this garage and the “special event” parking was listed at $25.00 which I was charged that night.
A few days later my bank shows me an update from today with a new charge of $50.00 . No where did it state it cost this much, I’m furious and no one is answering the phone.
I opened a dispute.

My car was stolen out of this parking garage. The “security” is almost never patrolling the the garage. The security cameras are the poorest quality and don’t even cover all parts of the garage. I’ve heard many times from security there are people in there looking to break into cars. Anyone has access to this garage even if they haven’t parked there. They accept no liability for anything that happens, which makes sense because the garage is so poorly looked after. I was refunded for the few days I was parked that month and told to let them know when I get a new car. Not sure why I would ever want to park here again. You think when you pay $200+/per car a month to park here they would care more about your property, but they don’t care as long as they get paid. It’s a waste of money and you might as well find street parking for free because it’s just as safe as this garage is.

It is a well placed garage in the middle of downtown. However, the rates are incredibly unclear going from the sign. Whenever I used this garage the bill was 28+ dollars when the posted daily maximum was 12 dollars. The only clear rate listed is 4 dollars for 15 minutes. Structurally, the garage is laid out like a maze nightmare video game the likes of which Mario would sweat at. I would say for these rates this parking garage might as well be in Brooklyn.

$32 to park for 8 hours. New day starts at 4am. Expect to pay for two days if you're staying overnight. Do yourself a favor and find another place to park.

So many burned out lights. LEDs HIDs have been standard for almost 15 years now?? Is the fire 🔥 alarm system even functioning?

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is horrible for parking. They do not post the price up first and foremost. Then when leaving, you have to hunt and find where the pay locations are. The one location the “customer service” states was “go to the lobby by the elevator to pay”. Well. There are NO signs, NO caution tape, NO 9one to tell you where the elevator is. Oh and the elevator does NOT work. The place where you pay? It’s in the middle of a construction zone where there are guys cutting pipes and have hard hats on; with sparks flying everywhere. It is not safe at all. There is also NO walkway to walk to upper levels or to even get to the garage stairwell without having to walk on the ramps where it states “no pedestrians on ramp”.

Terrible. I pay nearly $200 a month to park here and within a 3 month period I have had not one but THREE nails in my tires from all the construction going on in this garage. I have contacted this garage a number of times by phone and email and have gotten no help. Their customer service is terrible. The gates from the garage also have issues so at times you will be sitting there waiting for someone to come help you exit the garage. Do not waste your money.
