Plenty of associates to help with questions or anything else and they did. However the helmet display truly needed a better layout. All the half buckets were on the floor making it difficult to find the correct size not to mention there were only a couple sizes out of the boxes. There really should be at least one size of each so customers don’t have to open boxes to try on.

Went in to look for some riding shoes. Dave was very attentive and checked up to make sure I was finding something that worked for my needs. He even shared a personal experience which I appreciated. The gentleman that checked me out was efficient and kind. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for new gear.

I was looking for a shock pump for my Fox Shox at local bicycle shops. Cycle Gear is a motorcycle shop but they had the pump I needed for much less than the bicycle shops. I reserved the pump online and got a message that it was ready for pick up in less than an hour. When I went to get it there were quite a few customers in the shop but I was in and out very quickly with my inexpensive shock pump which works very well. Customer service was good although it was just a pick up purchase I could gather just from observing for a few minutes that this would be a good place to shop for gear. They aren't brand specific so they have a good selection of parts tires and gear for anyone. I saw selections from all the major brands that I know of and a few I have not heard of. The floor is big and full of gear but it's not a crowded area, well laid out with plenty of room to browse. The staff also seemed very knowledgeable and intuitive, at least from the little bit that I witnessed. I'll shop here for my motorcycle needs in the future. I didn't even know the place was there before finding my shock pump there. I'm not sure if that is their intention or not as there is no big huge eye catching sign, just a very subtle one on the building and awning but from the looks of the customer flow, they apparently have a good customer base and I'll be one of them from now on.

New rider here, I like Cycle Gear because it allows you to put your hands on all the gear you've been looking at online. I was pretty lost just reading descriptions and watching videos about all the gear that's out there, so I decided to check out this store and I sure am glad I did.
I tried on a ton of stuff, the employees were super helpful pointing me in the right direction without being pushy at all. They even checked my fit on a couple jackets I was unsure about. But really, they just let me walk around and explore, and checked in with me once in a while, answering any questions I had, which was absolutely perfect. I never felt pressured at all.
I left very happy with a purchase that was within my budget, that fit my needs.
I'll be back after my next paycheck!

As always, great customer service, and very helpful explaining my new comm system. Jaime (Hi-me), was super knowledgeable and patient. Even helped me after I got home, when I called back with technical question.

The first person I asked for help was new and not helpful. The second guy that came by and asked if I need help was great. Helped me find an extra small helmet for my daughter and other gear. Happy Father’s Day to me and my daughter. We ride together.

Great place to buy gear. They are always super helpful and very easy to work with. They exchange my son’s MX jersey for a different size without receipt and always willing to make things right. Son was happy and he is back to work on his bike for our next ride.
