I have been a long time Lush customer, loving that their products are handmade, eco-friendly, low waste, and based in natural ingredients.

I’ve never met someone as knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Lush products as the store associate/manager Alison. She gave us an amazing demo. She is stellar! My girlfriend walked in and we walked out with lots of bath bombs and scrubs LOL

I purchased a lotion that was full of chunks. Even after sending pictures and the requested information, LUSH customer service was giving me a hard time and suggested returning it to a store.
There was ONE employee working in the store. I waited around for about 30 minutes before leaving. He was too busy having a woman sample product after product.

They were all super kind and knowledgeable!! They understood exactly what I was with in terms of my skin and pointed out multiple products that would help and explain the ingredients and how those would help as well. If I was concerned about an ingredient they knew so much about each one to help break it down. They were just so helpful and kind. The only lush I’ll be going to 🧡

I love visiting an Aesop store whenever I am traveling, and this one did not disappoint! Jess was a great host to the showroom and knowledgeable about the products and company. Loved her enthusiasm for the brand and welcoming people into her showroom. Thank you Jess for such a great experience- appreciate you !

I would give more stars if I could. I was Helped by Miss Rowan, and she was absolutely fabulous. She really took time to find out my likes and dislikes, and she showed me several things giving me a lot of options. Her customer service deserves 100 stars for her way of being sure that she can give you many options that will work how you want even if, like me, you're extremely picky anymore. I will be making a visit back here on my way back through Denver, and if you're looking for the best place when it comes to body care products, this store is amazing.

We purchased a bottle of perfume at a location in Tokyo & the bottle leaks. This location, specifically the associate Jess, refused to provide a replacement even with proof of purchase with a credit card statement. She was curt & not sympathetic.

Went in today to look for some pieces I seen online. I walked in no one greeted me two employees walked right by me. I had to approach them and ask if they had what I was looking for. I showed the girl the picture I had on my phone. It was a dress and two cardigans. One picture after the other. She was like no, no, no! I had asked if they had any cardigan similar she said No! So I just walked off she seemed like she was really irritated in doing what’s in her job description! The whole experience was terrible. It’s really disappointing employees are not welcoming at all. For the price point of the items in this store they really should be embarrassed how their employees come off and treat certain customers. Moving forward I’ll be shopping online.

This pharmacy is terrible and I would (and will now) avoid it at all costs. They don’t follow through on orders received, it’s usually a very lengthy wait to speak to a person when needed and then they’re unreliable. Add to that dishonest. I was told a prescription would be ready the following morning at a given time and this was after they had received the prescription from my provider over five days prior, but had not filled it until I was able to reach them via phone and inquire about it. Then, when I arrived to pick up the prescription at the end of the day, long after the time promised, I was told it would be ready until the following afternoon and they’re “waiting for it to be sent over.” When I let them know that’s not what I was told and I am needing the prescription before leaving town, they are suddenly able to get it for me within minutes. Seriously. Add to that the unpleasant and half the time plain rude phone communications with the pharmacy staff there, and this is not the first time I’ve filled with this pharmacy. Never again and steer clear.

Horrid attitude from the careless pharmacist. I might expect that from a cashier clerk or something, but not somebody working a healthcare job. Totally unacceptable! Also the hours posted online do not match what is printed in the store, but those don’t matter either since they decide to close earlier without any sort of notice.

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 or a negative I would. I’ve been lied to multiple times about a medication I’ve been trying to get filled. First it was “it went to a different pharmacy” no. It didn’t. Told it would be filled by 6, get there at 630 and they tell me tomorrow. I’m told it’s an insurance issue and I have to call insurance, I did, insurance said the pharmacy needs to call. I was told it would be taken care of right away in the morning. First off there is no reason they couldn’t call right then and there…they were open for another 30 min. Second they didn’t even call insurance. They will do more work to get out of work. Patients are not of any importance. One of the most incompetent pharmacies I have ever seen. I use this one cause it’s close to where I live, I would rather drive across Denver to get a staff that cares.
An update on my meds…I contacted a different Walgreens and they were able to get it figured out and my med filled within 2 hours. I’ve been waiting for 3 days. I will not be coming to this location ever again.

Terrible experience today, I had my prescription transferred from another pharmacy that didn’t have what I needed and hours later they said they hadn’t received it but the problem was they wrote down the wrong name. I had to call multiple times to figure out when my prescription would actually be ready, no one was taking my inquiry seriously, and it took way longer than needed to actually get my prescription. Don’t go to this pharmacy if you’re very sick and need a prescription filled quickly.

Instead of confirming PHI or information they ran it based on info from 10+ years ago: address, insurance, etc. Pretty sure not checking info annually is healthcare fraud?
Then they filled 2 of 3 Rx and didn’t bother providing any communication about the 3rd. Apparently ins didn’t cover it but they couldn’t be bothered to tell me that? How can you give out prescriptions and simply ignore one of them?

My friend and I shopped at this location today(2/26/24). Upon entering the store, we were kindly greeted by staff and offered assistance. We were simply browsing for products, therefore declined their offer. As we began to shop, we were followed around the store by Susan. I assume she is a member of management, however this information was not confirmed. Each aisle we went down, Susan followed. She never spoke to us or offered assistance. We tried to continue shopping, but after her continuous and OBVIOUS behavior we decided to cut our shopping short and check out. We both shop at Sephora often and we have NEVER experienced this at any other location. We are bringing this to Sephora Corporate team in hopes that this behavior is corrected and doesn’t happen again. As African American women, this was disheartening and utterly disgusting.

Agree with multiple reviewers that this is a totally incompetent pharmacy. Refused to troubleshoot an issue with a new medication and flat out told me to go to another pharmacy because they had no desire to "waste time" figuring out the issue. Called the Walmart Pharmacy in Englewood, was greeted by someone super friendly and had the "problem" solved in under 1 minute. Don't waste your time here, they are clearly poorly managed and have created a toxic environment for them and their customers.

Went to this pharmacy because it was closest to my house. Never again. Gave them my prescription and they said it would be ready in 2-3 hours. Came back for them to tell me that they do not even have it in stock and they will not have it in stock for several days. They told me to contact a different Walgreens to have it transferred bc they cannot do it. So I did and that location informed that my prescription is not even entered in the system electronically and no Walgreens has my prescription in my area. I've had to make several calls, speak to different people, waste my time on hold, all while suffering in pain needing my medication. This all could have been avoided if the person just told me from the beginning. Seems like everyone there hates their job and hates helping people. Rude

Had a terrible experience at this particular store. I drove out of my way because there was an issue with my online order. Free People sent me someone else’s order by mistake. This wouldn’t have been a problem if the clothing I ordered was still in stock, however this was not the case and as you can imagine, extremely disappointing. The only thing they offer is a refund and 20% off for an in store purchase. Know your consumer rights ladies!!! If the wrong items are shipped to you, you are entitled to a refund AND to keep the merchandise sent in error. I made the mistake of trying to be an honest person, and was met with the manager, Kathlyn, forcibly taking items that were sent to me out of my hands. This is not only bad business practice, it is illegal. This company is shady and I plan on never returning.

Totally incompetent pharmacy. I drive 30 miles to get my prescription. I had first asked if it would be ready before I drove there they said it takes 2 hours to go through their system. 2 1/2 hours later I get there to pick it up and they said it needed prior authorization and I couldn’t get it for a month. The phone information system said it would be ready by 7:30. I was upset. Hobbled back to my car and started writing this review. 5 minutes later the Walgreens calls and said they talked to the pharmacist and she said I could have it. I was in such bad shape I asked if they could bring it to me so I didn’t have to hobble all the way back. They said no. So I finally got back to the pick up and it wasn’t ready. They said 15 minutes. Exhausted I sat down. Within 2 minutes they said it was ready. I struggled to stand back up and went to get it. Unbelievable.

DO NOT GO HERE!! SEPHORA WORKER STOLE FROM ME!! yes. A Sephora worker stole from me and no one wanted to help me now I’m stuck paying to Sephora credit card. I originally went in with two Sephora gift cards October 30, 23 of $50 each. At the end of asking all my products worker asks if I would like to apply for the credit card, I thought Black Friday deals are around the corner why not so I said yes. She says my total is $112.72 and I handed my gift cards to the worker and explained they’re $50 each and how I can pay the remainder balance with cash. She said the remainder would go on the Sephora credit card and I would pay it when it’s due and I said cool she asked if I wanted to throw away the gift cards and I said yes because I thought she had scanned the gift cards already. I had to go back to change the product I got because it was incorrect. By the time I returned she was gone and another person checked me out. I explained to her as well about my gift cards and she understood then. I received the first payment in the mail for Sephora credit card before receiving the Sephora credit card lol how unbelievable. I went in and talked to the manager she was useless as hell, other workers were mugging me when all I wanted was to be freed from this but I just came to conclusion of having to pay it out of pocket because it’s really time consuming. I spent two weeks with phone reps and going in. I highly do not recommend this Sephora. I’d rather drive an hour before coming again. Not to mention they both offered the birthday gift and neither of them gave it to me lol. Happy birthday to me😐😒

Pharmacy is a joke. My mother had major surgery and has not been able to eat for 3 days. She needed medicine to help with her nausea. Prescription was put in at 10am. I arrived at 4:30pm and they told me another 2 hours. When I asked why they said it was because they were closed yesterday. How does being closed the day before affect the prescription put in for day of? No sense of urgency and they seam to not care about people. Never coming back. Again this place is a total joke.

DO NOT FILL YOUR MEDS HERE. The pharmacy is closed Saturday and Sunday which is inconvenient for literally everyone. They ignore your transfer requests completely. They’re understaffed, don’t answer the phone, don’t have things ready on time. And for Vyvanse, it’s over a month wait. This place deserves to go out of business.

Absolutely overrun with the homeless trying to steal people's prescriptions, constantly understaffed so just picking up a single prescription can take over an hour, they're always on seemingly endless lunch breaks or closed on weekdays for unknown reasons. They are very busy whenever I come. I first I wasn't sure when I arrived. Because the line would be long when I would get there. But that's because they are so good in the pharmacy. And I will keep my prescription coming to this pharmacy. Because even though the Linus long, they're very fast. Kiara. She stands out exceptionally. She will be probably the one that will wait on you. When you come to the counter and please treat her kindly. Because she will treat you kindly and do the best. She can for you and is absolutely excellent. What she does as well as so kind and easy to work with and I know sometimes when you don't feel good. It's hard to be patient but be patient because I guarantee you. She will get it fixed and work it out for you if she's able to, and if she isn't follow her directions, she knows what she's saying.

Do not have your make up done here- unless you've never worn make up before. As someone who is actually good at make-up, I made an appointment for an event so it will save me some time. It was an absolute disaster. The make up didn't even start until 30 minutes later and the eyeliner made my eyes droopy. It was so bad and late that i had to storm out of there and fix the make up in my car. They didn't really know much about the skin symmetry and it was really disappointing.
However, I have been at the Cherry Creek location before for facials and eyebrows and I was very satisfied with staff knowledge and creativity. Again- Don't get your make up done here unless you have absolutely no clue how to do make-up.

Nikolina Pratice helped us choose the right skin care and is very patient with answering our questions. ( This is the first ever Walgreens that we were helped by store representative (Nikolina) so keenly with our requirements and guiding us)

The sales people were friendly. Someone greeted me on my way into the store. The store was clean and it was easy to look at the different sections throughout the store. They had a separate area for their exercise clothes and an area for their sale items. The sale area was in a big area. It had plenty of room for several people to look through. The racks were neat and orderly.

I am very excited to post this review. Lexi and Tyee were amazing! They made me feel so beautiful. I have been looking for the perfect colors for my face for many years and I am always disappointed when I get the wrong color. I came to Sephora on 16th Street Mall and they took such great care of me, I can't even! I used to be disappointed when I had to put on makeup before work, but now I am excited because I know it actually looks good. Thank you Sephora staff! I will definitely be back.

Called and sat on hold for 45 minutes after someone asked if I'd hold. No one ever came. Hung up and called back to find the pharmacy closed for lunch for the next 32 minutes. No one came on to ask me to call back or told me I'd be on hold for another 32 minutes. This is my third cvs in the Denver metro and none ever answer their phones. I constantly have to drive all the way to the location to get a human being.

Despite my script (one I genuinely needed today) being sent through hours beforehand, I arrived 10 minutes to close and was asked by the apprehensive/moping employee at the counter “do you need this today?” I responded saying yes I wouldn’t mind because I rushed to get here.
The answer was “sorry, that’ll have to wait until tomorrow sometime. We’re closing here soon.”

Awesome brand and it just consistently stays on top of quality and styles. I always receive the biggest compliments when I am wearing one of their pieces because you definitely stand out and it’s not like anything else found in other stores. Their jackets are definitely my obsession and favorite thing to purchase. Tops are awesome too. This location is well stocked and has helpful and friendly staff who are eager to help you with sizes and other requests.

Had a great experience here. Staff and pharmacy staff are very kind. I set my keys down and fellow shoppers returned them and the pharmacist really saved my day by being aware and giving them to me.
Also the area isn’t perfect (16 st mall has its faults) but they are really wonderful here.

Nothing against this store in particular. Just not sure how this chain stays in business. Overpriced clothing that tries to pass itself off as vintage or retro, but you could put together the same look rummaging through your local Goodwill for pennies on the dollar.

The pharmacist, I didn’t catch her name but she is an Asian woman who has been working there awhile because I’ve seen her before. Was so incredibly rude. There is no reason to speak to people with an attitude when they are requesting assistance. She spoke to me like I was an inconvenience and like she was genuinely annoyed. I work in customer service myself, and there is a decorum of how you treat people. There was no need for her bad attitude and arrogant tone of voice. That being said, the pharmacy is also FILTHY and trashed. Stains everywhere, empty selves. Go to the target one block down. It’s clean, the pharmacist there are so so kind and polite. And genuinely treat customers like people. Not garbage.

Great Urban Outfitters (UO) store right on the west side in the Cherry Creek Shopping Center. Staff friendly, well stocked and organized on products, and easy to return stuff! Store is really clean and so is the fitting rooms. Really like their other accessories they have in their store as well. So, all in all, great Urban Outfitters (UO) . Will be back! Would recommend.

I want to give this Walgreens 5 stars, but I can’t. It’s nothing personal, but there are no public restrooms which means no bathroom mirror selfie for the ‘gram and automatic one star deduction. Outside of that, pharmacists are nice and quick, and it’s conveniently located. They also have sushi which I haven’t tried, but maybe one day I will.
And don’t worry, I still found a small mirror to snap a selfie to appease my Instagram followers.

They had the best sales I've ever seen. I got 2 pairs of pants, a purse, and a cute wallet. If you just head straight to the back of the store there is a clearance section where things can get up to 70% of. I will never buy a strip of fabric my grandma could make better for $200 so the clearance section is truly heaven.

If you love Urban Outfitters, this location is top tier. Staff is always friendly. Not a lot of talking, so you can shop in peace or engage if you want to. Chic hipster indie style clothing, with tech accessories and hoke goods. Sales are worth it.

I got a really cool leather brace/belt here for 106ish after tax on 3/15. I wanted to visit before I ordered online to check out how thier s/m/l sizes fit. The employee heard me talking to my boyfriend about wanting to find a belt, and immediately showed me where the belts were. I didn't see a lot of the things online, but I liked my purchase and will visit again.

Had my first Aesop shopping experience here. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and patient. I found two products that I’m obsessed with and are now staples for me. Aesop products just make you look, feel, and smell phenomenal. Love the other surrounding little shoppes in this location as well.

I’ve only ever bought Aesop products from other stores, mainly Neighborhood Goods. Was pleased to see a standalone location when visiting Denver. Loved the selection of products to buy and try - a sensory experience worth the stop.
Kelsey may have been the best part though. So helpful in explaining the products and even took the time to go through each of the gift kits with me. It ended up being the best value and I made it a gift-to-self purchase. :)

I love Aesop, and I especially appreciate the customer service I received from Kelsey. The products are high end so I am thankful she took the time to talk through what was going to be the best products for my skin. Nice to finally have an Aesop outpost in Denver. Their products are top notch but $$$. Staff are super helpful, serve you tea, and speak to you in that quiet calming manner that seems to be an Aesop hallmark. The Denver store doesn’t nail the warm minimalist aesthetic that so many of their other stores have to a T but I’ll take what I can get.

This CVS has a very convenient location located on the 16th Street Mall. You can either get off the light rail to access this at the 16th & Stout station or access it through the free Mall ride at the Stout Street stop.

I’ve been on the search for the New Balance Fuel Core sneakers for a while now so I called & spoke with Kendall about the pair I’ve been looking for. She checked the back stock for me and couldn’t find my size but was able to refer me to a FP in California who did have my size and were able to ship me!

Aesops products are amazing, I discovered them in Japan and fell in love! I am so happy they have a shop in denver, even if it is small. The staff was very nice and the selection was good! You should stop by to pick up some products they are amazing!
