As a new customer, it was a very nice visit to a CVS store. All were very friendly, store clean, pricing reasonable. I'm glad I switched to CVS after my Rite Aid closed

This place is an absolute disgrace when it comes to service. A person will lose their life waiting for this place fill a prescription. Terrible service and lie after lie on when they will have medicine available. Just tell me from jump the truth. I truly hate this place and hope they lose customers over this

Horrible services. They are always out of stock on prescription medication and they are rude. They need better training on customer service.

I would like to Thank Chris, Rose, Liz, Mary Vaughn and Sharonda for their excellent customer service. the efficiency and how the staff makes me truly feel like family. They are great what they do and I'm so thankful for all of them. Best Pharmacy staff I have ever Known.

The store part is fine, but the pharmacy is atrocious. There is a revolving door of workers behind the counter, each more incompetent than the last. They never seem equipped to handle the volume of customers. I've had to wait up to a half hour just to have a simple prescription filled. One time, at the drive thru window, no one responded at all. They need some serious help and better management.

I really had a bad experience with the employees at the pharmacy. There was a rude old guy there who was hard to speak to because he has hearing problems and a bad attitude. Last, also another coworker was very rude to me and he wouldn’t understand how to transfer my medicine from another pharmacy. I ended up leaving because of the frustration. I do not recommend going there.

Honestly the people from this CVS pharmacy is always so rude. They always rushing and don’t even say “how can I help you” nor “have a good night. It’s only “name” and throw you the medicine.I have been coming here for my parent’s medication since they opened but I’m really thinking about moving to a different place. Maybe because it’s an area of a lot of Latinos that they think we are not going to complain but I’m just tired of the way they do their job. Definitely need more customer service training and be more polite to people. PLEASE COMPLAIN AT LEAST THEY CAN START NOTICING AND CHANGE THEY ATTITUDE TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS. I never leave reviews like this but for the first time they really got me upset specially when the doctor was looking at me with a face like she did not care. So sad to be honest.

Worst experience that I've had with CVS to date. For anyone reading this, I recommend that you save yourself the trouble and go to one of the several other better managed pharmacies in the area. I had to make several attempts to get them to fill a prescription that I actually need to function on a day-to-day basis. Finally played hardball with them, went to my doctor and got a physical script written for my prescription, and turned it into this CVS. Days after when they told me my script would be filled, I called to inquire about my medication to be told that they wouldn't fill it because the doctor didn't fill out a prescription. I was completely floored with confusion, how could they still be having problems after I gave them a physical copy of the prescription from my doctors office? I called my doctors office and they hadn't heard from CVS, so it really just appeared that they chose not to fill it ... because? I don't know, because I never got a valid explanation and CVS didn't even bother to reach out to me to let me know there was an issue.

I then got my doctor to call this CVS to figure out what their deal was, and lo and behold my script was filled within 2 hours after I had to make a scene just to get help.

Finally I went to this CVS, their drive through window was down because "The register was broken" as if they can't walk a few feet to use another register. When I walked into this CVS, this is by far the dirtiest and worst-staffed CVS I've ever laid eyes on. The pharmacists and the staff in general were reminiscent of going to an underfunded zoo with really sad, uncared for animals inside. Either way, I'm never returning and honestly I don't think I'll ever go to another CVS again my experience was just THAT BAD.

They are truly. a great pharmacy Head Pharmacist Chris and the other Pharmacist Rose Liz are awesome. the pharmacy Techs
are wonderful. Mary, Sharonda, and Vaughn, I love them all.

Everyone that works in the pharmacy is outstanding in bayshore !!!! They go out of their way to make sure you get what you need!! I had a huge problem and they helped to make sure I got my medication in a timely matter!! Mary g is the best she always goes above and beyond to help me!!! Everyone is very helpful and kind !!!!!!

I drive from East Islip to this pharmacy for the past 12 years. This store is immaculately clean. The associates always greet you with a smile and warm hello. The associates always ask me if I need help and offer to carry heavy things to my car. The in store sales are great. I will continue to go to this pharmacy for everything I need.

All the reviews you read here stating rude service are correct.

The pharmacy is rude and lazy. They will do everything in their power to say no to filling your prescription.

This is second time I’ve attempted to have script filled and even before it’s out my hand I am given an excuse why they cannot fill it but “ maybe CVS can.

Mary G in the pharmacy is completely rude and unprofessional. I am in the store at least 7-12 times per month and have always been treated so kindly. I will no longer be using Rite Aid due to Mary G. Just booked cvs for our Covid booster, as well I will be giving them all of our business. This women should be fired since I can see clearly this isn’t the first complaint about “Mary” and her unprofessional rude attitude.

Everyone at this Rite Aid store is fantastic. I feel like their family. They go above and beyond to take care of me and my family. I can't say enough about how much I loved that store. Also they have a wide selection of merchandise merchandise that you can't find anywhere else anywhere else. I just want to thank each and every person that works at Rite Aid for being so sweet and caring.

This is not my usual go to place for medicine or prescriptions. However the fact that it’s right next to king kullen and it makes my trip shorter and my life easier is the main reason I am giving this place a five star review. The prices seem to be right on par with everyone else, their staff is also friendly so no complaints there, the place is always clean and I’ve never had an issue there with regards to anything. I do recommend this place if it’s convenient for you.
