You ask for something and they just go into the back and talk, dreadful service…

The assistant was extremely rude and couldn't complete my request of ordering a repeat prescription. Luckily the pharmacist knew what he was doing and took over the call.

This is a great pharmacy where staff go above and beyond to give great customer satisfaction. I have recommended their service to a few people who have transferred here and they have all been very happy with the service they have received. Thank you to everyone at Wells

Changing over to this pharmacy as I've only been twice and both times all staff were extremely helpful, tried to above and beyond! Both lovely females on both days and a lovely tall gent! Looking forward to using their services in the future.

Bone idle staff that refuse to answer the phone for enquiries on prescriptions. Rings out constantly then becomes engaged magically. You'd better hope it's not an emergency

Staff member treated me with disrepect and had bad attitude and clearly was in the wrong. I never had an issue with this pharmacy in the past and I am hurt that this women could be so rude!! Needs to work on her people skills God Bless
