I have only had the worst experiences here with the luggage’s that I purchased.
First time used one wheel broke. Second time, I’m all packed ready to take Uber to the airport and the handle would close. It was too late to unpack and re pack all my stuff. You could imagine my frustration in this situation. I will NEVER buy another piece of luggage from Luggage City ever again. I’ll just go to Costco. Anything goes wrong, they take it back, no questions asked and get a new one for a WAY better price then Luggage City. They need to reconsider where they get their supply from. The quality is HORRIBLE and even the customer service can be improved…a lot!!!

I had amazing service at Luggage City today! I bought a hard shell Samsonite as a gift and after showing me the product, they boxed and taped it back up for me. I was cashed out in under 20mins.

This luggage store is fantastic! It has a large variety of high quality bags and luggage at very reasonable prices. I was able to purchase an over-the-shoulder bag at a price lower than I saw at other comparable stores. The bag is very durable and has a lot of security features. I’d like to thank the sales representative, John for his colossal customer service. John patiently and repeatedly explained the features of the bag and showed me how they worked.
