I only get to go here a couple of times a year and this time it wasn't so great. I'll be back in the spring though.
Came here for a navy wallet to go with a purse and they had exactly what I wanted.
The salesperson at this location was extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable. We had a repair needed on a large piece of luggage and she had this handled in less than 5 minutes with thorough explanation of what to expect and how to be prepared for any future warranty needs. She also gave us recommendations on what materials we should use in new purchases when the time comes. Thank you!!

I bought a hard-side set last year, and one of the pieces got cracked on its first use. Just had a chance to take it back. Very smooth process, no questions asked. Friendly staff.

The store has a nice layout and the prices are good . Some of the staff are nice but the others need some training on being more pleasant to the customer's. But I will be back to shop here again
Bought a piece of luggage and the employees were excellent
Excellent customer service. We ordered a bag from Samsonite that arrived damaged. The store gladly exchanged it for me. I'd go back to buy my next luggage from them instead of ordering online.
What can I say about Vera Bradley??? Always LOVE IT! The selection is always fantastic with so many prints to choose from. Lots of items to choose from - purses, wallets, bags, coin purses, wristlets, etc in matching patterns so you can get entire sets that match. Always great sales going on.

Wow! The selection here is great and prices were fantastic! Not sure if I happened across one of their big sales of the year or if they're always this low. Service was helpful and friendly. Will definitely shop here again.
