Be sure to check the receipt on the spot! Count purchases and the number of items on the receipt! Today they brazenly tried to deceive me by scanning the same item twice, I immediately noticed once and the cashier removed the extra item. But when I paid and checked the receipt, there was another duplicate item! I returned to the checkout and demanded a refund. At the checkout, I noticed that I was missing items in my bag and when I saw them in another bag at the cashier's, she did not even give me these things!!! The cashier did not even apologize, she said that IT IS MY PROBLEM that everything turned out this way! I cannot imagine how you can provide such service!! Impudence and theft - that is the service of this store! And also, few working cash registers and endless time in line!

The male young worker is not a good worker there. Not a nice customer service at all. I bought many items there, he bagged me with small bags and expected me to carry the new backpack that I bought from there until I asked if there was any bigger bag to put that backpack in. He impatiently handed me the big bag very unwillingly. I spent a lot of money there and I was treated badly with this particular male worker without manner. This guy doesn't wear glasses and with a burst fade style hair up. I don't want to ever buy my items there ever again. Very bad customer services. He didn't even say Thank you in the end. Please do something to improve your store customer services. I see that I am not the only one who has bad experiences with your store. Can you do something????
Don't just apologize. Can you propose a concrete plan to improve your services???

I love all kinds of stuffs there with reasonable price. But it needs a little bit of organization.

This store is in Fairfax and is part of a national discount chain brand. The store offers products at lower prices since it purchases excess inventory from other brand retailers and sells them to consumers at significant discounts. The store is quite spacious and well-organized in each section. However, during my visit, I noticed that some products needed to be better arranged and appeared cluttered. This detracted from the overall shopping experience and made it less enjoyable than anticipated.

I've never waited so long to try in a few things. The main dressing room was closed and they had 2 small stalls in the front. People were waiting over 20 minutes to try things on and no store attendants in site. I would def not recommend this location.

VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR, NO TRAIL ROOMS, NOT HELPFUL

I was there today at the store, The trail rooms were all closed. They never open the trail rooms at the back and only keep one fitting room in the entrance open. They were people in queue to try but the manager wont open the other fitting room at entrance.

I had lot of things to try, but she said I can only try 6 (not at a time, but what she meant was I can only try 6 today) . She said if I try more I would be blocking other people, but they were not willing to open the other empty fitting rooms. She said if I try more, they will have to put the clothes back on the cloth racks, it would be too much work for them. She asked me if I would buy all of those? If you won't buy then don't try is what I was told.

So I started trying the clothes and putting them back myself on the cloth racks in respective sections. I was trying 6 at a time and was managing the fitting room with other customers at store and let them in whenever someone was waiting outside, because I didn't wanted to block them. Still the manager comes to me and says I already tried 6 clothes in a day and I am not supposed to try more. It is very messed up.

Update: The manager comes and gets upset with me in-front of other customers because they wanted the trail room open. She was not ready to open the vacant trail room at the front but was okay to blame me for occupying the room. If they do not want to provide trail rooms they can put a board up at entrance that said "BURLINGTON DOESN'T ALLOW TRAILS' but I was there selecting items for over 3 hours and later when I go wait for a trail room I am being told that they wouldn't allow me, because they are understaffed and are not interested in taking back the trail items back on shelf. I get they might be understaffed but you cannot be rude. I was taking back and putting all things I tried myself back and everyone thought I was an employee.

I purchased for around 200$, They also didn't allow me to add my email or phone number on the bill, not sure why.

Everytime I come, there's only one cashier and a very long line. Staff are friendly but it doesn't make up for standing 30 min in line. Miserable. Today only one dressing room was open, so another long wait there. We waited in line for the 2nd one for a very long time before we saw the button to call for help, and the manager came to say the room was closed and not available. No "out of order" sign or anything.

This Burlington has plenty of new items that I didn't see before
They can be great gifts with very reasonable prices
