Latest Samsonite item we bought fell apart due to third rate material. Despite being virtually brand-new, both its handles have literally disintegrated. The plastic utilised in its manufacturing was apparently so low-grade that it peeled off on its own, while the bag was simply sitting in a closet.
Customer service couldn't care less. No accountability whatsoever. After providing all info as directed, we were simply instructed to communicate with local distributors who in turn diverted complaint to local shops. AS IF local shops are responsible for quality or care whether Samsonite recalls an item of entirely unacceptable quality. So sad to see a previously favorite brand go to hell in a handbasket.

bought a backpack from a very non interested saleswoman.
She was non interested and non welcoming even though I spent almost 3000 sek.

Rude nonchalant staff, went in after my suitcase had broken after a week. The employee tried to cheat me pretending it wasn’t broken. I had to argue till she fixed it. The senior employee super lazy and unapologetic. Buy online or buy somewhere else. You will be disappointed if you go to this store

Helt ok utbud till mycket rimliga priser! Vänlig, kunnig och hjälpsam personal. Vet inte hur det är med kunder under andra dagar, men just idag på en söndag var det lugnt. Ingen trängsel, inga köer. Bara bra helt enkelt!

Fantastic service. Got my suitcase damaged after just 2 years, and they helped me to issue a warranty replacement. I got lucky I got a replacement by the warranty service (not Mall of Scandinavia) as the damage was perhaps outside the warranty conditions. However, with or without the replacement, I am still very satisfied they helped me out with the paperwork. Excellent service. Thank you guys!
