Before 2024 a different staff ran the store, very respectful and friendly… who were
I can’t say the same now. I’ve been in there twice so far and have been harassed by the new managera, younger guy. I’ve heard him make snarky comments to the other employees . Walks around like a “stupidvisor” oops i mean supervisor., I am a loyal customer with a marshalls CC for years. With no issues but after recently I am no longer putting my time of money. I felt very uncomfortable and it was completely unprofessional. The only good thing is it’s recently been updated with more items and store is clean.

Had the pleasure of meeting Sharon at the fitting rooms today, she is an absolute GEM!!!! The sweetest woman ever, she went above and beyond to make my experience a truly unforgettable one!! Love this Marshalls!!

Got some good deals on some sports equipment. I will definitely be back

I’ve been shopping here for years. Love this store.
This afternoon 4/5/24 around 8ish, I went to the fitting room to try on some pants. The associate that was in the fitting room handing out numbers was so amazing.
Normally at many stores, it’s just a process and usually unforgettable. But, she made it special. I wish I could remember her name.
Though I don’t work in retail anymore, I did for many years. From Robinsons May to Nordstrom and then Barneys NY.
When managing at Nordstrom, I always took pride and noticed the little things we could do to make a customers experience great!
This associate was so warm and friendly. She had the happiest disposition and just made everyone feel good.
This should be rewarded and she should be recognized. It’s an amazing thing to pass along happiness when chatting with customers.

Not a great selection, store was a little dirty, with apparel on floor, and laying across racks. There is really no customer service. There’s plenty of parking in the lot.

Manager here make return very difficult . She's said not return without receipt but photo i add below show can use vaild ID match credit card when you were paid. and stuff i buy very such, fall off part easy after 1 day so try return and make very unconvenient. and manager should be change. never come back

I have been to many Marshalls and this by far is the best! Lots in stock and easy to move around in. Busy for the holiday time but definitely didn’t feel like it because the employees were around willing to help and also the checkout line moved so quickly!

A great Shopping Experience! This location is jammed packed full of bargains. They have everything from men's/women's/children's clothes, fragrances, housewares, home decor, small electronic accessories, and more! The staff was friendly and courteous. I observed a couple of employees straightening aisles. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a great shopping experience!
