Woman working today (august 5th, around 11am) at the fitting rooms is rude and unprofessional. Tried to see what my husband was trying on and she yelled at me to not get close to the men's section...the other ladies waiting for their husbands were also shocked at how she's "running" the fitting rooms we were all told to stay outside and for our partners to come all the way outside to show us what they're trying on. None of the men felt comfortable doing that. So we all left without actually seeing what our partners were trying on..left the store without buying anything because of that..

We buy 5 wallet but they count 4 wallet and they try gonna do take 20 dollar More from us yes peoples can do mistakes but he need the do his job

I was hoping for more selection of higher end brands. It's basically just a Winners store.

The staff at the cashier is so unprofessional. She offered to wrap my new suit in a TRASH BAG!!! Yes !!!! She didn’t even try to hand over the suit and looking at me waiting for me to pick it up. Is this happening in Canada? What’s becoming of us?

Positive: very clean, impressively actually especially the changing rooms
Room for improvement: womens tops/tshirts could be located on a single spot, right now it’s very scattered and style is not that different.
Absolutely unacceptable: cashier who could not say HI back to my smiling 3year old child, amd proceeded to ignore him while he was reaching out to give her his item and kept it held it in the air out for her to take, which she did not-TWICE.
Who doesn’t say hi back to a happy child, does not even smile back and then consistently ignores him as a customer giving item to scan??

Marshalls is Marshall's... This store is clean and well laid out. Most of the staff is friendly, but, if you can avoid a cashier named Hanna I would. She won't even acknowledge you exist. No hello, no smile, no goodbye, not even the price of your purchase. We will be back, but never to that cashier.

This Marshalls is nice! It's very clean and well kept. There's lots of staff working the floor to help answer any of your questions. There are lots of sections for everyone and great prices. Check it out.

Diversified selection for adequate prices. This place is pretty nice. Only problem is some of the clothes may have been on the hanger for a while so check for deformation in the clothes before you buy. Also the final stitching of the clothing may not be the best. Check for loose threads. You might be buying into some clothes that won't last long.
