MLC is a great school. It caters to all the needs of a child. I could never find a better school for my kid. My son started there at 3 years of age and he loves it there. I have noticed an immense improvement in all aspects of his growth especially learning manners, courtesy and being kind. The teachers are incredibly passionate about teaching and take utmost care of the kids. My kid is in the safest hand possible. The staff of MLC are very keen observers and have an eye for the minutest detail. All the staff are very easily approachable and kind. They always go above and beyond to make sure the children learn - their curriculum is holistic and comprehensive. My heart is full of immense gratitude towards the team of MLC. My daughter started Montessori when she was just 3 years old, i was quite nervous when she started because she was experiencing speech delay, she has been with Montessori for just 6 months and i can see significant changes in her speech and behavior's which i find very impressive, she is always excited when i drop her off, that alone tells how much fun she is having at the center.
i like how everything Montessori dose is embodied with so much learning opportunities, that helps improves a child cognitive functions. my daughter cleans up after herself, helps keeps her toys away when she is done playing and keeps her plate away when she finish eating and she is always looking for something to do rather than watch TV like she did before starting this program.

I will like to give a big shout to Ms. Shrin, the program director, you are amazing in everyway, i like how you are honest in your communication and how you are involved with all the kids. Taking care of this kids comes natural for you. love the values you are embedding in them.

i will recommend Montessori 100% to any and everyone. Best place to have you kids in, this place feels like a second home to your child and the educators works closely with you, when you have concerns about your child. they are very respectful and polite.

The staff, atmosphere, learning environment and quality of education far exceed our expectations. My little one spent 3 years with Alberta Montessori and has truly blossomed. Two of my kiddos attended Alberta Montessori for a total of 4 years. The confidence, empowerment and joy of learning my kiddos come home with each day is exceptional. They are encouraged to try new things, build relationships and express their individuality. My kiddos were excited to go to school every day and even asked to invite their teachers on family holidays. Thank you Alberta Montessori for being such a welcoming and loving environment. My 3rd is excited to attend soon.

Both of my kids attend Montessori Alberta. This is THE PLACE. I really do not know how can I thank the teachers enough, they are magical. What a pleasure to see my kids growing up with amazing social, emotional, educational skills. I am proud of what they have accomplished here. Our daughter has had the pleasure of attending Montessori Alberta for 2 years now and we unquestionably made the right choice by sending her here! Celine and her team are devoted not only to nurturing children's learning but take a holistic approach in doing so; teaching them values and manners so as to cultivate more well-rounded little humans. Highly recommend!

Our daughter attended the half-day kindergarten program 2021-2022. She made many friends, and gained confidence academically as well as socially. She particularly enjoyed attending school with the various ages and had increased empathy towards younger children. She was well prepared for grade one and often helps her classmates. She is still friends with many of the children from that year. Her report cards were detailed and outlined attainable goals. She had home reading which I appreciated as I enjoy being involved in her education. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately and with professionalism.

Our son also attended for a few months in the preschool program. Montessori wasn’t the best fit for him but Miss Celine did offer to change times he attended to see if he would do better in the morning. We decided to remove him and put him in an outdoor preschool which was a better fit for his energy and learning style.

My only recommendation to parents considering Alberta Montessori, would be to take the time to research the Montessori values and be sure that it is right for your child. It was perfect for our daughter, but not for our son and that is okay.

Our daughter spent 2 years at Montessori Alberta with Ms. Celine, Ms. Sophia, and Ms. Angela. Our daughter learned so much at this school and it has really given her a lot of confidence in Grade 1. I am quite surprised to see some of the previous reviews but I'll comment with specifics to help any parents considering sending their children here.

- Focus - My first experience with Montessori Alberta was in 2019 when we had a school tour. I was amazed to see 15 kids sitting on the mat all listening to Ms. Celine read to them. Ms. Celine has a way with children that really keeps them focused.

-Adaptable - 2020-2022 was a hard time for schooling for all families but Ms. Celine was able to keep the school safe, keep the parents informed, and keep the kids learning every single day. When our daughter had to miss school for a few weeks, they made efforts to include her via Google Meet which was a wonderful way for my daughter to stay included.

-Nurturing - Each of the teacher's here have such a wonderful way of knowing what a child needs. They really gave my daughter the push she needed but also gave her the space to grow. At each of our parent teacher interviews, we got specific and concrete feedback on how our daughter could improve and areas where she was already strong.

-Community - The community of parents that bring their kids here is just wonderful and this speaks to the strength of the school and how it fosters that network. Even though our daughter is in grade 1 and all of her previous classmates are now in different schools, the parents still meet up and the kids still play together!

In summary, I have nothing but great things to say about Montessori Alberta. My son is not quite old enough to go but the moment that he is, I am sending him there!

My daughter has been going to MLC since she was 2.5yrs old and she just graduated Kindergarten at 6yrs old! With the holistic care and years of knowledge the teachers have (around 100yrs!!) my daughter has come farther than I could ever imagine. She is very strong willed and was very hard for her previous childcare to handle because she would act out, hitting and biting other children. Within a month of her transfer to MLC I could see a huge improvement. The owner of MLC is a huge part of learning plans and care of the children along with the teachers. She truly loves and takes care of every child that walks through the door. With a leader like that I can tell you that the whole school is the same way. They were amazing at communication and educating me along the way so I could be apart of my daughter journey. I will forever be grateful for Mrs. Sherin, Mrs. Deepa, Mrs. Patricia & Mrs. Emma for the amazing work they do. I would (and do!) recommend this school to any child between 2-6 years old ❤

My daughter has only been there for 6 months and what an improvement with what she has learned. She comes home with new poems, songs and new words and most of all with great confidence. I'm so impressed and would highly recommend this facility. The teachers and coordinator of the school are amazing, loving , and so organized. We are very fortunate to have sent our oldest to MLC and now our youngest. The teachers are amazing, kind, loving and so knowledgeable. It can be hard to find people you trust to look after your littles but MLC is an extension to our family. Their program is incredible and really sets the children's up for success in grade 1. Thank you MLC for everything you have done for our family and so many others ❤️

We are very fortunate that our son gets to attend this amazing facility. He is so excited in the mornings driving there to see his teachers and friends. When we pick him up he runs out to us with the biggest smile on his face each day, you can tell he has just had another amazing day at MLC. The teachers are amazing people and they care for our son like he was one of their own. The activities they do with them during the day are very creative and educational. Post opening after Covid has been excellent to see, they have enclosed waiting room, complete forms and they take the kids temperature before bringing them into the class room as well the teachers wear masks all day. Would recommend 100%

Amazing Montessori program in every way. This wonderful center is a caring, educational environment that both my daughters were so fortunate to experience. Teachers are all AMAZING and genuinely care and are also very supportive, professional, patient and compassionate. The environment is truly warm, organized, clean and safe. We are so happy and grateful to be a part of MLC where both our daughters have thrived.

My son has attended MLC for preschool and is now starting Kindergarten at MLC as well. He absolutely loves all of the staff and students! My son hasn't always had positive experiences with daycare arrangements but has never had any problems going to school at MLC. He is especially excited by the Friday Show & Shares and has really flourished in his ability to communicate, emotionally regulate, and generally be confident in himself. Kids grow up fast and it won't be too long before my youngest is ready for the amazing staff at MLC too! I cannot thank everyone at MLC enough for all of the email and photo updates we get, and for how incredible their COVID closure programming was (especially the at-home science experiments!).

My daughter attended Montessori Alberta for the past 3 years and with every year we saw her grow and become more independent and confident.
She now has no trouble folding clothes, making toast for herself, and even cutting some cucumbers!

We are very happy with our choice for her to attend Montessori Alberta from preschool to kindergarten, as she will be going into Grade 1 with the ability to read, to spell (words like gift, sell, bell, stick), and to add numbers in her head up to 20. The program was very consistent and allowed her to excel where she was able to.

I am a parent who believes in the Montessori style of learning, not expecting teachers to write me emails every week but confident that I will be properly updated on my daughter's progress. I know that she was greatly cared for at Montessori Alberta and I am very grateful to Ms.Celine, Ms. Angela and Mr. Stewart for the time she spent there.

Now it's onto the next adventure.

My son has been attending Montessori Alberta for almost 2 years. During this time he has been guided by Ms Celine, Mr Stewart and Ms Angela to develop more independence, a stronger sense of self and find his voice. It is clear through my interactions with his teachers that they care about his growth and development and that their approach is nurturing and attentive. Their focus is strong in understanding the individual needs of the child.

He enjoys the science program immensely and is developing skills to start kindergarten.

The school is clean and comfortable for the children and the outdoor play program is a great bonus.
